The manager is rude. My boy got nose bleeding around 3.10pm. we asked if we can get refund as my boy was unable to jump anymore. The manager refused to refund us. It's not money problem. It's about how she treat kids. She is so rude.

I’m extremely disappointed with Jump in Rosedale. I took my kids with a friend and the parent and didn’t have a good experience. Firstly we couldn’t look after our kids so I had to pay to supervise. My youngest is 3 years old only. No water bottle are allowed and the staff asked to remove from the area. How do you jump one hour and not allowed to drink anything. I have been to JUMP last December and there were not strict rules like that. Er could eve leave out bags under the bench in the play area. Secondly, no other non slippery socks are allowed so I had to buy one. Not even a proper sock to jump. They said they wouldn’t take any responsibility for accidents if I was wearing another non slippery socks. Is that a joke? And ALL the staff was wearing tennis shoes where I have to wear Jump socks. The last thing, was the worst. I was playing with MY KIDS, jumping with them. Again, my youngest is only 3. The staff came and said one person was allowed in one spot. All the other kids were playing and jumping together and I was with my kids. Definitely, JUMP won’t see my money again. Do NOT recommend them and will never come back with guests.

Really good but you only get 2 hours session to play, it should be bit longer.

I went with my twin 17mo old boys for their mini morning session last Friday and everything was tidy, no access areas were well cordened off and staff were kind and attentive. Nikita was very helpful with helping me keep an eye on them and guiding to appropriate play areas. Would definitely go again.

Good fun for the kids and some parents on Sunday afternoon. Staff need to check the floor around cafeteria area as you can get your fancy yellow socks wet from the spilled drinks. Btw, Jump Team is very friendly and hardworking. Keep it up :)

Would have given 6 starts, but BE AWARE they run hourly session times and this is not mentioned anywhere when you look this place up. We arrived almost half way thru their hourly session times. Got told that we can either wait like 35m (heck now with a 5y old and a 22mo) or pay the full price for half the time! It's cost money to mind your little one, almost a full priced ticket, so be aware of this too. To make matters worse. We got sent out to buy or trade our socks in as they were not their "branded grippy socks"... Regardless we probably had better grips on our own socks & toddlers won't do backflips for sure! So we got to waste more time & money.... The place is well set out, and has a safe area for the little ones. Altough some teenagers thought they are under 110cm, noone told them to move out of the designated area. We ended up buying an other session as the kids had lots of fun, but I feel we got ripped off here and won't be rushing to go back.

What a great experience, first time doing a birthday party through jump. Everything was organized we walked in with our cake and the rest was a breeze. The trampoline areas were really clean, and it looks like they ensure the place isn't super packed to all the kids get turns and enjoy a jump without being overcrowded. Great experience would do again.

I enjoyed jumping around at the trampoline park! Lots of fun and unexpected cardio, don't be hard on yourself if you don't manage the whole hour slot that you get - I was close but didn't quite make it myself 😅 The staff are friendly, helpful, and effective and explaining and enforcing the rules they have for everyone's safety! Worth noting that you need to wear their special socks which cost an additional $2.50 per pair but once you buy them they're yours to take home! Also worth mentioning is that the foam pits they have also have a tendency of slipping those socks off. Be careful if you're jumping in there, you might find you have to buy another pair of socks. Other than that, the food on offer was seemingly well priced for what we got and they had a decent selection on offer as well. If you're going to get any drinks heavier than water (and even then), you'll want to be careful with how much you drink as well. Milkshakes were a great way to end the session! I would recommend it for all ages!

Hi, my name's Pippi and I'm in the performance class. Jump is so fun! The staff are so helpful, one of the staff I met there was super nice and helped me with my front handspring her name was Gemma. Jump is my favourite after school activity!

Great place to take the kids to burn some energy! Also a good reminder how unfit you are! I was wrecked after 5mins jumping around after a 2yo but we stuck it out for an hour and nap time was a piece of cake. Reasonably price too and the staff organize rounds of dodgeball which get pretty competitive! Heaps of fun.

I had my kid’s 9th Birthday party here, Lee, who was our party host, was simply amazing. I have held several parties before around the area, but Jump offers outstanding hands free, hassle free birthday parties for the parents.

always packed with energy and fun, love the place, fairly priced, well organized. depends on the time, it can get quiet and super busy. There can be instructors organize dodge ball games which is an plus.

It was so much fun. The trampolines are built for adults and kids but I guess "grown-ups don't like fun. The ninja warrior course is as hard as it looks on TV if you don't have excellent upper body strength...even if you do. I wouldn't suggest climbing the ropes if you are not good with heights. Overall I have been waiting awhile to go bouncing and I was not disappointed.

Good cafe with good intact trampolines. They also had the following activities, a standard trampoline area, dodgeball, kids area, basketball, a foam pit and a wall to jump on and off on.

Honestly didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did ! Great space and atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpfull when needed the place was clean and well ventilated which helps when your hopping on trampolines for the first time in 15 years 🤣

Brilliant place for my nephew's birthday party. Good cafe for the adults while the young burned up some sugar. Highly recommend.

Went on the last Saturday of the school holidays so obviously it was hectic but the staff were amazing so it was great. Took a toddler who was having a melt down because she wanted the Dodge ball balls and the young blonde girl worker (sorry I didn't catch your name!) came and kindly offered my kid some balls from the toddler sessions, saved the day and later gave us a brochure for said sessions. Thanks Jump crew! Will definitely make the trip to come back to this branch ✌️

We have been to jump Northshore more than a handful of times now and its is always a great experience, the staff are always helpful teaching the kids new tricks and playing games with them, extra credit to the two floor staff this morning during the first session, my 3year old son and his cousin had the best times playing games with you both, learning lots of new games. your enthusiasm makes all the difference.

Big area for the kids to jump around, sometimes alittle over crowed depending on the times you come, great that they provide a water tap to fill up and lockable lockers and option to buy hot food,Be good if the offered more special discount days that were in the weekend or school holidays as it can be pricey if you have more than 1 child

Wow! Can't rate the customer service enough at Jump! They are so incredibly friendly and accommodating to my son who has autism. Thank you very much to you all.

Getting old and doesn’t change. Kids jumped for 15 minutes and got board. Ordered a tea from the cafe, and after paying $4.00 (all it is is hot water and a tea bag - no milk) and when asking the staff to top up a little hot water they refused. Biggest waste of money…
