Zoom have recently begun charging customers a fee now for their medication unless they take 4 or more medications a day. ZOOM has only increased barriers to people taking their medicines to make profit. Disappointing to see. Their customer service is atrocious aswell and until you make payment they will withhold your meds. It costs less for me to get my medication from a chemist warehouse franchise chain than Zoom.

Feeling very disheartened today after being loyal for nearly 3 years. Paid on Monday 27th August and today 1st September I had to chase up about my parcel for 3 family members scripts and was told a tracking number was allocated just this afternoon and last Month they only sent 1 family members script out and didnt do anything about the other 2 family members. Had to chase up that as well. Is this due to The Warehouse taking over? Because we have been loyal to you for nearly 3 years and thinking of other options. Was very concerned today whether the medications had been lost in transit or worse.... I no longer recommend you to my associates as I fear ill get flack from the lack of service I've been shown........ Concerned today that has lead me to redo my review of your company. The lady I spoke to this afternoon was really lovely but MY concerns ARE about staff behind the signs dishing the parcels out and allocating tracking numbers to them. Please up your game or we go elsewhere next month. Not sticking round for another month of chasing up scripts sorry not impressed at all.

Great service, easy to use and fast delivery . I ordered a covid kit and it was delivered very fast. Great communication from zoom pharmacy notifying me that my order would take a extra few days as they had a lot of orders but that was no worry. Still arrived fast. Very happy with the service and will definitely use zoom again .

When it goes right it's a wonderful service, but when it goes wrong you're on your own even if you're not at fault. From my own experience it is just too risky to use for important medication because it may not be delivered before your prescription runs out.

I have been with Zoom for over 2 years. And in this time it has given me convenience to carry on with life. Without the worry of running out of your meds. That is why they get 5 star rating for me. There services will remind you to get more meds and let you know when you are going to run out. They can organise with your doctor to get another script, or you can do it yourself. They can also organise to have them packed in sachets. And they will deliver it to your house. You don't even have to go pick up at the chemist. That's how convenient it is. I do tell family and friends to use it. But I don't know if they know enough about it. The doctors should push this service on to the patients. I actually found this service while scrolling online. The rest is history. So go on and give it a go 👍🙏

Zoom has been quite helpful. They answer questions quickly and deliveries are easy and correct not to mention convenient. Highly recommended.

Only good thing about these guys is the convenience on not having to go to a physical pharmacy. Customer service is just not there. Not the first example, but the latest one my GP prescribed pain meds to me yesterday and this morning I get a text saying it'll be included with my repeat prescription 7 days from now... You going to leave me in pain for 7 days??? So I replied to the TEXT only to be told it's my problem and I'll have to phone them to get it earlier... Where's the convenience now.

They used to be good before bought out by the warehouse. I used to get all my meds from them and they used to call to to remind me as they only do month by month. But now when I was out of medicine they didn't send me a reminder and when I called the operator was very rude. She was like I can't do anything for you as I don't have a prescription. When I asked if delivery can be fast-tracked so she said it will take 3-5 days. No empathy at all. Horrible experience. No more Zoom. I wish google had option for negative star.

I and another family member have been using Zoom Pharmacy for several years and the service has been great however that has now changed with very poor customer service over the last few months. We will not be using Zoom Pharmacy again as there are now much better online pharmacies to choose from that are more focused on helping their customer's.

I find Zoom Pharmacy Nz amazing. Meds always arrive on time. Thay remind me when I need a new prescription . Nothing is to much trouble. Meds are packed for me taking the hustle out of making them up myself. And there delivered straight to my door. Thank you to all the staff at Zoom you do an amazing job. Very much appreciated.

My prescription was delivered to the incorrect address despite adding the correct address in the on line form at the point of ordering. The customer service was poor, mainly due to the lack of staff, so be warned, if you have any issues, this will be a problem. I'm still waiting for a full refund.

So easy! No worrying about if the chemist is open or not! They handle everything, and my meds just show up at my door each month. If you need to talk to someone the available pharmacists are excellent and lovely, and if you don't need to talk to someone - you dont! I actually reccomend Zoom Pharmacy to people in real life, because it removes so much frustration!! Excellent service, with the added bonus of saving money. Highly reccomend.

The staff at Zoom Pharmacy have gone to a lot of trouble at times to ensure that I received my medication urgently before I went overseas on one occasion, and on others their level of service was fantastic, especially during the pandemic. They have my grateful respect.

Very poor communication and no service. They say 1-3 days, however it's been 6 working days since Zoom received my wife's prescription and the only shipped it today after several calls from me. Hopefully we'll get our medicine tomorrow. We decided to use zoom as we had covid, but it would have been better to get our meds from our local pharmacy. No wonder our Dr recommended the local pharmacy over Zoom. PS your comments below relates to MY prescription and not my wife's. Yes I got mine on time but she didn't, and I have tried to call you back and left you a message and have not had a response....

Awesome service Will definitely stay with ZOOM . My local pharmacy wouldn't dispense my 3 month script at once despite the GP requesting.They would only give a month at a time , sometimes only 2 weeks and when I was late to pick up they would say I was too late and not give my medication. So frustrating

I have been with zoom for 2 or 3 years now and I find the service excellent, along with the way my daily tablets are packed - so easy to manage, without cluttering my bench 🤗

I find Zoom to be super efficient...they deliver my prescription and repeats to my door, at no charge, before I am needing them. It is all prepared in a roll to remove the need to sort my medication. Their service is amazing. If I phone for any reason I get to speak to a staff member who can help me. I always recommend Zoom to anyone I know who take 4 or more meds.

Zoom started out really good, meds arrived on time and to correct address. Then after a few months I started getting my mums meds and she got mine even though we live in different addresses. Then more recently our medications have not been arriving on time and we have to keep going to local chemist to get emergency 3 day supply. Zoom offer to reimburse the cost but there is still hundreds of dollars of outlay before we get the money back, not to mention the stress of running out of these meds that my life relies on. Added stress on a heart patient is something is something I could do without! Zoom are quick to blame NZ Post, however in the same conversation admit to only sending them 3 days prior to running out. I’m no expert but sending out critical medication with less than a weeks wriggle room is less than ideal!

Excellent service and have been using for several years now. About 2 years ago I won a monthly Covid pack which included the finger monitor, which came in very handy when the nurse one through up an error, came in very useful. Would highly recommend Zoom Services especially in the older generation having medication delivered to their door.

As a high user, my drugs arrive in easy use sachets, prepackaged for daily use at no charge. I am really impressed at how Zoom manage my prescriptions. When you go to Zoom, you get total care not just a dispensary.

Absolutely blew me away I have always supported my local chemist , but the costs of my blister packs , $5 script fees and getting charged a fax fee every time was getting a bit much I understand that local chemist have tight margins , but to charge $3 for a fax fee ?? ... So , I thought I'd try zoom for my regular medications . Wow , what a suprise . From my initial phone call from a lonely pharmacist when they received my script ( free by the way ) to having my medications packed into sachets and couriered to my door the next day , ALL FOR FREE !!! couldn't believe it . So very very happy with this service , wonderful caring and friendly pharmacists , very fast communication , and reliability . Well done zoom Pharmacy , You've got my business now . If you have 4 or more regular prescription item's they can blister pack everything and ship to you absolutely free. And the chemist lady who rang me was excellent and down to earth.
