Staff are so welcoming too, very helpful and greets with a smile. I love places like this! Good vibes, good place! Next time i will try there cafe, ambience is great but uhm, still not quite as lovely indoor as king's takanini's cafe!

2 stars based on our last visit. Normally my father & I share a big breakfast (big bolos), dont get me started with the name (& there's another meal on their menu called 'deez nutz'. ) Sadly, this time our meal was noticeably smaller.I could tell straight away it wasn't the same chef. We only got half a tomato & 1 hash brown when it should be 2 of each. The sausages were smaller too.( I asked about the hashbrown & they made me another one.) I think they tried to rip us off by down sizing the meal. My son only drank half of his smoothie, he said it tasted watered down. I took a sip & yes it was watery. Not a smoothie texture. How unfortunate,as we really enjoyed their big breakfast in the past.

As a newbie gardener, I've always liked any garden centre just to experience the sights & smells. Now starting my own garden and actually buying things my experience is changing. This store is lovely upon entry, they have a nice range of garden decor, very adorable ceramic (I think they're ceramic) animals, a small selection of outdoor games and kids books, even some women's clothing. Outside is lovely also, a nice range of veges, herbs and flowers, even surprised to see a selection of fruit trees some even with fully matured fruit on them. There's a pond and trampoline in the corner but unfortunately the trampoline is no longer in use as it's deemed "too dangerous" so your kids will be disappointed running up to it. The cafe really does have the best muffins (as per other reviews). But there is a lot of bird poop in the outside eating area, and birds are quick to try snatch your food. Try sit inside if you can, the sight of bird poop put me off my food. The play area for kids is outside also but there is mould on many of the toys and as nice as it appears you may not want your kid touching anything. There's no public bathroom in the cafe, you have to walk to the side of the store about 100m from the cafe. Toilets are very average. Lastly, the checkouts were a bit hard to find as they're tiny, barely anywhere to put your items, I found it a bit awkward checking out. Overall a nice store but some improvements could be made.

Thank you to the very helpful and knowledgeable lady by the outdoor plants. When I asked for her help in selecting a plant she stopped what she was doing and took me to the section that had the type of plants I needed.

This is a great garden shop. Well laid out, spacious, relaxed. Downsides are sometimes things are a little expensive for their condition, and a lacknof knowledgeable staff (i should say that with the challenge of employing people, this is probably common, and we only get there during weekends, which probably makes it worse) But sometimes it's great to check out different garden stores. You should add Palmers to your list

I had no idea this place was so big. From the road it's deceptively small but once inside it widens out into a grand selection of plants and great ideas for your home... lovely Cafe too!

The food was great, the same with the customer service. My father said it was the best food he'd had in 3 days, I agree with him. If I were to advise any food I would say the Big Breakfast, belguim waffles or the shroom toast are great choices. Ps, the coffee and milkshakes are amazing.

Update(2023-2-27): the palmers sent me correct ones and I have received them. Thank you. 2023-2-18: I had been happy to get your email saying I could get a free pair of gloves for my birthday and I had thought Palmers really cared about their customers. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at the Pakuranga palmers today. I got a different pair of gloves, not as indicated in your email, and of low quality. I feel like I was tricked and fooled. Gloves are not a matter and It doesn't feel good to be fooled. Integrity is essential for running businesses. You need more.

Well stocked nursery, and friendly staff. Cafe fine for coffee and cake. Not a very wide range of food in cabinet.

If you love to have breakfast in the company of plants than you are in the right place. Very popular but there's plenty of seating outdoors. The coffee and food menu are excellent. Many regulars and locals add character to the venue. The place also offers great space if you are doing breakfast or lunch alone.

One of our favorite places to go for some therapeutic remedial welfare. The Cafe there serves this beautiful pork belly waffle with salted caramel ice cream. I know it sounds 😖 but have them altogether and boy your taste buds will have a dance party🎊 🎉

👍👍 I had an eye fillet with creamy mushroom sauce and mash potato. Also had seasonal vegetables for the side. I ordered my steak medium rare, and it was perfect. My kid had a kids steak, and she loved it. The staff were very kind. I think this is one of the best restaurants in Auckland.

👍👍 This is our 2nd visit. Our first visit we brought our big family for Father's Day (us + 6 kids) and they took great care of us. Absolutely love the Eggs Benedict (I picked 🥓). Loved it so much my wife and I snuck out this morning so I could have it again!
