Hands down one of the best cafes in Auckland! Have been regularly coming here for quite a while, and I have never experienced or eaten anything bad. Location is great too, opposite Kmart - perfect for walking/shopping around afterwards. πŸ˜† Coffee at Blend never disappoints! Always sooo amazing, flat white and hot chocolates are our go-to’s. Smoothies are also great, filling and delicious options to choose from! And the coffee art is INCREDIBLE! Very fun and cool, from seahorses to unicorns! Food at Blend is absolutely delicious, both counter and menu foods! Counterfoods often change so you’ll always get a variety, but their Swiss rolls and cakes are for sure an iconic food! Swiss rolls have a large variety of flavours, my favourites are the tiramisu and lychee! Cheesecakes are a popular option as well, very rich in flavour and very yummy. Menu items are also iconic, today we had the creamy mushroom (SOOO GOOD!) and eggs benedict with salmon which my mom thoroughly enjoyed! Chicken croffles are also recommended! Service at Blend is super duper friendly and attentive! The cafe can be busy on weekends, but staff continue to work hard and are kind to all customers with a smile on their face. 😌 Atmosphere is lovely, beautiful decoration and very very clean! Highly highly recommend coming here, it’s an amazing cafe!

New Cafe' out East! Great location, It's one of our favourites! This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is amazing, some Asian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Great coffee! My fav is the Korean fry chicken, and noodle dish. Thanks Team! All the best!!

What a busy cafe! Came here for brunch with my daughter and luckily got a table without making a reservation. Lots of Asian inspired dishes. The mushrooms were very nice especially with the smoked feta! So yum! My daughters meal was quite average looking (kids scrambled eggs with brioche), but she seemed to like it! Definitely recommended!

Excellent food. Three dishes all good. The cake is super nice, yummy. Will go again. Tips, if you don’t like sweet latte, double check with the barista, is there any syrup in the beetroot latte and turmeric latte. 5 stars cheese cake!!! 100% recommend !!

Blend CafΓ© is our new go-to for excellent coffee and eats. Fantastically friendly and obliging staff reflect the high quality of this cafΓ© and the food photos on their site show just how good looking and tasty it all really is. We managed to get a carpark right outside their door but, as it is situated in The Hub, there are many, many parking spaces available. Treat yourself to a great meal. You won't regret it.

The breakfast options are unique but so delicious. We also ordered cakes to take home and their cheesecake and black sesame cake was amazing! Cute little spot.

I ordered Galbi Buger and Big Blend with Iced mocha and large Latte. They used baby lettuce leaves for the galbi burger and the greens got all mushy from the heat of thick double pattie. It would've been better if they used iceberg and have more veges like pickles and red onion. Also, the dish was too tight to cut and eat the burger(obviously too thick to bite) Loved big blend but it was little pricey for the portion. Because I went there for weekend lunch, it was super busy and they forgot about my coffee, so had to ask the very friendly staff to check if they missed my order. Ended up getting it in a takeaway cup as I almost finished my lunch. Staff was friendly, menu was somewhat unique with touch of Korean inspiration but quite pricey and portion isn't big either. No view and if you want to have quiet, peaceful brunch, avoid weekends!

Amazing food!! The desserts are so delicious especially the soft swiss rolls. We also had a pork belly baguette which was so flavourful!

We were greeted as we walked in and told to choose any table we preferred. The place was clean and a nice cafe vibe. I noticed the tables are being cleared regularly and there were patrons coming and going so place seems fairly popular. The food they served is a blend of western / korean fusion. Service was fast and staff were friendly and pleasant. Coffee was brought to our table within 5 minutes and our meals a couple of minutes after that which is quick in my opinion since the place was buzzing at 11am-ish. I decided to try the chicken croffle. The portion was good especially for $26 and extra bonus points for the presentation and plating. The chicken was crispy and was well spiced. The waffle was fluffy with crunchy edges which in my opinion is how waffles should be like and the miso maple sauce was delicious. I was initially unsure about the pickled kimchi-like cabbage vegetable on the side of the dish as I wasn't sure if it would go well with the croffle..but surprisingly it was light and not too savoury. I did eat it separately though and it wouldn't bother me too much of the cabbage were served with the dish or not. Would definitely come back and try other things on the menu. The place gets pretty busy so if you are after a table best to come just before or after the usual meal rush times.

