    Was interested in buying a Toyota from the yard. After looking around for close to 10 minutes no sale staff approached me to offer assistance which amazed me no end. No one else was looking at cars on the yard and only one sales assistant appeared less than interested in me while playing on his mobile. Ended up buying a car from a different yard around the corner 30 minutes later. Maybe online sales are more important these days? For a little interest and effort they would have had a sale. Dilemma when getting another car later this year for another of my kids.

    Went in one weekend looking to buy a new/near new Hilux and the salesman showed very little interest. Pretty much gave me 30 secs of his time and it wasn't busy at all. Went on to buy a Ute from their competitors on that same day. Very unlikely I'll ever step into Toyota yard after this experience.

    I bought brake pads for my car. They gave me the wrong part. Paid around $100 for it. Returned it and they said it will take a while, 4 weeks to be exact, to arrive. So they gave me an option for an after market replacement with the same quality and PRICE as the original one. After 3 days of waiting I went there to pick it up. They gave me a TRW brand. I took it trusting them its an equavalent part as the original one. As Im not familiar with TRW, I did some research, I checked Repco and they have the exact brake pads, same part number and it only costs $29!!! What a rip off! At least what they can do is refund me the diffrence of price I paid to them!

    I bit annoying the waiting area. No power plugs; so hard to work on the laptop when nothing yo power it up with. And it would have been awesome to have free wifi to work on instead of dealing with bad reception in some places of the waiting room. For money the money people and companies spend, in surprised of limited the waiting room is

    Very enjoyable and hassle-free purchase experience!!! Incredible customer service received from consultant Star Chen! He is friendly and professional, providing me with detailed and useful information . No pressure salesman. Highly recommended. Definitely will buy my next car from him too :)

    Yet again, the sales team can’t be bothered to act on my query to purchase a vehicle from your yard. It’s not the first time I have experienced this poor service, the last time I went and bought a Volvo instead. This time it was for my husband who wants the new Landcruiser. We have been customers before but still no response after a whole week, I even took time out of my day to come into the yard. Makes me wonder if you need to be a middle aged bald man to be taken seriously in your dealership. So disappointing.

    North Shore Toyota are great. Their mechanics/service staff are helpful, honest, and considerate. I recently bought a new car here too and the process was smooth and I'm incredibly happy. King is great.

    I love seeing the (usually ignored, looked down on & written off as a timewaster) response I get wearing my worst clothes & then paying cash for large purchases! I was immediately greeted nicely and directed to James. James was extremely helpful, polite & listened to what I wanted, even though I looked untidy in old farm clothes with windblown, unkempt hair.! His professionalism was outstanding. The car I've purchased exceeds my expectations and James did everything in his power to ensure my happiness. Thanks for the coffees and extra presents. I HIGHLY recommend North Shore Toyota ..!!!

    Poor Attitude of staff. Called for my new car service… Wow really disappointed about the person answered the call at North Shore Toyota. She was not interested on my inquiry at all. not helpful/ not friendly/ very rude. Didn’t expect this from a Pioneer brand like Toyota. maybe you are having enough customers and not in need of new ones. i know that my review doesn't really matter as i'm just a ONE customer. but my Car matters for me... but remember one day you will loose lot of customers "Toyota lovers".     My car was booked in on Monday for a service and warrant, I dropped off my car and told a very pleasant man that it was booked in on Friday for a clean,I was sorry that it was so grubby but I couldn't get it cleaned before the warrant. I went later in the day to pick it up but it wasn't quite ready, what lovely thought full polite guys making sure I was OK when I went to get my car it was so clean and the inside was vacuumed and so clean I was stunned and so very grateful the service was exemplary, I would recommend north shore toyota to every one I meet and give it 5 gold stars thank you toyota,I hope you all have a fabulous Xmas and new year cheers 🍻 Maureen Snookes

He was great to deal with and very professional from the start and helped me through the entire process of purchasing my first vehicle.     I booked my vehicle with Toyota Northshore on 26/10/2022 I was told that the battery will arrive from Japan in the middle of November and the vehicle will be ready than. Today on 14 November I called them to check if my vehicle is ready so I can pick it up they said another 6 weeks required to fix it as the battery is still on its way. So disappointing service no credibility no apology and no other option was given except wait for the part to arrive.

    Tried to diagnose my Toyota vitz and after couple of weeks, they said that they have no luck finding it. Charged for two hours for nothing. Why did I take my car to Toyota? Believing that they have device to diagnose their own car! Am not sure what to do with my car now.

    Due to some reason the gentleman hesitated to show me car and kind of ignoring me. But he is treating other people differently, not sure why such a discriminatory experience I had. Second visit that person was not there and was a good experience.
