I recently had an experience at Walker and Hall Manukau and wanted to share my positive feedback regarding their employee, Pratima. I was running late and afraid that I wouldn't make it in time before the store closed. I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and understanding Pratima was during my visit. Not only did Pratima wait for me to arrive, but she also went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. Pratima's knowledge of the products and her willingness to assist in finding the perfect item impressed me. She made valuable recommendations and took the time to explain. Service was so quick. I needed the ring resized and had 4 days for this to happen. Walker and hall’s employee made sure I had it in on time.

Kerrie was super helpful and really friendly! She suggested a lot of jewellery and I was able to find something for my best friend! she kindly gift wrapped it so well. I felt really welcomed and I highly recommend her service! Thank you Kerrie.

I chose Walker & Hall to create my special ring because 1.initally the website was very easy to navigate & gave excellent views of ring settings, stones & the stones information .Of all the jeweler's, I found Walker & Hall had the best range of very competitively priced gemstones. 2.I was then able to select various ring styles to try in the Manukau store. 3.I met the VERY welcoming, professional, skilled, competent & accommodating in store staff (esp Pratima). 4.Pratima then arranged for me to have 3 stones to view & choose from, all within my size, color & shape guidelines.With her knowledge & experience, she had conveyed this perfectly with Walker & Hall's stone "buyer" 5. I selected a stone. My ring is made 😍.It is stunning, & all I could have wished for, including the price. Pratima interpreted exactly what I was after & communicated it with the rest of the team. 6.A thank you also to Krish with her emails. Great visit to the store today, fantastic service, they had what I was after and did an amazing job with gift wrapping it as well! Can’t go wrong with visiting here if there is anything your after.

I popped into walker&hall, hoping to find a gift for a friend and was helped by Krish who was so lovely. And the card offered with a gift purchase was so convenient and thoughtful, saved me having to go somewhere else to get one!

Went in last weekend and dealt with the fantastic Kerrie who gave me some good advice, before returning this weekend. She remembered everything, and was an absolute delight the whole time. Wouldn't give her anything less than 6 stars, but Google only lets me do 5.

Anyone visiting this Walker and Hall branch will be lucky enough to deal with Kerrie. We had to arrange a piece from afar without ever having visited the Manukau store but that didn’t stop Kerrie from being as descriptive, approachable, and accommodating as if we had been there in person. Very very impressed with service and care today from Pratima, Krish and Erica. They helped me choose earrings as a present and then when I presented them with a necklace that was knotted up - they cleaned and fixed for me on the spot, plus my rings! Had the best experience at Walker and Hall manukau today, walked in with a tarnished necklace which both Pratima and Kerrie were able to help me out with and my jewellery looks just as good as when I bought it. Awesome customer service and overall customer connection from then both as they were super helpful. This is my favourite Walker and Hall store in Auckland and I couldn’t imagine buying jewellery anywhere else.
