As written with the animals in mind..dog this place js great I can smell and touch all the toys and pick my own. Ohh and the biscuits are at my height I can take these. Cat...they provide all my food and that stupid flea stuff. And the human..easy to get what is needed either instore or online and friendly staff. Great location with parking

Worse groom ever!!! Such poor service and rushed it through. Very disappointed with the outcome and never again. Fur was cut unevenly and no little detail was fixed. Cut marks are very visible and they shaved behind the ear and hid it by making the other parts of fur longer lots of little shaved patches. Took us a while to realise as it was hidden. We realised our dog kept touching behind the ear uncomfortably we checked it out and found out it was because they had shaved it. Paws cut very badly like a triangle shape and was done under and hour unlike other groomers who make each step done carefully. NEVER EVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE TO GROOM. Worse service and beyond disappointed. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! don’t even want to look at my dog in so much pain. 😡😡😡 paws cut uneven,shaved random places, very unprofessional. should be fired.

1 month ago: Usually a place with consistent service, but recently it has gone backwards, for example the dog wash has been out of order for three or more weeks. Not coming here from next week! Today: another horrible experience - staff think this is some bureaucratic establishment- got told off for not having dog wash card!?! 7 months ago they said “we don’t have the card but you are in system you don’t need the card” now 7 months later demanding the card, as if we are “manipulating” their dog wash place! Random!

Excellent service. Kind and patient in explaining tropical fish facts to my kids. We are beginners and got what we wanted: A fun tropical tank! Comfortable! Highly recommend

Terrible grooming I ever had. Charged full price $90 of full grooming, but didn’t even wash our dog, still very smelly, we had to DIY shower our dog in Animates after. Also they just roughly shaved her top to toe, no style at all, we could even shave it ourselves. What a rip off! Never go again. Groomer is external of Animates St Lukes.

Last 3 times, grooming below average; pay for full groom but not ticking all the boxes; mentioned this to front staff and was told grooming an external company; groomer was more texting on her phone than providing friendly customer service 😦

The grooming inside shop is very good and the price is reasonable. I had the mentality of giving it a try, but I didn’t expect dog grooming to be so good.

Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. We go often to the dog wash which we find that the one token is more than enough time.

Super helpful staff, multiple times I have been and once while pregnant, staff were accommodating helping lift the heavy dog food for me and carry out to my car. Great job team!

For a pet store there didnt seem to be any pets available for purchase however I did get what I was looking for and regularly take my dog for a groom here

So disappointing to see animates st Luke's are supporting rabbit breeders and giving them a platform to promote backyard breeders. Rescues are struggling with the amount of rabbits and you are part of the problem by doing that! Hope you reconsider

Best teams and constant support. Good prices on hood and supplies. Only issue stock but the team are'nt to blame. In short would go again and 100% continued support from me

I'm very regular to Animates st.Lukes but I believe I really need to recognize a team member who goes by Quentin. Always went out of his way to help me and other customers that I observed. Super friendly and helpful person. Deserves a raise anyday!

The store is soo nice, ample supplies and purchased what I needed, the lady who assisted me even went as far as asking questions regarding my purchase as she was so willing to help with other ideas to help as my cats behavior was changing..thank you for your help and assistance you supplied. Really actually showed you cared about my kitty and not my wallet. Sorry I forgot the ladies name or I would say. Purchased on Sunday.

Very friendly staff. Gave my foster dog treats to n him more comfortable in the store. This branch has stock that i struggle to find elsewhere, like slip leads and 10m long line leashes. The dog wash at animates is a game changer too. My forster dog hates baths and I managed to get the job done here easier than at home. Would've given 5 stars but when i went there last weekend, i was there for ages and no one helped me, even though a few workers walked right past me with nothing to do.

Literally travel over the city to go to this Animate. Such lovely, professional and caring service. Every single time the staff are helpful. Mai (sorry if I've spelt you're name wrong), even offered to carry these boxes outside for me!!
