From the time I called to book an appointment at the Mercy Breast Clinic I felt in very good hands. The welcome at reception was calm and positive. The person who did my mammogram and Tomosynthesis was outstanding. Its the most pain free mammogram that I've ever had, and I've had many over the years. Also and very important was the care attention by the Radiologist. She explained everything in detail and reassured me as she also did with the ultrasound. The words that come to me about everyone and the experience are: Compassionate, warm, reassuring, expertise, detailed, and caring and of course very professional.

This was our first experience at the Epsom clinic. All of the staff were so wonderful, kind and caring. Fast service with thorough explanations. Highly recommend.

I would urge everyone to get regular mammograms no matter what age you are. I've been visiting every year to get my screening done at Mercy and the service and professionalism is second to none. The staff are warm, professional and the process between screening and waiting rooms is so well thought out. From booking to getting the results everything was easy. They also accommodated me to another procedure which I was booked in following week, which saved me a trip. The results also came in the same day. Staff was very polite and respectful. Highly recommend!

When you are advised to have further screening tests for breast issues, it is important to choose somewhere that has first rate equipment. More significantly, should you require treatment, then you really want the best available. It is a stressful time but take the time to think it through - what is the end-game? I chose Mercy Breast Clinic because "just in case", I wanted to know I would have a good surgeon. And so it turned out.

Always friendly and efficient. Everything is carefully explained and even though I have been coming here for years, I still find their consistency absolutely amazing! Beautiful and clean little clinic. I felt heard and was treated with dignity and compassion. I was even offered to see a doctor after my procedure. Left the place feeling better with no doubt left to discuss. The receptionist had my insurance claim ready so I didn't even have to make a claim myself.