I’d say this is one of the nicest cafΓ©s in the Botany/Flat Bush area. Great selection of cabinet food - love the fruit Swiss roll! Though it’s full of cream, but it’s really light and fluffy and not too sweet. The crofles were amazing! Enjoyed both the salty and the kids one. The only downside was the mocha tasted too milky, I would personally prefer it too be a bit stronger. Service was friendly, though the food took quite some time to arrive - but understandable as they were quite busy. Overall, great experience and I would definitely come back to try their other dishes.

A very lovely cafe with a Korean twist in all the menu items. The place was spacious and spotless but the only nitpick I have is that it's in the middle of a carpark, not a great view but it makes parking a breeze. We ordered the Big Blend, Galbi Burger and the Chicken Croffle, we also got the Berry Basque Cheesecake and the Earl Grey Swiss Roll Cake from the cabinet. For drinks we had the Mango Smoothie, Matcha Latte and normal Latte. The food was served quite quickly, and they all tasted delicious and the portions were generous. They were presented nicely, too. The burger was succulent and flavourful, it had a bit of sweetness to it which probably was the Korean marinate. The chicken was crispy and juicy, paired really well with the croffle. The sweets we had were really good, too, they weren't too sweet but had flavour. The cheesecake was velvety and rich, which balances out with the tanginess of the berries. I especially loved the Earl Grey Swiss Roll Cake, the cake was soft and the filling was smooth and silky. I've been disappointed before by earl grey flavoured things, but this cake really has the tea fragrance in it, and I could clearly taste it. The rest of their cabinet food looked so enticing, too. I would definitely go back to try the rest.

Clearly the best menu and cabinet for breakfast in East Auckland. Infuses authentic creation with traditional western breakfast foods. Very good taste in the mix of flavors - everything seems to have the perfect amount of this and that which leaves you highly satisfied. Personal faves are Chilli scrambled egg bap and the basque cheesecake. Very reliable service. Great layout with all day sun pouring in.

One of my favourite local cafes. A lovely cute environment. I love their food. Specially their sweets in the cabinet are so yum. I recommend their honey walnut cookies, their cheesecakes and veggie bap.

Nice little place however becoming very popular. Had to put our name down and come back for a seat- even then it was a 40 min wait for food. Due to the long wait times the staff kindly gave us some free coffee cards so that did make things better. As there was a lot of people there everyone was talking louder and louder. The food was tasty - recommend the chilli scrambled eggs. My poke bowl felt a tad disappointing as i could have gotten something better from across the road. Location : 5/5 Food : 3.5/5 Service : 5/5

Lovely little cafe, with great food. The friends I was there with also enjoyed the food. And importantly for me, it was close to the ice rink!

Some friends brought me here and I wish I had known we were coming or I wouldn't have had lunch before. The food they got looked amazing (so I'm definitely wanting to come back) though I was pretty pleased with the snickers and cookies and cream brownies I shared. Definitely worth giving this place a try!

Great nice staff. Nice coffee. But the almond croissant ($6.80) was very dry and stale. Looked very nice but was underwhelming :(

Good service, but the food from the cabinet...almond croissant was old, hard and microwaved to soften. Hard as a knife would not cut it. Pies cold inside, needed reheating. Coffee and service good. Atmosphere .. well for the price of the menus, one could sit in a nicer place, in my opinion

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I had an eye fillet with creamy mushroom sauce and mash potato. Also had seasonal vegetables for the side. I ordered my steak medium rare, and it was perfect. My kid had a kids steak, and she loved it. The staff were very kind. I think this is one of the best restaurants in Auckland.
