Great facility, with automated ball loader and range machine to gauge your hitting. Friendly staff, and also very clean toilet facilities. Wish they had more car parking, as they are very popular. However not to much I think they can do about that.

Great opportunity to train yourself. Golfing coirses available. Wide range of brands and choices in buying the products. Driving range is good as well. Reasonable prices and if you buy the membership cards, it will attain more discounts. I am only an amateur. So, I may not be the right person to review. Although, I really like the place.

It's been years since I last went to a driving range. Loved it. Not too many people. Plenty of platforms and the Top Tracer software worked nicely. The staff was friendly and facilities were modern. Had a great time. 100 balls for $16. Club hire for $5 extra.

Christian was very helpful today when I tested the new Callaway Paradigm irons, thanks. The irons were amazing giving me a consistent flight and an extra 5-7 meters, worth every dollar if you can afford them.

Very nice driving range with ball tracers to show you everything about your shot. Energetic staff and always friendly and accommodating us - like please give 2 bays next to each other for my mate and I. Good stock of golf clubs and carts and shoes. Worth a visit.

Called up and asked if I needed to book they said just come on in. Came in 30min later to a stressed out man behind a counter. Asked for 100 balls and 2 drivers to be told all the drivers have been broken and needed to wait because 5 people were waiting for spots. Could have been told this on the phone. Also if you are going to work on reception pretend to be friendly at least like everyone else. Sorry for the review im sure I caught you guys on a bad day.

Great place to go for practicing your golf skills. Easy access, close to city. Most importantly, they have Toptracer installed.

The computer that calculates distance doesn’t always work, it skips. Plus when my friend wanted to buy more balls, they said 50 is the limit. She asked if they are closing soon and they said no, it’s just the balls limit per person, inconvenient when you want to stay for longer. Probably not coming back to that one.

After going to several competitors golf stores and some other GW this one stood out, specially because one person made a whole lot better service and actually really cared for accomodating what I was looking for. Thanks Jordan for your support and for going above and beyond helping me suck less at golf (maybe) with my new club.

Really bad customer service. no greeting upon entering, staff kept on chatting amongst themselves. Ask for 1 bandage for my daughter and got thrown the bandage across the counter. Great facility but will not consider coming back after all 1000 balls are used

Handy location next to the motorway in Takapuna. There is a shop selling all your golfing needs Plus a driving range and putting green. Friendly staff and plenty of parking although it does get Busy on the weekends

Disappointing experience, hitting my wedge and then get told to stop hitting the ball over the net, when then explaining that I didn’t hit any balls over the net, the staff member didn’t believe me and went on about it and didn’t want to hear me out. I even asked if he didn’t have cameras he can look at to see that I hadn’t it any balls over the net which he replied to that he doesn’t have to and why am I getting so angry about it. I love going there because of the technology on offer but will have to consider going elsewhere after this experience.

The guys at the Takapuna Range are awesome. I’d recently bought some clubs from the main shop in Newton and the salesperson there wrongly fitted me with a range of regular, stiff and extra stiff shafts. I wasn’t aware that this was the case it took one of the friendly young fellas there (Who is giving me some pro tips) to point out this anomaly, Also explained that it shouldn’t be like this. Once I told him that I brought the clubs from their retail store, he then went and spoke to his manager who promptly organised to change everything over to the correct stiffness and made everything uniform all for a very small fee considering they had to replace my whole set of irons from Sims to sim2’s . And new shaft for my driver also. . This was just one of the many occasions where I found them to be foredooming Courteous, helpful . Totally recommend these guys and establishment, cheers
