It's your child - don't settle. I don't believe that fancy consult rooms and high hourly rates are a substitute for treatment that lacks insight and attention - compounded by what often seemed to be over extended staff. Focus less on the $ clock and more on providing relevant support for those families and children that truly need the assistance. We often come to you for support not yet accessible through public services whilst we desperately try to better understand the issues affecting our children. Having expensive therapies suggested within the first few sessions without truly understanding your patient seems premature and inconsiderate. For our family to leave your practise after 8 months and then very quickly thereafter receive a public assessment that deems your child as a priority for the DHB & other support services, leaves me feeling like your services failed us. But hey - the rooms are pretty.

I have seen more than 5 different psychologists at 5 different clinics and none of them compared to my experience at totally psyched. I have been there for 3 years now and have continued to receive exceptional customer service by all who I have interacted with. Dr Sarah Watson as my therapist has helped me gained so many different skills that has helped me through some of the toughest moments of my life. I could not name a better place to help you on your journey, whatever it may be.

Wow - Sarah and her team made such an incredible difference in our family's life as we navigated the teenage years! Always professional, available and was able to help us make sense of so many situations. We feel forever grateful that we had her guidance and was worth every cent we spent.

I went there to seek help for one of my kids. We had 2 meetings, $450 later, no help instead, an absolute abuse of trust, money making machine. Stay away.

Met with Sarah for our appointment. She was lovely and approachable and felt like she knew her stuff. We were told the report would be with us within 2-3 weeks, it has now been 6 weeks since the appointment and still no report, despite numerous phone calls and emails chasing it. It feels like they have taken our money and then forgotten about us. Whilst happy with the original appointment and process it has been dampened by the lack of communication and the lack of actually providing the report within a reasonable time. Disappointed. On a positive the admin staff are lovely.

Totally Psyched and in particular Dr Sarah Watson has provided my family with exceptional care over the past 4 years. Expert clinical advice and guidance. It’s been a tough journey and Dr Watson has literally changed our lives.. We have strategies, we have tools and we have knowledge all as a result of our relationship with Totally Psyched. Parents. We have vulnerable children and if commuication is agressive invoicing ($6000 all paid over 6 months) and seems out of balance with reports (nothing until I sent a demand letter) and feedback is difficult, try for a second opinion. It's the best thing we ever did. Happy child, happy parents and a more holistic approach elsewhere has worked wonders. The 2 stars are for the two reception staff who came and left during that period.

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Totally Psyched. It's an incredibly supportive environment with lovely staff who are very knowledgable and make the kids feel safe and listened to. They genuinely care about the kids and give them great tools to support their wellbeing. My son with ADHD is really happy to go because he personally gets so much from his visits. Can't recommend enough.

Enquired about services. Had initial email correspondence with an Admin staff member (Michaela) who was lovely and prompt and we agreed seeing an educational psychologist for my daughter was most appropriate and the wait time was only a matter of weeks. This followed by a call from Imogen who was lovely and very helpful and advise I would receive a consent form and quote by the next day (Tuesday) and again mentioned the wait time was only a matter of weeks. Tuesday came and nothing. Called reception on Thursday and spoke to Karen who had to look up my file and then advised I'd received the forms that afternoon (yet to receive them). When I asked the reason for the delay, Karen changed her tune and suddenly had an attitude and was all flustered and blamed the government (??). She followed by very happily advising me that I wouldn't be seeing the educational psychologist until 2022. This has ended up being a very disappointing experience especially when I was recommended Totally Psyched through another industry professional who has previously worked with some of the specialists.

Totally Psyched is like family, they have absolutely changed my families life and made my boy feel like everyone else. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

There is a mental health provider in the USA that ripped off your name, which is a laugh. I didn't think anyone could passively insult people with mental illness so blatantly, but that's none of my business. Aside from this- your name gives the impression that people who need mental health services are "totally crazy!". Hope you're proud of yourselves.

We were recommended to have sessions at TP as we knew something was different about our daughter and wanted help and support. With TP help we got diagnoses and help and support to help our daughter in the best way. High recommend! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and lovely and we now have tools to support our daughter in the best way for her.
