So here is our story... I took my wife here, seeing as this is such a top rated spa... this was part of a birthday celebration. we left 10 minutes into the salt cave experience... and here is the reason why... a dead plant greeting us upon arrival at reception should have been the first sign that this was going to go downhill fast... The owner is very informative but rushes through everything - He runs this place like a sausage factory - literally running and shuffling the customers between the treatments, from arrival this is the case - you wait, then he shuffles, then he talks to you for 5 minutes, and as soon as somebody is ready he rushes off to assist and shuffle... I have lower back problems, and after 10 minutes in the salt caves I had to leave, as no way of lying or sitting was comfortable. I am not going to comment on the healing benefits of Himalayan Salt - we just wont be back because of the owner (lack of attention, and rushed way of doing things) and the dirty premises. P.S. We went to a pub and shared a meal with a beer - money way better spent

This is such an awesome place! The owner is very friendly, and informative. He explained the procedures thoroughly, and put me at ease right away. I did the vibrosaun. It was a great experience. I like the fact that you are in control, and are able to regulate the heat and vibration intensity. The salt cave was beautiful and very peaceful. I fell asleep in there. Afterwards I coughed out phlegm, which means my lungs are clearing up already. Everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. There are other other services available as well. I highly recommend this tucked away gem. I felt great after my first session, and will definitely be back!

Greedy business. We got charged for being 15 minutes late and of of us weren’t allowed to use the service. The guy wanted to use the slot for the newly arrived customer. Terrible!!

As mentioned by previous ‘legit’ reviewers, the place is not really clean, and it is located at the middle of nowhere. The owner will rush through the appt, while on the phone. I did not feel comfortable attending the appointment alone. It felt like a cemetery. He will use NO gloves during your teeth whitening, so I felt very unsafe in all aspects.

Had an amazing time at the salt caves halotherapy. The vibrosaun was so relaxing and I could finally move my very stiff knee after having quite substantial surgery on it 4 weeks ago. The salt cave after was a great way to just chill out from the heat of the sauna. I’ve never felt so relaxed 😌.

Best customer service. Salt cave does really work, I had 3 sessions so far and my skin has improved drastically just after the second session. Highly recommend.

We went to salt cave and vibrasaun therapy to celebrate my friends birthday. The place wasn't clean and the vibrosaun machines smelled very heavily like sweat. The owner of the place was talking to the phone very loudly between instructing us so it was hard to get to a relaxed vibe. We left early because the place didn't match our expections at all. When we were leaving with the car the manager called and asked us to return and take the plastic hair and feet covers with us which were mandatory for the saltcave, we ended up taking them to our car because there was no bins inside. I think he could've easily throw them away himself rather than ask us to return back there. Wouldn't recommend the place.

I've just completed sessions of the Salt cave and Hyperbaric oxygen therapy - this has helped my respiratory issues more than anything else I have done to try and get relief. I'm very happy to have found this facility and appreciate the advice provided by the owner.

Had an average experience, the staff did not explain the reasoning behind anything and just told us what is to be done, made me feel like I was in primary school again. Also the facility does not seem that hygienic as I could smell the sweat in the pods. Probably wouldn’t come again tbh

Excellent result with the Grabone Voucher for teeth whitening. Not as invasive as dentist approach, just gel and a light which took all the stress out of the process and situation. Great process and result.

Just wow, as soon as you walk in the door you start to feel more relaxed. Prashant is a super friendly and knowledgeable guy who looks after you very well, he is also agreat communicator. The best thing I could have done for myself a few days out from my wedding day, I'm ready to go now ❤️

Prashant Saraf Is extremely talented and passionate with his profession. He not only is extremely skilled he also cares a lot about his clients, he has an abundance of knowledge and is very sincere. It was my first time going to him regarding the hydrotherapy and he was very informing and accommodating as the experience can be a bit daunting but he makes it something to look forward to as he expresses it as a path to better health. I highly recommend Salt cave health & wellness centre. The atmosphere is very inviting, well organised and very tidy/hygienic. Prashant provides a variety of procedures which he is very knowledgeable about; would love to try more of what he offers in the future. Will be coming back soon. Thank you Prashant.

I visited Prashant at the Salt Cave for a colon cleanse. This service was very new to me and Prashant was very welcoming to his clinic. He is very passionate about health and longevity and is very knowledgeable. Having been a little nervous due to the nature of this service, Prashant makes you feel very comfortable. It is quite private upstairs which is great and a very homely feel. With this clinic it's important to keep an open mind as it is quite a Hollistic vibe. During the process Prashant talks to you the whole time and is very caring. The cleanse takes one hour and Prashant leaves you for about 15mins after for you to feel comfortable and get changed. Afterwards he gave me a tour and I was very impressed, especially with the Salt room, floor to ceiling walls of pink Himalayan Salt, it was stunning! Post cleanse I felt exhausted for about a day and a half and then started to feel very light and I gained alot of clarity and clear mind. The clinic is very east to find with great parking right outside. Post care Prashant touched base with me several times to ensure I was well and this was such a good quality of service you don't see in this current day. Thankyou Prashant for a wonderful experience I will sure to be back. I would recommend for those who are interested in a colon cleanse.
