Possibly the friendliest store in Auckland. I buy treats and flea and worming products. If I fed my kids pre packed food I would buy this there too. We are always made to feel welcome and welcome to return. Great assortment of products, specials weekly and Lilli is welcome to come inside and shop with me; she loves that.

Great shop for pets. Staff are helpful, one even indulged my question about how they keep their fish tanks crystal. Found the prices of certain items better than elsewhere.

Super friendly staff. Took my baby Possum 'Baby Bear' with me last time and they enjoyed seeing him. Loved that PETStock promote NZ's first PET REFUGE where the pets of women in Women's Refuge will be safe and cared for and loved until they can be reunited with the woman / children at Refuge. 😍❤😻

I find the staff here very helpful and friendly, and clearly animal lovers. Their prices are on the higher side compared to other places, but overall I drive out of my way to shop here.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They’ve got banter, they remember you, they care about the animals and my dogs absolutely love it when they come out and great them when they’re getting a wash! I would not go anywhere else to wash my dogs after the beach - even though we live in Albany! Always have a good laugh and a chat and they are always willing to carry stuff to your car if you need an extra hand. I cannot recommend this place enough!! IMO all the staff needs a payrise - not once have I come here and gotten bad service! From Ralph, Martha & Line

Pet stock helped us adopt our kittens, and the shop assistant was so helpful and knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble. I was really grateful and the customer service is always good, and the proces are lower than competitors.

Our dog loves going there, especially watching the cats! It's like going to the movies... More seriously, great choice of pet supplies, super friendly and helpful staff, good prices. This store also has a great selection of pick-and-mix dog treats, which our dog is addicted to.

Great service, well stocked. My only gripe is that they open at 9am...should be a lot earlier.
