Denise Watt is mine and my 14 month old daughters doctor. She's amazing with both of us. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Jessica was amazing - very professional, respectful and lovely to speak to. Definitely recommend her 🙂 The receptionist and nurse were also very welcoming on arrival.

This has been my family doctor since I was born. I am not sure if phone appointments are what all doctors are doing right now, but I feel let down to say the least. I have an auto-immune skin condition, and in the middle of the treatment plan nothing has changed, and it is only getting worse. I tried to ring to enquire about my options, to find out my doctor has gone home (its 2:30 pm). And that my only other option is to have another pointless phone call in the morning, and be charged further for the privilege of having my skin NOT looked at. I might not be an expert but surely SEEING the quality and health of the skin might alter any potential treatment plans? What a joke

Dr Peter Cunningham my GP for more than 25 years .. has never been dismissive of my medical concerns & been a real problem solver. This year necessitated Open Heart Surgery (scary!!), and his support throughout simply awesome. 100% recommendation.

Have always had fantastic service from the ladies at reception over the years. Thank you so much 😊 Dr Cunningham had been my family doctor for over 10 years thanks to the recommendation from my Mum. This is most definitely a 5* outstanding practice. Everyone at KRMC is both friendly and helpful. Our GP is Jess Arcus and she is the everything a patient could wish for in a GP even in complex care situations. She bends over backwards to give the best treatment and care she possibly can. Jess has an outstanding bedside manner and will go to great lengths to make sure you get the help you need.

The reception ladies are very nice and my GP Giado is very professional and thoughtful. She arranged everything for me. Finally, i found a good docotor.

I've been seeing Dr Watt for years, she's wonderful. However the receptionist staff don't seem to have the ability to think outside the box, and will shut the door in your face if you don't have an appointment. Lack of empathy

Been seeing Dr Watt for years and cannot fault her, However the reception staff and especially the practice manager could do with a course in public relations and empathy, They would have to be the most rudest vile People I have ever met in the medical field, Imagine my surprise when I go straight from work to an appointment in my work clothes and are looked down upon by the practice manager who slams the door in my face, We are pulling the family out of this shambles of a practice, No offense to the awesome doctors but your reception staff and practice manager are going to ruin your practice if nothing is done

Our family doctors for the past 17 years, can't go wrong with who you get to see as the whole team is very well qualified, and and they are amazing with the kids too. The ladies from reception are super nice and always very helpful, most of team have been there for as long as I can remember and I'm always happy to recommend them.

Fantastic level of care. I really like the Dr I see here. She actually listens to me unlike other Dr's I've seen in the past.

The level of care my Family has had here is incredible.
