can't
rate
my
GP
high
enough.
Adria
Wan
is
THE
BEST
GP
I
have
had
in
the
past
10
years.
Prior
to
Adrian,
I
had,
had
a
highly
recommended
GP
who
advised
me
in
a
meet
and
greet
that
she
understood
all
of
my
conditions,
she
knew
how
to
treat
them
and
was
willing
to
work
with
my
specialist.
None
of
the
above
was
true.
Absolutely
None
of
it.
In
fact
toward
the
end
of
our
relationships
she
was
actually
abusive,
incredibly
unprofessional
and
I
wish
I
could
name
her
so
no
one
else
need
suffer
through
$160
consult
fees,
have
to
figure
out
exorbitant
extra
overdue
fees
when
I
had
to
tell
her
I'd
had
enough
as
she
was
actually
Yelling
at
me
in
a
consult??!
I'm
quite
mild
mannered
so
no
reason
to
yell..
So
the
"Extra
fees"
that
took
me
2
months
of
going
through
receipts
trying
to
figure
out
costs
were
basically
stealing
from
customers!!
Charging
customers,
for
full
consultants
when
she
had
just
called
me
to
ask
a
question
as
she
wasn't
listening
during
her
last
consult,
charging
full
or
$60-120
when
she
had
to
redo
a
script
as
she
had
not
fully
completed
the
previous
script
so
it
was
her
fault,
not
ours
as
a
customer...
So
she
end
up
owing
me
over
$400...
So..
Prior
to
that
hot
mess,
didn't
mean
for
this
to
be
a
complaint
I
have
nothing
but
Praise
for.
Adrian
Wan,
I
had
the
pleasure
of
being
with
Graham
Gulbransen
as
my
GP,
he
set
my
bar
so
incredibly
high
and
it
really
was
raised
pretty
high
prior
to
him
retiring
as
a
common
GP,
that
I
was
rather
spoilt
in
my
expectations
having
him
consult
with
me
for
over
8
years.
In
saying
that
Adrian
Wan
was
a
breath
of
fresh
air
and
I
need
not
have
worried
about
crying
after
every
constant,
he
is
the
only
GP
that
has
not
only
met,
but
exceeded
my
expectations
and
also
restored
my
faith
in
GP's
and
health
care
professionals
in
general
.
He
does
what
he
says
he'll
do,
when
he
says
hell
do
it,
he'll
even
be
honest
and
say
"
please
remind
me
at
3pm
to
do
such
and
such
as
I'm
booked
back
to
back
and
I
don't
want
to
forget
etc"
if
he
doesn't
know
what
my
particular
condition
is,
he
straight
away
goes
to
an
expert
on
the
topic
especially
about
my
medication,
at
no
extra
cost
to
me,
just
to
ensure
whatever
I'm
taking,
is
safe
and
he
is
always
available,
through
a
quick
Email
or
quick
call.
He's
one
of
the
most
hardworking
GP's
there
is
and
it's
no
wonder
he
has
a
waiting
list.
I'm
so
Thankful
he
took
both
my
husband
and
I
since
I
will
only
go
to
a
GP
who
can
take
both
of
us,
as
I'm
a
"complicated
case"
as
every
Dr
says.
Both
private
and
public.
So
it's
just
convenient
to
have
us
both
at
the
same
place.
As
for
the
many
teams
that
work
at
this
GP.
The
receptionist
is
as
absolutely
lovely
asset
to
the
company.
She
remembers
who
you
are,
why
you
were
there
previously
and
is
just
a
lovely
human
being.
The
prescription
team
is
not
only
friendly
and
efficient
but
are
thorough
at
looking
through
your
medical
file,
if
anything
needs
to
be
checked
with
your
Dr
you
can
be
assured
they
will
do
it
the
same
day
without
any
fuss
to
make
sure
your
script
is
with
your
Chemist
asap.
Also
for
people
like
me
who
have
encolopathy
and
can
never
remember
how
to
use
the
portal
I
never
get
told
off
for
it,
or
a
harsh
word
said,
they
just
do
what
needs
to
be
done
with
a
smile
of
the
their
face
and
an
extremely
happy,
helpfulness.
This
is
the
best
GP
is
Auckland
and
I've
tried
a
few
Nationally!!
