Had such a lovely lunch at Kind! Lots of outdoor seating in the fresh air which was why we came, and the food was spectacular ✨ So many vegan options and such a range - the avocado toast with smoked chilli peanut butter was insanely good, and the pancakes were a great sharing plate to round off the meal with something sweet. So yummy! 🌟

You know when you go to an Auckland cafe for breakfast and pay $25 for a pretty average dish? Yeah, KIND is not one of those places. This is the kind of place where the whole experience makes it worth every cent. Lovely staff, a stunning atmosphere with covered outdoor seating, and phenomenal food that is unbelievably fresh and wholesome. Heaps of vegan/ dairy free options. Their mission to contribute to sustainability and the neighbourhood is just the cherry on top. We got the blueberry coconut pancakes which were so delicious I was actually speechless. We also got the banana chocolate muffin in which no one held back on the chocolate. In everything, you could tell the ingredients were so fresh and high quality. I’m being extra with this review because I’m genuinely in love with this place now, and this type of quality deserves some quality appreciation 💕

A great place for breakfast or brunch. Good food and drinks. I loved that it was child friendly and there was seating available outside. A very calm atmosphere and the staff are on to it with service.

I had the tofu salad for my breakfast, first served the tofu was SUPER salty & dry, my friend said maybe the chef don't know how to cook tofu. Then I thought maybe because is fried tofu then will be a bit dry, but that is SUPER salty salad or salad dressing aswell. After than ask the staff to sent it back and make another, they find out is because the tofu too salty than make me another and (i ask is that the tofu will be still a same?) they said had a new one at the kitchen. The second serve tofu salad was where to far better than the first one, tofu is soft and not salty and the salad dressing is a bit sour & tasty. Love it 😋 Write it here, because hopefully the chef make sure serving the fresh food everytime! The café name Kind, so..... I'm think boss should me Kind as well 😉 Staff is lovely 👌 sitting is comfy

This Cafe is Kind on everything apart from your Pocket. If you are craving for a mediocre scrambled eggs with an expensive Halloumi Cheese (2 pcs for $7) then definitely Try this place. Also be prepared, if you want Fries and Tomato Sauce in this cafe. Apparently they don’t have this on the menu 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️. (Tip: Save your money and cook at home (Will taste 💯 times better) or Try Crave Cafe just couple of shops further) It was sad for me to give this review but had to do it from Social Responsibility!!

Beautiful location and cafe for food. Friendly staff. Lots of plant based options and caters well for other dietary needs. Snuggly with the heaters and blankets on offer. We also grabbed some of the satay tofu wraps for later which were unreal. Highly recommend!

We used Kind to cater for a large event (100+ people), and they were amazing. Great communication, reasonable price, plenty of food, and it was delicious. I've been to so many events where the catering is really average, but Kind is not one of those places. So many people came up to me at the event to say the food was incredible, and to ask where I got it. On top of this, the communication was fantastic, and they were really flexible which was handy because our event was pretty last minute and we didn't know how many people were coming until the day before. They also catered really well to dietary requirements. I will definitely be recommending Kind to anyone who needs catering, and will be coming back for all our future events.

Had a lovely visit to Kind for lunch during the first week of the year. We came about 20 minutes before the kitchen closed but we were still welcomed to stay after the kitchen shut by the staff, which was great since it was a beautiful summer day. It's a great cafe for healthy vegan options (though more would always be welcome 🤞) and we were pleasantly surprised by the creative twist with the mushroom fries. Overall, it was a chill place to have an elegant lunch in a beautifully designed green space full of vibrant plants. Great atmosphere, tasty food, no issues parking for us (though we came just after the holidays) and good option to keep in mind for a nice vegan meal!

Listening skills of the staff can be improved. My savoury scone was dense and doughy, my friends sweet muffin was stuck to the paper cupcake. And the large flatwhite I asked for came in a small tumbler with no handles. Not impressed at all

We celebrated our friends baby shower here. Food was completely vegan and all our guests were pleasantly surprised on how tasty everything was. Cathie and her team were absolutely.... Kind! :P There were a number of last minute changes that her team was able to accommodate. It was a pleasure to dine here and I have a new place to bring my vegan friends if they don't know about it yet

Beautiful cafe! Service was slow though, we only came in for a quick afternoon tea (2 scones). It took over 10 minutes for them to heat them up and put on a plate with butter. Staff were standing around and I had to go follow them up about it. The scones then completely crumbled apart as they were dry. Still giving 4 stars though as I've been previously and tried the burrito which was nicer.

Coffee was very good. I also got the date scone which was scrumptious. I think it had nutmeg in it which gave it a nice flavour.

Our company booked an event here and it was amazing. Lots of plants indoors so it was an ‘instagrammable’ place. They have a full bar serving us drinks and good food. The servers were so nice.

We dined in for mothers day yesterday. Great service. Friendly staff and we were very well looked after for service, food and the like. Always love going to Kind. Such a lovely atmosphere here. The place is always clean, welcoming and the food is amazing. They are always accommodating too. Will go back again and again. Always take our family there too for celebrations. They love it too.

Beautiful and breathable place. We had the yummy custard pancakes and the mango bowl. However, the watermelon mimosa was a revelation, and now I can't stop thinking about it!

Ordered the Beetroot bagel with Avocado, mango and capsicum chutney which was good but for that price, you would expect something more substantial. The service was really slow, waited about 40 mins for the food and about 15-20 mins for a drink. The drink i ordered was the watermelon mimosa (not pictured) was absolutely delicious. I've been here before and never had such a long wait to be served, I could put it down to a one off.

Yummy hot chocolate and eggs Benedict. The sourdough was super tough, so the butter knife was definitely not cutting through it and my food almost flew out the plate. We asked for a sharper knife but they didn't have any. Nice place if you love plants as the decor is giving a garden vibe. Overall a good brunch place. Mango smoothie bowl was very subtle and the pancake was not overly sweet. Eggs bene had avocado and the beetroot dressing had a nice fresh flavour to it. There was no parking in the surrounding areas so we parked a couple streets down/parallel to it.

Staff are kind, vibe feels good, feels really refreshing sitting in there amongst the greenery in a clean setting. Really great plant based options that leave you feeling full but light afterwards (not heavy or greasy). Coffee pretty good too. will be back when I’m next in town

I love Kind Cafe it’s so beautiful to sit in with all the pot plants and the staff are so lovely. The coffee is so silky smooth and the menu is vibrant, current and fresh. I had the rainbow bowl and it’s blew my mind and tastebuds. Highly recommend 10/10

I come here regularly once or twice a week. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and lovely. I appreciate that they change their menu from time to time to add new dishes. My favourite dishes are the pancakes and the halloumi tacos with peanut butter. All dishes have been excellent, however. Highly recommend!

A lovely cafe with a beautiful setting. Very "kind" staff. The benediction was perfect and the coffees were delicious.
