Nice-looking shop but horrendous customer service. My mother was only asking the staff member the price of a product because there was no price tag and get this, the staff just stared at her like she was being extremely annoying when she only asked 1 simple question. She didn't even try to answer. Judging from the reviews, I'm not surprised if we received this treatment because we look Chinese.

Poor customer service. The shop is nice and full of beautiful things in eyes. Terrible customer service! My daughter just asked what kind of candy was it, because she was trying to look for the same chewing gum her friend gave her, there are lots of different gums. The Asian looking staff with short hair seemed reluctant to answer my daughter's questions and her manner was nasty. She didn't even say hello when we entered the store. I don't know why we're being treated like this, just because we look Chinese? The other kiwi lady staff was nice.

Ordered online and picked up in store later that day - super easy! Such lovely people in store and the lollies just brightened up our day. Love this local business :)

Located at the popular Takapuna Lake road, this old fashion lollipop store has a huge variety of all sorts of canny, giant lollies. The joys is not only for the kids but also for adults to memorise their happy childhood. Good ideas for festival presents shopping spot. Some off street parking nearby.

Took the kids there on a very rainy Sat morning. Oh the smells were just so tempting! Nice little shop with lots and lots of lollies. Watching how lollies are being made was fun, but the kids really enjoyed modelling the hot lolly mass. Just don't let them have the really delicious lollies in the car, what a mess!

We used to love this place when visiting Auckland. Unfortunately the last time we went in, we couldn't get a mixed bag of sweets, everything appeared to be in separate bags of each type, which makes it a bit expensive. Might be a Covid safety thing, but would be nice if the person behind the counter could whip up a mixed bag.

went today as said opened on website but not open....even no notice as to what shut on door....my brother from UK wanted some goodies

the woman working today made a comment about my school skirt and she said “how many times have you rolled that up because it looks bloody awful” this comment made me very upset. My friend Luciano Stuart helped me through this tough time, not to mention my skirt wasnt even that short and it is a hot summers day. I was minding my own business

What a great place wonderful array of lollies, I felt like a big kid in a sweet shop!!

We had an awesome time making lollipops here. We watched the mixture being made, which was amazing and very entertaining. Our children loved being challenged with sour lollies!! The shop also had many ‘old favourite’ lollies which I haven’t seen anywhere else. We loved it!

I'm really pleased with the customer service. I was eagerly browsing online for a candy floss as a cake topper and this is the only place in Auckland pops up on Google. I didn't even think twice and came all the way from Hillsborough! A big thanks to Courtney for such a great customer service and also guide me over the phone for exact location. Happy customer 👍

The customer service is absolutely 10/10. Courtney is fantastic to deal with and the lollies are always a great treat for our clients. Can't reccomend highly enough!
