If
I
could
give
0
stars,
I
would.
The
worst
experience
I
have
had
at
any
medical
practice,
due
to
the
following
events:
-
When
I
reached
out
via
email
to
make
an
appointment,
the
first
reply
I
received
was
that
they
could
not
make
an
appointment
for
me
until
I
provided
a
copy
of
my
visa.
I
guess
they
had
assumed
my
status
due
to
my
name.
I
proceeded
by
sending
through
a
copy
of
my
NZ
passport.
-
Once
I
arrived
at
the
clinic,
it
took
around
15
minutes
from
my
initial
knock
for
someone
to
let
me
in
(this
was
a
little
more
understandable
due
to
the
current
situation
with
COVID).
-
As
soon
as
I
filled
out
my
forms,
the
first
thing
the
receptionist
did
was
bring
an
EFTPOS
machine
ready
for
payment
since
it
was
my
first
time
at
this
clinic.
She
didn't
confirm
what
I
was
here
for,
whether
I
had
insurance
etc.
I
let
her
know
that
I
had
insurance
and
would
put
it
through
the
easy
claim
process.
-
Dr
Rehka
did
not
smile
at
any
point
during
my
entire
consultation.
She
looked
very
unhappy
to
be
there,
and
as
a
patient,
this
did
not
make
me
feel
comfortable
or
safe
to
be
assessed
by
her
at
all.
She
sped
through
the
consultation,
and
it
felt
like
she
was
just
trying
to
get
me
out
the
door
as
soon
as
possible.
At
no
point
(prior,
during
or
after
my
treatment)
did
she
mention
a
fee
for
the
procedure
I
had
agreed
to
undertake
this
session.
-
Once
I
returned
to
reception
to
provide
my
insurance
details,
I
was
then
told
of
a
fee
for
the
treatment
received
(over
$100),
a
$5
admin
fee?
and
another
treatment
fee
for
a
service
I
had
received
for
free
at
other
clinics.
This
was
on
top
of
the
$50
something
fee
just
for
the
consultation.
She
then
went
on
to
say
that
I
had
to
pay
for
the
treatment
and
make
the
claim
afterwards
as
she
did
not
know
what
to
put
the
claim
through
as
-
this
clinic
is
listed
as
a
Southern
Cross
Easy-Claim
provider.
I
have
never
had
to
pay
for
a
GP
visit
having
been
a
SC
member
for
a
very
long
time,
I
did
not
bring
my
wallet
with
me.
The
receptionist
was
kind
enough
to
agree
to
send
me
an
invoice
instead.
-
After
receiving
the
invoice,
I
questioned
the
charges
for
this
consultation
and
treatment,
which
at
that
point
they
removed
the
admin
fee
(for
whatever
reason
this
was
charged
in
the
first
place,
an
explanation
was
not
provided),
but
went
on
to
tell
me
that
SC
had
told
them
I
would
be
reimbursed
after
I
make
the
payment
to
the
clinic,
then
make
a
claim
with
SC.
If
that
was
the
case,
I
didn't
understand
why
it
couldn't
be
claimed
through
the
standard
easy-claim
process.
I
would
recommend
to
not
visit
this
clinic
for
whatever
reason,
there
was
just
no
positive
aspect
of
this
experience
at
all.
I
had
enrolled
to
this
clinic
as
I
have
recently
moved
into
the
area,
but
I
think
I
will
just
drive
an
extra
15
minutes
into
the
city
and
deal
with
difficult
parking
to
go
back
to
my
old
GP.
