Went in on my day off to grab some cookies from Manukau, and the staff were soo mean. I got an attitude as soon as I walked in! I kept a pleasant attitude and they both continued to just stare at me as if they wanted me to walk out. Don't even know why I still purchased anything to be honest, or continued to be nice. It was actually upsetting.

I put in an order through Uber eats on Saturday night. I did expect a delay only because i know this is a really popular store. When my order did arrive i was confused as to why there were 2 boxes. To my surprise there was a lovely note explaining the delay and that the team could not give me my order but replaced it with Cookie Pies and cookies. My family absolutely loved the substitution and the awesome note. The team did try contact me by phone. Sorry i missed the calls. Thank you so much, this was such a treat. I highly recommend the gorgeous cookies and the amazing customer service. Thanks heaps Moustache Milk and Cookie Bar. We will definitely shop for treats with you in future!

These guys went above and beyond for me yesterday and it was so appreciated - and the cookies were phenomenal. I had ordered a Giant Cookie Bundle for my husbands birthday yesterday. Early afternoon I realised I had put an incorrect delivery address AND also for the delivery date to be next month (not yesterday). Annie from Moustache arranged to have their Orakei store make my order at the last minute so a friend could collect it for me. This was so amazing and very much appreciated - especially as the situation was 100% my fault! The cookie and cookie pies were incredible and Moustache is def my new go too for birthday treats! Thanks team Moustache!

Like a kid in a candy shop, or cookie shop in this case, I couldn't decide what to try first. My only regret is that I mustered self control and only bought one bags worth - a smarter man would have been honest with himself and gone with one of everything. Chewy, crisp, flavoursome, and decadent - nothing but incredible. I'll be back, after having bought bigger pants

The customer service left a lot (everything) to be desired. The lady's demeanour seemed to suggest that if my wallet hadn't taken a hit, I might've considered organising a charity event to raise funds for her happiness. She looked so thoroughly miserable. As she took her time looking us up and down I almost expected her to pull out scorecards and judge our outfits. Moustache, take note: in the realm of cookies, a dash of sweetness extends beyond the recipe—customer charm matters too. Maybe time to start listening to these one star reviews, because, let's face it, a cookie without a sprinkle of joy is just a crumbly letdown.

Stay away from here you'll gain weight!! 😆 The cOokie pies are divine!! Moist, rich, delicious!!! Tried 6 different flavors. Your recipes are 1000% taste-bud approved. Amazing business here well done guys!

Such a cool spot for some dessert. Picked a variety of cookies and none of them let us down. Soo tasty. Plus the shakes were also delicious. Love the Whittakers one, and the biscoff wasn’t over powering which a lot of biscoff flavoured things are. Plus all comes in cute packaging. Staff were so nice. Loved this spot.

Went to the opening of the new Manukau store on the weekend and just wow! Beautiful bright interior with a big clear menu. Great customer service, left the store a happy camper!

Omg I love this little cookie shop. Not particular cheap, but you absolutely pay for quality. Service is always so friendly. Their milkshakes are delicious. This place is perfect for a little treat, or date night.

Will be back to try the diff flavor shakes...we got the whittakers choc shake and choc chunk cookie👌 highly recommend trying it out.

Been a supporter of this shop for years.. Deanna and the team have gone through alot over the years and am really happy her store out in manukau looks awesome. The cookies and shakes never fail. I wish they sold merch as my t-shirt I got from a crowdfund via pledgeme is ripped :(... but please make your way to either instore or online for the their delicious cookies ^_^

Love the cookies and milkshakes. Have been back twice as soon loved the cookies we took home. Many different varieties of cookies and cookie pies. Different milkshake flavours like jellytip. Definitely a place to go and get fresh, soft cookies. Will be back for many more visits.staff are very friendly and helpful.

They have the best Cookie pies 😋 But my favorite is the Peanut butter cookie so delicious 🤩

The shakes are delicious. I had the Peanut butter. Amazed. Not sweet, but full of flavor. Definitely recommend.

Tried a macdamia cookie, Nutella cookie and the chocolate peanut cookie. Next time I'm coming with an emptier stomach so I can try the milkshake and the cookie pies!!! Reccomend trying this place out, friendly staff with happy smiles and awesome service too!

😊 Bought 3 Cookies for $12: Cinnamon donut - was delicious and I bet would be even better with my cream I assume would come if the cookie pie was purchased. Triple chocolate - a favourite now, rich chocolate cookie and three chocolates. white chocolate and macadamia - very delicious 😋...l Worth the price and not a great idea to eat all at once 😂.🥰😊 Savour each one. Hands down the best cookies on the planet!! I always think I have the willpower to eat only half at once but pathetically I quickly gravitate back for more to polish all the crumbs. They’re super deliciously addictive. I always send these as gifts for friends, colleagues and family and I’m super impressed by the quality and messages the team write on the cookies. I’m like a kid in a candy store whenever I go and it’s a huge life decision choosing which flavour because their all incredible!!

What happened to Black Forest and the original cookies. Cookies thin with chocolate pieces on top, use to be a little thick and gooey in middle now it’s thin. Taste still the same, not the same like we use to get in Krd

Awesome range of cookie pies, you have to have all to fill your soul. Some might feel it’s too sweet but I loved all of them. Gonna buy more next time. Set of 12 wasn’t enough😅

It is a very cozy and nice place with good ambience, it was easy to find the place as it was the only bright place that we wont miss while driving through. The cookie pies are great, but the selection is a bit limited.

Loved my experience there for the 2nd time. I had a salted caramel & peanut butter thick shake. (A must try) I also had a caramilk cookie pie. It was a great combination. Staff were very friendly.
