I arrived at the store with 5 customers inside but only 1 staff. She was so helpful and served customers in a calm and professional manner despite being so busy (based on my receipt, her name's Alyssa). I didn't feel rushed and she made sure that I had everything I needed. Great customer service and thank you!

Good customer service from the same girl every time I go in. Recommend a juice to me , loved it. Only reason I go back is because of her and her high level of customer service and also her ability to engage in conversation and she has a nice smile . 10/10 , wish I knew her name so the store manager could give her a gold star. Also the fella that helped me today was also awesome , patient with me when picking out a new flavour and calm to me saying no to most of his suggestions ,,, ha sorry man. All round awesome store . 100% will always go back there.

I have returned my vape as it was not working properly on 27th June. I was told only the manager can make the decision on it. I was told the manager will call me on 2nd of July when he was back at work. To date no call so far. If a product fails under warranty why isnt it replaced straight away? Why do I have to wait? And so far no one has bothered to call me. The product was returned in its original package with the receipt as per your requirement

Very good staff. I was shown a vape that I was instantly set on buying but the guy still walked me through all the pros and cons to ensure I was getting what I wanted, it was extremely helpful. The staff are very knowledge and open to helping those who might not have knowledge of current vapes. Definitely going to continue to buy my juice from here to support the franchise.

Really love the vibe of this store. There's always been a great range available and the staff are super friendly as well - especially Andrew who took the time to walk me through all the various units and juices. It made for a really great experience and I couldn't recommend them more!

Literally just walked out of the store, the girl working there currently had no interest in helping me out..Chatting away with other girl who purchased what she came for 10mins a go. Not even a hi or anything. Was about to make a big purchase on vapes but I would not support this store who lacks customer service.

Been to many Vapo stores but nothing compares to the excellent experience I had compliments of an individual staff member from Manukau Vapo store. She served me again on 26th of July 2023 around 5:15pm. Her knowledge on all the products, customer service, humbleness and advising me on promotional offers is absolutely unique. Don't take my word for it, I highly recommend all to purchase your vaping needs from VAPO Manukau Westfield Shopping Center.

Have been a customer at this specific store for 2 + years and never had a problem. Always lovely customer service, the occasional grumpy person here and there but not rude. Today however was the worst experience I have had at any type of retail store ever!!

Great customer service. Came in to get an upgrade today. The vape came with a defect but they quickly sorted it out and showed me how to set it up. Cheers 💯

This was the worst customer service ever from the staff member including the store manager. We went in to exchange faulty pods. We were required to show proof of purchase, as we did not have the receipt any more we were asked to show our bank statement, so we did. We ere send away to another vapo store to do the exchange after about half an hour. The sylvia Park Vapo is so awesome had no dramas or 500 questions. Walked in no questions asked and the exchange was done

Always great customer service, if your confused or overwhelmed when walking in th workers there always help with advice&direct you to which vape your needing. Had a faulty vape but that was quickly fixed by customer service really fast.

Vikrant was very helpful and friendly. He knows his stuff and took the time to find the right product for me. Its very rare to find good customer service now. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definately visit again.

Really amazing, the young guy eith curly hair was extremely good to me and i was just looking for the cheapest and most basic vape. Ended up leaving with a Vapo ALPHA, some coils and juice. I was very honest to him and he gave perfect advice and even better service for sure coming back here

Im so excited to see one of my favourite workers from another store here!! Cahu she's an amazing worker always love having chats with her and learning new things about vapes and going to her for recommendation on juice. Love seeing her a great lady and i recommend to see her when being served.
