Highly do not recommend you go to the vets here cuase you might not get your pet back. Almost a month ago I brought a kitten I rescued In to be checked for a microchip. Instead they took her off me (not part of their policies or procedure) they told me I would get her back if after looking for the owner no one claimed her (I am not convinced they even looked) after that the staff began being extremely rude to me trying to convince me I don't want her or am not fit to have her. It turns out the receptionist Jamie just wanted a cute kitten for herself and her boss was prepared to lie to me for her (badly) they insisted I would have her back but then started lying that She was at the SPCA. She was not and never was. I eventually contacted their management and as assured the matter would be handled but it's been almost two weeks and I still haven't heard back. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE I am not one to post these things and I was hoping to just let their management sort it themselves but it's been almost a month and nothing has moved forward.

I am frequent buyer at this shop. The staff is fantastic and I really enjoy the atmosphere. Although, the things there are quite expensive, but worth of it. my dog loves her new bed:) I like the fact, that if my dog doesnt eat the food I bought, I can always return it and swap if or get a refund!

I visited earlier this week , I called to enquire if the store had neon tetras in stock I was informed they had multiple. Once I came into store that exact day I was informed that the fish had been in isolation and that they'd changed fish providers . I had found 2 neon tetras alone in seperated tanks . I purchased both to find find them dead in my tank today only few days after purchase and my other fish are still alive which I've had over a week from petstock. I called the petstore and was informed there's nothing they can do about it . I'm rather disappointed.

Booked online for grooming. Yoyo did an amazing job! Great demeanour with the dog, friendly and gave good advice when I asked if his face couldbe cut a certain way.

Went to get our little kitten for microchip.

Had a pretty lackluster experience with chew toy purchase for a small puppy. The dog was able to destroy the toy in less than 10m. Brought the toy back and it was suggested that the toy had no issues, rather that we didn’t “observe” the puppy properly. Wouldn’t issue a refund or store credit, even though the toy was advertised as a chew toy. This spot may be great for other services, but I’d purchase toys elsewhere.

Fantastic vet care and pet shop, very friendly and informative staff when dealing with Vet for our puppy and also shop floor staff when looking for supplies and food for our puppy.

You guys did an amazing job. Super friendly and helpful team. She went in scared came out wagging. Thank you!!!

Fals advertising of product „ ONE SIZE FITS ALL”. Staff advised it is the right product for the kitten. Once proven it was not the right product and wasn’t one size fits all - staff and manager said I can buy another one but no refund or replacement will be offered. Customer service phone doesnt answer even though called 14times across 40mins. Not professional service or customer care. Will look for another pet store.

The staff are amazing at this store. Really lovely experience. The only reason I am giving this location 4 stars is because parking is atrocious and pulling out of the parking lot when traffic is busy is also a nightmare. Definitely go here during off peak hours.

This Animates location has an awesome selection of products including vet formula pet food and new and interesting pet products. The store is spacious and the staff helpful. Onsite parking.

Friendly staff but they need to top up stock as there was lil stock in the dog spray grooming as well as scissors they didn't have scissors that would helpful around the face or anywhere on the body, the scissors they had was $39 which looked like I could've got from any normal store and not pet friendly

Friendly, helpful staff. Puppy pre-school ideology is positive reinforcement only - focusing on ignoring unwanted behaviour and using diversion, rather than correction. The use of “no” is discouraged. We could not accept their advice that we should simply ignore our puppy’s biting. For a start, it’s too painful to grit our teeth and bear it.

It's a big store, but I was surprised at the lack of selection in some areas. In particular I needed a cone or collar for a post-op dog and the choices were very limited. On the plus side, they had something but it would seem it isn't something they expect people to need.
