I
don't
like
writing
negative
reviews
but
I
feel
this
is
an
important
point,
especially
with
the
downturn
in
the
economy.
When
a
customer
asks
about
a
"low
value"
product,
rather
than
just
show
disinterest
(twice)
and
point
from
your
desk
when
you
are
not
with
anyone
else...make
an
effort,
even
with
your
facial/body
language.
We
asked
staff
about
your
bedroom
furniture
and
they
called
out
to
a
Consultant
to
help,
on
two
occasions.
For
some
reason,
the
Consultant
didn't
want
our
business.
Because
of
the
disinterest
showed
to
us
when
looking
in
the
bedroom
department
today,
we
spent
much
more
than
you
may
of
assumed,
Mr
Bedroom
Sales
consultant,
with
an
opposition
company
in
the
general
area.
This
constituted
of
several
large
ticket
items.
So,
I
guess,
what
I
am
trying
to
say
is
that
you
should
be
a
bit
more
peripheral
in
your
approach
to
a
potential
sale.
We
love
the
store
layout
at
Harvey
Norman
and
product
selection.
This
is
meaningless
if
you
display
disrespect
and
make
the
customer
feel
unwelcome.
Sorry,
but
you
lost
a
significant
sale
today
