Efpos machine stealing money! Be Very Careful! The point of sale system says $92.80 but their efpos machine shows $95.58 to pay. I understand that most places charges 3% credit card surcharge automatically when you use pay wave but Northshore meat centre add the surcharge to the amount to be paid on the efpos machine before you pay no matter if you want or not. The sales person told me to swipe my card so I won’t be charged the 3% credit card surcharge(I used my visa debit card to pay) but it turned out to be a lie. I clearly told them I don’t want to pay the surcharge. Unfortunately I did get charged anyway by using the payment method they recommended. Something to the customers: What I learnt from this unfortunate shopping experience is: Check the amount you paying carefully; if you use visa debit card don’t SWIPE just INSERT the card. Something to the owner: we earn our money the halal way; consider customers need whenever you deal with one; Admit the mistake made from your end and apologize sincerely. Very disappointed. I hope someone can teach them how to set their Efpos machine properly.

Been a loyal customer for few years but I don't think I will be any more. Few bad experiences, once charged wrongly, few instances, the meat with bone had bone more than 50%. Happend with lamb and goat. We are paying a premium price to get good quality halaal meet and that's not happening now.

Today i was very disappointed with the service i recieved. I am a regular customer and was shocked by the way i was treated. I bought some lamb but was told that i cannot choose the pieces from the tray that i would want!! I so then i would have to pay an inflated amount!! I was in no mood to argue but find this unacceptable where is a paying customer not allowed to choose what they buy!!! Was served by someone i didn't recognize.

Excellent service, during lockdown, even when their eftpos broke down, they continued to serve politely calling all the men brother and the women sister and trusting customers to transfer payment online. Well done!

Today I went to buy chicken and requested small pcs. But they provided large pcs and it was not fresh and it is not first time as they are pre cut it in advance most of the time. While you are buying chicken be careful.

We have been shopping at his place for years with different owners, with the new management the products are good but at times when business is good, they become so slow! Guys who claim to be local guides be reasonable and update your comments because the management has changed since your visit two years ago!

Abu Muhammad is a real Gentleman and the meat is very very neat and fresh. Shan Masala from Pakistan is another plus to visit him. Craft and Al Marai Cheese Spread from Kuwait is a charm.

Good quality of meat with a great service and great variety of Middle Eastern food and ingredients. As well there is always space for improvement. All the best
