Bunnings really have to look into their staffs manner. Rudest for the year. I went to counter and telling the old white lady that it's charging into the company account. She tells me to speak up, speak up, speak up. I have my mask on which it soften my voice. It would be more polite to tell people sorry I cannot hear you, instead of telling them speak up, speak up, speak up. I am a customer not your kids. Then I place my powercard on the Table, she asked me to flip it as she doesn't want to touch it. FFS wear a gloves then, u are touching the spray can I took for scanning. I hope Bunnings better give a full explanation on their staff behaviour. Absolutely RUDE!

The manager Nesa and staff member Olivia need retraining. Extremely rude and spoke to me like a dog. I was racially profiled and took this to head office. Also the police have been notified. And secret shoppers have been hired to probe the customer service at this store. If you have a complaint call head office. They are very very good. Also the store in glenfield are very very good as well.

Was there yesterday on a Saturday afternoon. The store is busy with customers but felt very clustered inside and hard to get through. Minimal service with self checkout and not many staff around to answer your questions. Looked like they have 1 staff for each department, including popular ones such as bathroom, painting. I was there around 4pm Saturday afternoon. Couldn't find a staff who was free to assist me. Gave up waiting after 10mins. This was with me proactively walking around looking for someone, anyone to ask questions. A bit disappointed . Not a good customer experiences and no where near those Bunnings TV ads.

The old lady at checkout had a impatience Customer before me and to lighten the mood I mentioned that we are not all like that. I’ve only needed to swap an item and the next thing before I knew she calls me a little swine. Being baffled by this I asked her if she just called me a little swine and she confirmed this by saying yes my boys are at 6.2 and 6.5 so compared to them you’re a little. Worst costumer service in my life.

I had a great experience when dealing with three staff - Vanesa, Josh and Saarah. I had called to hold a product that was listed as in stock on the website. When I arrived, I was informed that the website had an error and the product wasn’t available in Auckland. Despite this, they were able to find a viable alternative and offer a discount on that for the trouble. They were genuinely apologetic and even offered us a coffee as a gesture. A great customer service experience that will ensure my return business. Thanks team!

Usually enjoy this shop. Came in for 2 items, no checkouts open so had to line up at information while one woman flirted with a customer ahead of me, the other counting bolts into a box, neither wearing their masks correctly. I, a cancer patient wearing a scarf because I am bald, was looked at like something on the bottom of ones shoe and beckoned forward with the flap of a hand. All I wanted to do was pay and leave because I felt like I shouldn't be here. The couple next to me were treated with more respect getting a whole conversation whereas I just got told how much to pay and to take my receipt.

Customer service is dry on a sunny day! Simple things like greet customers upon arrival/departure and also when they ask a question and they say thank you, you gotta say you're welcome. Interacted with 3 elderly women and none of them gave a positive vibe. Fix it because its disgrace to think you keep around a dysfunctional culture.

I required a special order from a Bunnings supplier and had the good fortune to be assisted by Fia who placed my order, arranged courier and finalised my payment quick smart. Excellent service thank you.

Got to say blown away by the customer service from Zac who called me to discuss a product not being as specified on the website... bent over backwards to sort the problem out. Mistakes happen but the sign of a good business is one that fronts up and goes the extra mile to make it right. Really impressed and really appreciative.

I go here primarily because I live close by but also because of the large range of items in this store from Building products to gardening. Plenty of Parking and you can drive inside For trade products. Good range of Tools, cleaning items, nail and screws, And a full paint department and timber Yard. Most staff are friendly and helpful inc Dean and Jaslyn both who went over And above my expectations in customer service.

Visit Bunnings occasionally and find the staff really helpful. Directions to aisles where the product I need are clear. Great to have the small cafe by the Garden Centre is great to recharge after cruising the Garden Centre. Have bought some great bargains at the end of a season when they're clearing out plants.

Brought a lawn mower, paid 100 cash and asked to pay the rest on card. The women at the tool shed counter had poor customer service manner, no smile, hello, thankyou. She took the money and put the rest on my card. I left abit sad because of the service. Next day luckily I checked my account and she had taken the full purchase amount out of my card including the 100 cash I gave. Half an hour to drive back to the store, the same women was questioned infront of me, the cameras proved i was telling the truth so i was reimbursed 100 but no apology from the women that over charged me, no reimbursement for 30 mins time and gas spent to drive back there and 30 mins to drive home again because of her mistake. That's what I get for choosing to spend $400 at this store. Just not a nice experience at all.

Just came back. One old lady working in the session of paint was very rude. She was very impaitient and yielded at me all through the service. Everytime she turned around she will said something lowering her voice, and she also shouted at her coworkers crazily tellling them that she wanted a holiday. Obviously, she was not happy about her shift, but please be professional to cutomers and your cowokers.

Bunnings Glenfield: Garden Centre looking a little untidy but staffing could be an issue there. Bunnings Constellation Place: Garden Centre presented nicely and excellent plant choices Staff at both branches in all departments are always friendly and helpful. There are some prepared to go that extra mile, which is appreciated and passed onto management.

Went to get a insink erator, the price sticker said it had 5 tears warranty and box said 10. I wanted to know what was correct and how warranty worked A free staff member said only the plumber another person knew about warranty , who was busy. Waited for the person to finish his convo with the other customer for 20 minutes without getting any acknowledgement or attention. People at checkout also unaware of how warranties work. Just rude staff

A well-stocked store on the Shore for all your hardware needs with ample parking. Definitely cheaper than the Mitre 10 particularly in tools section. Bunnings sell the Ozito brand which is a good cheap tools range where you can use the same lithium battery for all of their product ranges. That brand is not available at Mitre 10, so Bunnings make many other brands very competitive to other big hardware stores in NZ. The main problem with Bunnings is the employees are a bit indifferent, not that customer friendly or helpful and most are vanished after 3pm like. You won't see a soul after 5pm sometimes, except the ones at the check outs.

The electricity employee provides awful service; even though she has thousands of pins on her shirt, she has a terrible mood and mistreats the customers. It is a pity that they invest so much in advertising and do not train their employees to provide excellent service as they try to promote.

Went to Constellation Dr today with my husband to buy a line trimmer. A young guy called Sam helped us and boy, did he know his stuff! Really knowledgeable and he also suggested things like an extra jerry can for the petrol 2 stroke mix. Seriously, give Sam a pay rise, excellent service!

I usually love going to Bunnings for my Plants.. Except this occasion wasn't exciting. Low on vege stock & what was left were sad flat packs. So back on the road to find my vege fix.
