I was impressed with thier covid precautions. There was a one way system in and out of the store, hand sanitizer readily available and all the shop floor staff head masks on - but despite all those extra precautions there was no delay and the shop floor staff were visible and especially helpful. The check out lady let her own side down though by wearing her mask as a support for her double chin - leaving her mouth and nose clear. She was behind a perspex screen though. All in all a good experience this visit.

Not the largest of Mitre10 stores. But it has most items the every day handy man will require. And a good supply of stock for most builder needs. I found the staff very friendly and willing to assist me

Excellent store. Rang ahead to make sure they had some Resene oil stain and they put some tins aside for me. Paint specialist was knowledgeable, and gave good advice about stain application. Highly recommend the paint department.

Unfortunately the older gentleman (South African accent) is on a power trip, and threatened to take me on because we drove in the exit (accidentally due to traffic) this man actively sourced us out to exert his control. Won’t shop local again there

Staff here are absolutely fantastic very helpful go above and beyond in their service. Huge store so much to choose from and the gardening section has beautiful great range with highest quality plants. Spoilt for choice throughout the store. Highly recommend

Hey..look. I know all your staff will be run off their feet with cooped up crazy people wanting to shop and I'm probably one of them. But I went in to get some plants. Unfortunately nearly all those pretty flowers had no price on them. So I went home with glue instead and instead of spending $50 I spent 6. Oh and I'm happy to come work for you part time...I have an excellent background in retail...and price all those unpriced items so people like me, will buy them. Just message me

While I realise staff training is important running it at 9:45 in the middle of the floor while avoiding helping me and several customers is not great. Also good to make the training interesting so staff laugh but tends to grate when waiting for help.
