Second time I've come here for a small procedure. Both times I felt the doctor was lore interested in knowing what I was doing in my free time rather than focusing on the procedure itself. In the most recent procedure, the nurse that was supposed to be assisting was no where to be found when the doctor needed her so another one jumped in who had no major clue what she was doing, where things were and didn't even wash her hands before handling my wound. I received no post wound care instructions, no bandage change and no information about when I was due to return to get my stitches out, no follow up call to check how the wound was and no followup appointment. Upon departure the receptionist was so rude and gave the general vibe that she really just wanted my money and see me leave. My family has been going to this practice for over 15 years and I could not be more disappointed. Definitely won't be coming here again.

I have been coming to the Mairangi Medical centre for around 30 years. Unlike the level 1 and 2 level reviewers who seemed mostly concerned with how they got along with the receptionists, I came for the quality of care provided by the doctors and nurses. Over 30 years that has ranged from their care for the relatively minor - a nearly severed tendon in my toe - to very serious - a badly broken spine and all the complications that go with that. Like I said I came because of the professionalism combined with good nature of the medical staff there. Staff who have included the incomparable Graham Robinson. Perhaps the best way to rate him is by the hundreds of grateful patients at his funeral. And for around 15+ years, Francesco, who can do anything and is pretty much fluent in English now. I have never had problems with the receptionists, but I know if that happens it can be a reflection of the attitude of the person complaining.

32 years been coming here . The people are incompetent, my wife had her script sent to her pharmacy she went to pick her medicine they had only sent 2 of 3 scripts to the pharmacy. We called your pathetic practice and we’re told it had now been sent through, after we put our baby to bed , my wife went to pick the last medication up , what do you know these clowns still haven’t sent it through. You people are incompetent and I’ve absolutely had enough how embarrassing you can’t even sent a script to a pharmacy, that’s scary to think this practice has peoples health in there hands .

These guys are amazing. Recently shifted from an Albany practice and the difference is chalk and cheese. The rest of the family is jealous and is now looking to move as well. I can access records and book easily online. The follow up is always on point and I feel like a patient here rather than a customer. Recently had Covid and the level of service care was incredible. Highly recommended.

Clean and hygienic but Prices are expensive so am unable to go as often as needed. No parking.

My family & I recently moved to this practiced based on a recommendation from friends. All the staff are so friendly and you can usually get a booking on the day. Couldn’t recommend Dr. Georgia enough. She truely cares about your well being and is super thorough. I’m so glad our family made the move.

Good doctors as long you never want to see the same person twice. Terrible services in all other aspects. Have closed my account

Absolutely wonderful practice! Been going here for many years and have always had great service for myself and my children from birth. Friendly staff and doctors and great online booking system. There always seems to be a Dr for a specific need otherwise my normal GP always seems to have an appointment within a couple of days. Highly recommend this practice.

Great place and great service. The GP I attend to is really great. He was able to spot a couple of problems that the doctors at the hospital didn't. Very professional but with amicable touch. The receptionists are nothing alike what you can read from other comments, they probably had an odd day. The place is clean and whatev... That's non important...

Amazing medical center. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel like I'm going to the medical center my grandparents owned and ran, a well run and caring feel to the medical pratice. I've been recommending to everyone I know in the area. Sorry if it makes u guys busy there😁, But it's your own damn fault for being so good😁. Anyway highly recommend.

Easy to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online. A few changes in the reception staff has been welcome as there was one very rude woman who appears to have moved on. Parking can be tricky but overall a good GP clinic

I usually have really good service from the doctors at the practise but not today, Dr Maisoon did not take me seriously at all, i am 19 weeks pregnant with extreme chest pain to the point where i couldnt even drive and she was telling me theres no point to go hospital and the hospital wouldnt admit me if i went in.. didnt even bother to consider how i was feeling and how intense my pain was & the fact that i was pregnant and felt like fainting.
