    Great at sharing their fees, sending invoices, booking in appointments so they can collect said fees (some of which are obnoxiously bizarre - such as repeat prescription requests without an appointment), however they're absolutely useless when it comes to any kind of organisation or project management. When people's health is at stake, you'd expect robust processes in place to ensure communication is followed through, and people are taken care of, rather than getting hooked up on pedantic detail in terms of sticking to 15 minute-appointments and readily sharing how 16+ minutes would result in an extra appointment. They've got that handled down to a tee, and the fees are understandable (albeit a bit heartless when it comes to care), but I have never for the life of me had to follow up so constantly regarding a mere prescription. Had a phone appointment, a prescription was established, I was asked where I'd like that sent to - then I hear nothing. Constant calls to the pharmacy I'd be picking up the prescription and they haven't heard of anything. Two days into calling, being promised a call back, and today I get told it's been left at reception - not communicated in the slightest. There's a reason for why the appointment was urgent, a prescription was requested, and despite all that and taking into account processes and my own logistics, this eventually headed into just plain disorganised territory. It's a complete shambles and absolutely shameful - and clearly I'm not the only one who's had issues. It suggests that care is no longer a part of what they're here to do - a real sad state of what medicine has come - transactional over anything else. Seriously disappointing. Edit: They finally came back to me and my prescription was finally sent to the right place, and they finally communicated this, however the above review still stands and I've lost my confidence in this practice. Edit 2: Received a follow up and apology from one of the receptionist staff, which I appreciated. That and a credit back on my account for a future appointment, due to the inconvenience. Have provided feedback over the phone to really take a look at refreshing processes, etc. understanding that staffing can be an issue and the like. Hopefully they improve from here.

    I have been going to this medical centre for years and it seems this place has changed a lot in their attitude towards their patients. I was previously happy to see Dr. Jassal as my GP, but now they allocate me to any available doctors. So, I had consultations with 3 different doctors randomly each time so far and what would you expect from doctors you don’t have trust and history with them. Today with Dr. Ting, I mentioned about several concerns and she was in so much hurry to end the consultation in 15 minutes. It could be their rule but it is very disappointing especially when you are even taking a day off from work and visiting them. When I mentioned about migraine, the time was almost up and she told me to get an another appointment and visit again so they can assess migraine at another time. So I asked what assessment will there be and she didn’t properly explain and opened the door for me. Then, I had to leave without any simple painkillers for migraine. There was no caring for patients but only caring about making more money. Hugely disappointed 😔

    I had an appointment with Dr Balwin for a skin check. He was so very thorough, kind and patient and kept my dignity throughout the check. In discussion with me he gave me treatment and I will definitely review with him next year. The reception team were great and on the ball. Felt well looked after in their care

    Balwin, Yasmin and their team are amazing. They really put their patients' interest first and put every effort to achieve excellent health care services. I have seen with my own eyes how hard they worked. The past few years has been very difficult for everyone and the Northpoint team is simply the best. I wish I can give them 10 stars! A heartfelt thank you to you all.

    I don't often make visits, but when I do, I generally have a good experience. Recently, I was cared by Dr Wang for digestive issues and RN Dominique for my vaccination. Dr Wang was kind and courteous, ensuring that he asked all the relevant questions to diagnose me. Further, Nurse Dominique was one of the friendliest individuals I have ever met. She made sure that I was fully aware of what the vaccine entailed and kept me calm throughout the process when she knew I was not comfortable around needles. The receptionist team are also really friendly. I would like to cautiously agree with some reviews regarding Dr Jassal, as he can be a little intimidating.

    Dr Balwin Jassal has absolutely no empathy for his patients, and has no manners. Basically he's not bothered as he has other patients in line to review. His diagnosis is all over the place and is least interested in your issues. Something need's to change. Not a good look for this medical center overall. Otherwise staff are friendly and no other issues. My perception has changed based on 1 doctor. Please review the guy before someone actually complaints.

    I had a great first appointment with Dr Wang today. The receptionists were helpful and friendly in person and over the phone. The appointment was on time, and Dr Wang was very pleasant to talk to. He took time to ask me questions about my health to get a better grasp of what I needed help with. The building is also very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Northpoint and Dr Wang, and look forward to my future appointments.

    This is a new clinic opened in the Albany village and these guys are really welcoming. The charges for the visit are pretty normal and may be less compared to other clinics. The new app makes it easy to book and cancel appointments. They have enough parking space in front or inside the building. There is a pharmacy next to the clinic and they do free prescription medicine. Note: the basement parking is only available till 5:45pm.

