Portion and price are good imo especially when compared to other Poke places. Owner have changed recently but quality is still good, if not better.

It has always been great and yummy in my past visits. But today the staff has put too much wasabi mayo sauce and not enough salmon in my poke, making it too punchy straight up to my face, destroying the freshness of the entire meal. Plus their chicken miso is very salty without any evidence of chicken piece used.

I highly recommend visiting this hidden gem if you're looking for healthy food options. All the ingredients are fresh and the portion size is genorous. You will feel very satisfied and full after eating!

I had salmon poke, which comes with mango, seaweed salad and all other great stuff. Big portion, reasonable price ($18). When the guy asked me about my choice of sauces. I asked him to make this decision for me as he knows the best. I saw him mixing at least 3 diff types of sauces and as a result....... it was soooo yummy. Great place to dine in. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! I ordered a bowl on Uber Eats and it was prepared and delivered quickly and perfectly. The food was incredibly fresh, artfully prepared, and full of so many awesome ingredients. I loved everything about this lunch, including the freshness of the salmon, tuna, and prawns in my bowl. I’ll definitely order again! A new favorite in Rosedale.

Have ordered here before many time and yes their poke bowls are good but ever since they’ve established their name the quality has been poor. I ordered the Waikiki set with two portions of tuna yet I received only about 10 pieces of tuna and looking at this it is not the two portions that I actually paid for. Called the store and discussed this but the only thing they said was some days they are heavy handed so they give more some day and some days its less, depending on how or who is preparing your meal. But then she argues that they weigh each portion at 70g but yet some days it’s more some days it’s less. Makes total sense why I’m missing an entire portion of tuna that was paid for. So basically telling me sometimes you pay more for less and pay less get more. Customer service is the worst here. Did not even get offered to replace or fix this order.

For this chilly weather, they even have a special seafood chowder with freshly prepared sourdough garlic bread from a local bakery. A steal for $12.50!1 A hearty, beautifully balanced chowder that is both filling but not "heavy". Gorgeous and delightful. Dunno when this special will end, so get the chowder while you can! Edit: came back for round 2 of the seafood chowder. HOW DID THEY MANAGE TO IMPROVE ON PERFECTION?! It was sublime. Best seafood chowder I have ever had. So happy.... XD

Food tasted healthy and great, although a bit heavier on rice. You have option for white or brown rice. Price was decent. Water was not provided.

Good healthy quality food for a decent price. Go there at least once a week. Only issue is that the girls working there could be a bit more friendly. Always feel a bit like an effort from them. Not going to take away a star for that though.

Quality of the food, as well as portion sizes, has come down, in my opinion. It's not what it once was. Perhaps they were serving unrealistically large portion sizes previously, but definitely too small now, sorry. $24 and I'm still hungry.

Love a good poke bowl but I’ve noticed the price has risen and has less rice and the extra $2 for a quarter of Avo hurt when we are in avo season and they are literally two for $1 . The protein portion was like 4 tiny cubes of tofu. I can appreciate the price rise when they import avos but they never use to do this, apart from that the bowls are delicious.

It is total value for money any of the meals that you can buy here, definitely very affordable. The Poke Bowl is our go to and with either Salmon or Tuna or a combination, always is a great meal, enjoy the brown rice in the meal. The freshest of produce are used and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. You can sit down and enjoy your meal inside the business, the making of a relaxed experience. Very highly recommend for all current and any future customers, come out and support our local small businesses during these tough times.

I used to come here regularly for lunch for many years because I work just around the corner, but ever since the change in ownership a few months ago, the quality has declined. I gave them a couple of chances, but every time the rice was dry and tasted strange. Last week was my last visit. They increased the price by 20% and reduced the portion size by 20-30%. The portion size is completely insufficient for a guy, the rice is not good, and all of this for more money. It's a shame because it used to be my favourite lunch spot.

My food was amazing, of course everything put into the bowl is great alone. However the service couldn’t have been more uninterested that we entered the store. Not only did a young woman ignore us entering the store, she rushed through and pasted my partner who was ordering behind me in front of the other girl she was working with. She made it feel like how DARE we interrupt her public story telling of the “fuck boy she had met last night cause that just had always been her type”. Rude rude rude. We planned to dine in but couldn’t stand the loud, inappropriate conversation.

Awesome poke place. Each bowl is carefully crafted to your preferred veggies, fruits, choice of protein and sauces. Every bowl is like an artwork. Friendly/lovely staff. Would definitely recommend this to anyone craving for one! Pricewise isn't too bad for the generous amount of what you get. You be the judge to the photos. Blue Poké Shed simply the best!

Love the chicken poke bowl, the ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Really generous sizes and decent prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. I don't usually eat in but you can, there's a few tables. It's usually hard work to find a park around there at lunch time but it's worth the walk!

The best Poke bowls ever, but terrible online ordering system. I order online sometimes to save time in the evenings and because it's a bit of a drive for me. I have had a few issues before, including ordering and paying online when the website said you were open, got there and the store was shut. Tonight I ordered the food, went to pick it up and the closed sign was up when I got there. I went in anyway and the bowls had obviously not been made yet and the staff were unaware of my order. They were then made for me but there was no edamame, lettuce, cucumber, seaweed and pineapple so they were missing half the ingredients that I had paid for. Your website needs to reflect if the store closes early or is out of stock of ingredients like most other ordering websites I have used before. Customers should not be able to order and pay for food if it's not available

I was told off by the young girl at the counter for my failure to put a time in the comments when I ordered online and paid for food. So that's why they made it when I arrived at shop. Limited menu, no cutlery given; rude and pretentious staff. The salmon and tuna poke was good apart from a lack of healthy options. Bit heavy on the carbs side for me but generous on the protein and I liked the japanese pickles.

If I could eat here everyday I would. Since moving to work in the area early this year it has fast become my go-to for fresh and delicious poke. I actually didn’t think I liked poke until trying this place, now I crave the fresh and seared salmon, the marinade and sauces are next level. This place is so good they run out of fresh fish sometimes because A. It’s super popular and B. It’s super fresh! The people here always serve my meal with a smile and try their best when it’s really busy.
