As a person who's been in the coffee industry for a while I am VERY picky. I spent about 15 minutes walking around the neighborhood trying to pick up signs of where I might get a decent coffee and I was disappointed at most places in devonport, until I found these guys and damn the coffee was delicious! And very reasonably priced for its quality. Well done guys!

Chiasso Metro Extra very quickly became our absolute favourite! We use whole beans ground in an old style Dutch grinder as a nod to my heritage. Other brands are very good but we always return Metro Extra beans. They have the strength of flavour and lingering aftertaste which suits us well. On-line orders arriving rapidly at our doorstep during Covid lockdowns were and continue to be a wonderful highlight. This week, Wednesday’s order arrived Thursday, well within the stated timeframe! We have it black with runny cream and dark chocolate. Two cups every morning and we are ready to go! Saturdays are different. With the arrival of a friend and freshly baked croissant, Metro Extra and we solve the world’s problems! Thankyou Chiasso.

Exceptionally good coffee. Consistent, perfect roasting, nice packaging delivered to our door. Fresh every time. Variety of bean blends and pure origin, with roasts to match, giving a range for every preference. We are fussy about our coffee. We’ve been regularly searching for the best coffee in NZ over the past 30 years. Can’t go past Chiasso, there is none that comes close.

Awesome beans; both in terms of quality and consistency across a number of different orders. As a big fan of medium-dark and dark blends, Chiasso does both exceptionally well. Delivery is fast too, considering I live at the opposite end of the country with a rural address. Highly recommend.

Our favourite roasters. We’ve been ordering from them for a few years now. Great diverse range and flavour profiles but we enjoy their darker, full-bodied, blends the most.

I recently visited a friend in Auckland who made me a pour over using Chiasso Forte beans. It was so good, I took note of who roasted them, and when I got home I went online to Chiasso's website. I purchased Forte beans, and the flavour profiles of Metro Extra and Monza looked perfect for me too so I got those as well. The service has been great with a quick delivery and fresh beans. I am really happy with my purchase, and will buy more!!
