Been here over 1 year and always have good experiences until today. Booked at 2pm with Dr Heather Murray , arrived on time but sat there waited for 35 minuets, finally I can see her but I feel she just want to finish her work ASAP. She talked fast, checked fast, printed fast, which hints that she is busy , no more questions should be asked. How careless a doctor can be? ?I went into her office at 2:35, she sent me out to check out @ 2:44, bad experience! Update on 16/04/2019 The reception are used to be 2 polite nice girls, now changed to 1 old woman and 1 middle age woman, they enjoyed chatting but ignoring patients. have decided to quite this clinic.

Only have one star because 0 isn’t an option. My nana was in today she has terminal cancer and Is dealing with a range of symptoms that has come with the whole ordeal. She had a booking for 10am had to wait till 10.30 to be seen because another patient was late. We were there to talk about blood test her sore throat and persistent cough and one or two other item when we got in the appointment last 10 minutes at the most a lady Tina sorted the paperwork for the blood test to be done briefly went over the cough then brought up a heart condition that never been mentioned before then when we asked about the heart condition and a few other symptoms we were told only two symptoms per appointment and we will need to make another for next week. My nan has left this place upset and a bit confused with why she can’t get the help required and some how with less info than going in. For someone with limited time already be told to come back a bit ridiculous. I personally feel a standard wasn’t meet today.

The worst experience in my life and the worst service attitude are completely unreasonable. Because the emergency meeting did not receive a doctor's consultation but need to pay a consultation fee. During the communication process, the receptionist even hang up my phone. Can't believe it! ! !

I met a couple of doc's here before and I was skeptical, until I met doctor Meg Thomson! She gave me quick actions on my pain and was so considerate as well. I know it's really hard to see your gp these days but if I have to wait anyways, I would love to wait to see her in the future when I have any problems.

In these difficult times it must be so hard for doctors to work within the restrictions. That considered, I am amazed by the level of care from Sunset Road Family Doctors. I've been going there for years and can't recommend them enough. I've seen multiple different doctors over the years and each of them have provided me with the best service I could ask for from my GP. Thank you Sunset Road!

I ended up coming to this clinic because they were the only ones I phoned that could fit me in on the same day, I've now been a patient here for a few years and they are the best doctors that I have been to. I have seen a few of their doctors and one of their nurses and they were all so helpful and kind. The reception staff are also lovely.

It's taken me a long time to find a practise I like after moving. I have four teenagers and they each go to see different doctors. These doctors have taken the time to talk with us during the consultations we've had and we have had excellent experiences at this practice.

Excellent practice - Reception staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. It is a very busy clinic and they do their best to accommodate you with an appointment when required. Doctors and nurses are very professional, caring and knowledgeable. They listened well to my concerns and took prompt action (was admitted to hospital for further tests) highly recommend this clinic

If i have option to give zero i will. Felt like cheated today , i have been in touch with them from last 2days and for appt to terminate my pregnancy (abortion). Firstly nurse asked me to seek help from other platforms as they dont have any appt available until next week. But when i didnt get any help from other facilties i called back nure yesterday and requested her to give me appt with my GP as longer i wait i have to go for surgical procedure which i want to avoid, Then she gave me earliest appt . ( i was so happy that wow they are helping me and all) Guess what when i turned up to my appt this morning DR told me very polietly oo we do not have licence to do abortion in this clinic. Me and my husband was looking at each other helplessley that why you guys gave us the appt at first place then, She told us the stuff we already knew and chrged us 60dollars for 10minutes and it was total waste of time. Dr said our nurses do not know about that why ??? why your nurses do not know about that ???? why you guys gave us the appt for the thing which you can not do anything and still charging us money??? we demand our 60dollar to be refunded and I would like to take my 5family members to some other clinics but you guys. Felt like total rip off. Hope you guys going to do something about it.

Been at this practice, i can not stress, my ENTIRE life. Nearly twice have I been sent to debt collection service, one time when I had just turned 18, over amounts under 100 dollars. I am a young disabled person in poverty, sunset seems to love to punish for late payment with no consideration for who they're charging, how long they've been loyal to the practice and what position theyre in. Staff fails to work with mentally ill patients needs as well. Twice I've expressed the need to communicate via. email to get some needs met and today was informed I have lost my entire income because after I lost my best friend to suicide 3 weeks ago, Sunset refused to work with me via email to sort a medical certificate, and now I, a disabled 22 year old, has lost her ENTIRE income. Absolute joke of a practice. Essentially a big money laundering scheme. They don't care about patients, only that you book appointments and pay them money.

Really bad service, booked a medical check and told us that they cant do it after an array of tests including blood tests. Very unprofessional horrible place do not go.

Meg Thompson is by far the best doctor I have ever had. Nothing but positive experiences with their whole team. Particularly appreciate the expertise in chronic illness.

Such a lovely team of doctors, nurses and reception, I have seen many doctors there usually whoever is available and all of them have been great! To mention a few Dr.Meg (thank you so much for today) Dr’s Patti, John, Robert and I’m sorry if I missed the other wonderful female docs I have seen in the past. I have a tricky situation at the mo and they have accommodated me even though I didn’t know what to do. So, thank you all I’m so glad I joined your practice. Megan (Wigglesworth) I’m genuinely grateful even if you are doing your job the nature of the way you do it is really nice.

I've been a patient at this practice for many years now and I have always had great experiences from the team there. From the receptionists, Nurses and Doctors, I've always had professional and friendly treatment; not always on time, but when it's my turn I feel the doctors are never pressured for time and I never feel hurried. They are a pleasure to visit.

I have been a patient at this practise for many years and have always enjoyed the treatment I have been given. The receptionists are friendly and the nurses and doctors are personal and do not watch the clock like I have experienced in Europe. I know this means that they might not always run exactly on time but it also means that they have your interest at heart and that is what I would like to expect from a doctor. Keep up the great work.

Dr Meg Thomson is the best, most compassionate medical professional I have ever encountered. I recommend her to everyone.

Billed for an appointment that never existed on 8 November 2023, threatened with extra charges for unpaid fees. Followed up with reception who then advised the charge related to a bandage from a previous paid visit. Still waiting for Practice Manager to sort out. Have been a patient for 6 years and have lost both my adult children recently. Very disappointed with their administration