    Had my 1st visit today and registered immediately. Reception is knowledgeable and knows what she's doing and Dr. Balwin's awesome. I felt well looked after. Equipments are all new, can't help but think they're spoiling patients with the comfort they effortlessly give. Bonus: they're less expensive as well.

    My appointment with Dr Mark Wang - rather than seeing Dr Baldwin Jassal who is currently only accepting Skin Consultations - I was very pleased with the outcome. Dr Mark Wang is detailed & took a holistic approach to my consultation. Dr Mark Wang also has a friendly professional manner. Heather Jones

    I’m recovering from a mild traumatic brain injury and the reception staff made it impossible for me to book in an appointment. I explained the urgency is needing an appointment for ACC Payment and meds yet was refused service. I ended up in the mental health centre after having a mental breakdown from the staff incompetence and mistreatment.

    I have spent many years trying to find a good doctors practice that is open minded and patient centred. I have really been grateful to the team at Northpoint medical for always listening, taking me seriously and validating complicated conditions. They were also so wonderful through my pregnancy and are great with my son. Highly recommend this practice.

    Greeted by very friendly helpful Receptionists Dr Jassal explained everything in detail , was very gentle taking sample. I found him to be very informative and extremely courageous. Would certainly recommend him to all. Thank you for the great service

    I have been seeing Dr Daniel Kim for a while now. I am happy with the ability to get appointments fairly quickly and to use my Southern Cross. Dr Kim is caring and I feel he listens. We are working together to find solutions to my somewhat complex issues. 🙂

    I’ve had the best experience with Dominique. She’s been my nurse for a year now, her infectious happiness makes it impossible to leave without a smile on your face. She always went above and beyond, remembered every conversation we had that wasn’t about health and made me feel valued rather than just another number. Would definitely recommend!

    Not able to book on the website. Reception staff don't know why and aren't interested to help. Upon calling to book I am transferred to the bookings team, but they are busy so I am told to wait for a call back. I also need a repeat prescription so I am transferred to some other line that goes straight to voice mail. What kind of system is this in 2023? How can this place compete with others that have seamless instant booking through an app?

    I’ve been going to Northpoint Medical for quite a few years now. The doctors have always been well informed and great to deal with, same goes for the nurses and other staff. I would recommend them as they have been always been accommodating of my needs.

    I was very pleased that the doctors are very competent and responsive, they will do what you want and what concerns you. And in double time you can talk at the reception with nice girls who do very fast their job

    I would really like appreciate Dr. Daniel Kim. He is an amazing doctor who easily figures out the exact cause and his prescribed medicines works like wonder. One of the best doctor’s!! And the reception staff as well very polite !

    I had three suspect sun spots removed at Northpoint. The service was excellent everyone involved in my care, including reception, Doctor and Nurse communicated clearly, answered my questions and coped with my hearing disability well. I was given excellent information how to deal with my wounds after the operation. The dressings were expertly done and water proof so that I could shower. My comfort was attended to without a fuss throughout the procedures. All in all outstanding service.

    The staff are sooo kind and friendly here especially the front desk ladies. They are always smiling and I love the joke as I walk in, super cute and cheerful. Dr. Wang is also very knowledgeable and never makes me feel rushed. Thank you Northpoint Medical for always being a nice place to go!! Super appreciate it!!

    I always get the kindness attention starting from reception (lovely team), always happy to help as much as possible. Very undestandable at any situation specially when is an appointment for my little one (3 years old now) who we have been taking there since he was born. Nurses and doctors are care and professionals. They hear you which is very important when you need heath care. Always approachable.

    Unfortunately, this place has really gone downhill since switching to this as my main GP. Really inefficient processes and they don't seem to care at all anymore. They just want $$$$ to do the bare minimum.

    I was trying to find my package that the delivery person lost and when I called them and asked if they had my package they put me in a 8 mins hold and told me "oh sorry the reception team is not there and we will call you back later"then I said thank you then they mucked me with my "Thank you" and rudely hung up the phone, abusolutly bullys don't ever go there.

    5 stars because I love dealing with the team! From receptionists, nurses and gps. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Also shout out to RN Dominique because I’m always anxious with needles and other procedures etc but she always makes me feel comfortable & valued and know I’m in good hands.

    Great service. We walked in as a non registration client. At closing time and they still found time to see us. Very friendly and so helpful. We had been all over the city and refused to be seen.
