Great
at
sharing
their
fees,
sending
invoices,
booking
in
appointments
so
they
can
collect
said
fees
(some
of
which
are
obnoxiously
bizarre
-
such
as
repeat
prescription
requests
without
an
appointment),
however
they're
absolutely
useless
when
it
comes
to
any
kind
of
organisation
or
project
management.
When
people's
health
is
at
stake,
you'd
expect
robust
processes
in
place
to
ensure
communication
is
followed
through,
and
people
are
taken
care
of,
rather
than
getting
hooked
up
on
pedantic
detail
in
terms
of
sticking
to
15
minute-appointments
and
readily
sharing
how
16+
minutes
would
result
in
an
extra
appointment.
They've
got
that
handled
down
to
a
tee,
and
the
fees
are
understandable
(albeit
a
bit
heartless
when
it
comes
to
care),
but
I
have
never
for
the
life
of
me
had
to
follow
up
so
constantly
regarding
a
mere
prescription.
Had
a
phone
appointment,
a
prescription
was
established,
I
was
asked
where
I'd
like
that
sent
to
-
then
I
hear
nothing.
Constant
calls
to
the
pharmacy
I'd
be
picking
up
the
prescription
and
they
haven't
heard
of
anything.
Two
days
into
calling,
being
promised
a
call
back,
and
today
I
get
told
it's
been
left
at
reception
-
not
communicated
in
the
slightest.
There's
a
reason
for
why
the
appointment
was
urgent,
a
prescription
was
requested,
and
despite
all
that
and
taking
into
account
processes
and
my
own
logistics,
this
eventually
headed
into
just
plain
disorganised
territory.
It's
a
complete
shambles
and
absolutely
shameful
-
and
clearly
I'm
not
the
only
one
who's
had
issues.
It
suggests
that
care
is
no
longer
a
part
of
what
they're
here
to
do
-
a
real
sad
state
of
what
medicine
has
come
-
transactional
over
anything
else.
Seriously
disappointing.
Edit:
They
finally
came
back
to
me
and
my
prescription
was
finally
sent
to
the
right
place,
and
they
finally
communicated
this,
however
the
above
review
still
stands
and
I've
lost
my
confidence
in
this
practice.

2:
Received
a
follow
up
and
apology
from
one
of
the
receptionist
staff,
which
I
appreciated.
That
and
a
credit
back
on
my
account
for
a
future
appointment,
due
to
the
inconvenience.
Have
provided
feedback
over
the
phone
to
really
take
a
look
at
refreshing
processes,
etc.
understanding
that
staffing
can
be
an
issue
and
the
like.
Hopefully
they
improve
from
here.
