I’m
extremely
disappointed
with
Jump
in
Rosedale.
I
took
my
kids
with
a
friend
and
the
parent
and
didn’t
have
a
good
experience.
Firstly
we
couldn’t
look
after
our
kids
so
I
had
to
pay
to
supervise.
My
youngest
is
3
years
old
only.
No
water
bottle
are
allowed
and
the
staff
asked
to
remove
from
the
area.
How
do
you
jump
one
hour
and
not
allowed
to
drink
anything.
I
have
been
to
JUMP
last
December
and
there
were
not
strict
rules
like
that.
Er
could
eve
leave
out
bags
under
the
bench
in
the
play
area.
Secondly,
no
other
non
slippery
socks
are
allowed
so
I
had
to
buy
one.
Not
even
a
proper
sock
to
jump.
They
said
they
wouldn’t
take
any
responsibility
for
accidents
if
I
was
wearing
another
non
slippery
socks.
Is
that
a
joke?
And
ALL
the
staff
was
wearing
tennis
shoes
where
I
have
to
wear
Jump
socks.
The
last
thing,
was
the
worst.
I
was
playing
with
MY
KIDS,
jumping
with
them.
Again,
my
youngest
is
only
3.
The
staff
came
and
said
one
person
was
allowed
in
one
spot.
All
the
other
kids
were
playing
and
jumping
together
and
I
was
with
my
kids.
Definitely,
JUMP
won’t
see
my
money
again.
Do
NOT
recommend
them
and
will
never
come
back
with
guests.
