    I will definitely come back in the near future. I would say the Overall experience is great . The front counter staff is friendly and effectively. Especially the technical support staff is awesome and very helpful, appreciate with their hard work. The only thing could perhaps do better in my scenario would be send a message reminder once they know if my repair service is whether under warranty or not. Other than that very happy with everything. Thank you.

    I recently went to iStore to get my MacBook Pro repaired, and they did an excellent job. It looks as good as new, can’t even tell it’s had repairs. When I rang them to ask about the repair, they were the most helpful out of any place I spoke to, very informative and nice to deal with. They seemed to genuinely care as opposed to other places. Highly recommend, thanks iStore!

    MacBook Air didn’t want to power on, took it in and got a quote to repair within 2 days. I didn’t go ahead with the repair in the end. They did a backup for me and transferred it to an external drive. Good, easy and friendly communication.

    Absolutely brilliant service - I am not tech savvy but the staff in the iStore Takapuna are amazing. Such patience! Had my new iPhone sorted together with my iPad in no time. I left the store a very happy person. Totally recommend the crew.

    My sister and I popped in yesterday to check out the new IPhones and decided then and there to buy. The staff were extremely helpful explaining everything required etc and processing the transfer from our older phones to our new 14Plus . Wouldn’t go anywhere else.     Very good service, kindly and helpful staffs. My iPhone had sound issues that might need 3-5 days to be repaired. But on the next day, they told me it’s been complete and ready to collection. Very efficient.Thank you very much!

    Super friendly and efficient staff. I reserved my item via phone with Megan and she helped me when I arrived in store. I left with my phone set up, with screen protector and phone case. I spoke with Michael the previous day who was knowledgeable on all the products I asked about.

    Took my partner’s Old Mac Book in for a new battery as part of Apples Battery Recall programme and the guys at the store were great. Easy and clear communication and work was done relatively quick. The Mac looks like it has been cleaned on the outside too! Thanks for your help, I highly recommend!

    I was helping my granddaughter restore her iPhone after changing and forgetting her screen access PIN and then forgetting it. Multiple attempts resulted in disabling her phone. The iStore were great in accessing and restoring the phone for just NZ$29. Then using her known Apple ID resulted in everything coming back from the Cloud - a very happy 12 yr old resulting. The iStore staff were excellent.

    Very good explanation and assistance given to me concerning my imac. My data was recovered and the process was done seamlessly. I was given excellent advice and was notified as soon as the recovered data was available. I am extremely pleased by the quick service and pleasant manner of staff given to an elderly person. I shall definitely use this iStore in the future.

    Very helpful, attentive and patient staff. Took the time to understand exactly what was wrong, what troubleshooting had been done and recommended further action. Excellent service, allowing time to backup whilst in store and helping with any questions. As good as any Apple Store. Also, fast turn around on repair.

    Quick and painless. Would have been nice to be able to complete the purchase experience with accessories, but no stock available. Porshea was very attentive and helpful. Store manager was a bit uptight but was knowledgeable.

    Was referred here by another phone repair man I usually see (to get it repaired under warranty). Had the lovely Megan serve me, and she help me with my iPhone 13 Pro battery issue . Got it all sorted/replaced in 4 working days. Was pretty seamless. Great service 😊

    I had gone to a non-authorised repair place which took 6 weeks before I gave up. Called this team & was informed I was still under warranty and that they could replace my phone within 1 week free of charge. Incredibly helpful, transparent & great communication throughout the process

    They have a most complicated arrangement when it comes to Battery replacement! They wanted me to leave my phone there for two weeks!! Unbelievable experience, I would not go back!!

    i recently Brought the MacBook to this store for a diagnosis as it could not been turned on. and was told they can not carry on with the repair due to a 3rd party display . The $99 "diagnosis fee" is charged upfront and non-refundable , and no clear reason was given for the power power issue until it was queried specifically. I decided to took it to another store later on, and they were able to give me the explanation and reasonable quote for the repair right away.

    I found the store way more helpful than Apple Support. Josh took the time to explain to me my options. I value their experience and will definitely be buying all Apple products from them from now on!
