Hi I just wanted to say how amazing our host was. Can't remember her last name but her name was Dinah. I had my daughters 1st birthday at jump on Thursday last week of school holiday. She was incredibly helpful friendly and was so cute playing with my daughter & also keeping the kids on track. Food was bomb & everything was on time ๐Ÿ‘Œ both the kids &adults had an awesome first time experience @Jump nd had lots of fun๐Ÿ˜Š

We had our son's b'day party here and everything was a breeze. There were some last minute changes to numbers and they were great at accommodating us. From the moment you arrive they assign you a host that guides you on what's happening and when. In our case this was Renee and she was fantastic, kept the kids on track and made the whole thing really fun. We were assigned a large room that was up stair that accommodated the 19 kids and 10+ adults. Kids loved it and the parents too. Venue is clean and tidy and it wasn't over crowded. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout, great place and atmosphere, plenty of parking on site.

Itโ€™s a warehouse with a floor covered in trampolines. You donโ€™t need to read reviews because you already know itโ€™s going to be awesome. As a parent, the only downside is when your child inevitably asks to have their birthday there. If your kid is popular and has more than a sensible number of friends, then you better wear your pants with the DEEP pockets. Also the party room is pretty lame, I know Iโ€™m not the target demographic, but surely thereโ€™s a better theme than โ€œoffice lunch room when someone retiresโ€. Then again, thereโ€™s chicken nuggets, pizza, cake and party bags so the kids could be landing at Normandy in 1944 and it wouldnโ€™t make the slightest bit of difference.

Great for the kids, they had a blast but the areas for spectators to watch is disgusting. None of the tables were clean and there was rubbish left on seats, under tables and even on top of tables etc I could understand if they were short staffed but there was lots of employees standing around just chatting and not moving from thereโ€™s โ€˜stationsโ€™.

Nice large park, but had to drop a star for misleading pricing. They advertise a student discount of $5 every day after 4pm on their website & in-store on the price sheet, but we were unable to get it because it "wasn't in the system" at the cash register for some reason. The staff member seemed as confused as us, so our group of 6 shrugged it off and payed full price. Would've been nice to have though, as we brought along our student IDs and came to the less convenient 4pm session in anticipation of the discount.

Great place of you are just going for trampolines compared with a traditional gym. No wait to jump like there might be at a gymnasium for a tramp. And BIG plus, it doesn't smell like feet ๐Ÿ˜‚ Also the coaches are all trampolining experts ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Œ

A person lying on a trampoline for 20 mins, when asked staff, I have been told the person is autistic. I have seen several kids made unnatural movement trying avoid that person, since he was not visible from distance lying down. You need to seriously consider what is your priority, safety, or else?

Vibrant place. The warmth and friendliness of the waiters infected me and the children.I love it here. Two hours doesn't seem like enough time. We will come again.

Kids liked it. On a rainy day it was just the ticket. Parking can be a challenge, but this is more of a customer made issue as people hawk for parks on the premises. My tip is go early and park on the road outside.

Definitely a good place for young children (and certainly teenagers) to burn some energy, spacious jumping area and a range of activities, friendly receptionist at the front desk. However I would suggest better protocols for cleanups and hygiene as the toilets were really filthy with wet floors and suspicious spots on toilet seats. On top of that, it would be much reassuring if there were more than just one staff on the jumping area. It was such a big place, especially when there were a lot of overheated children, you could easily feel disorganised even get disorientated.

kicked me out for jumping when i fell into a small child. I way 145kg it was not my fault the kid was there I didint know. The worst was that it was there fault the socks ddint fit on my 145 kg feet. Overall a fun time!!!!!

We had the best vip party for my daughter. Everything was so well organized, our host Grace was so lovely, she looked after my daughter and was very encouraging while she and her friends enjoyed jumping. Our party afterwards was great, food was yummy and the area we used upstairs was perfect. I would highly recommend the vip parties for a fun time for the kids and easy time for the parents!

Really cool place for the kids. Absolutely packed. They really enjoyed themselves. Needs more toilets, from what I could see only two for a large amount of people, they were filthy.

Took the kiddies on cheap Tues 30/08 for my daughter's birthday. Kids always love jump, fun way to get them exercised lol. If you're looking for a quiet-ish night to take the kids, this is the night. They made a bday dedication over the speaker for her which was such a nice personal touch. Staff that night 10/10 :)

Good place for the kids to let off steam. A little bit disorganized, not sure why but we ddnt get put thru the H&S spiel before sending the kids off to play. Although I noticed the next lot that came in were ushered in by the staff & given the formal treatment so ....๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ™„. I ddnt really see many staff members around the actual "jump" areas but that could've been due to covid-related staff shortages like everywhere else.

Jump trampoline park is AMAZING I suggest going on a week day as there is way less people, the weekends get crowded. You pay for a 1 hour session (that's all you need because it is TIRING) it's a bit on the pricey side, up to 20 bucks per person but it is worth it. There are lots of trampolines, 5 Olympic trampolines, 2 foam pits, 2 basketball hoops and 2 Dodgeball courts, I would recommend you try jump trampoline Park.

Visited during busy school holiday season. Neat and friendly, staff was always supervising children and were there to help kids do activities. Onsite Cafe and fresh orange juice machine. We tried coffee and nachos at Cafe they were alright. If you are a first time visitor, you will have to buy socks from jump if repeat, remember to bring those socks ๐Ÿ˜‰
