Such amazing food! I popped in for lunch today and I loved everything on the menu, I struggled to decide what to have but had the Cauliflower and Chicken fritters and OMG, sooooo good! Low carb, tasty and gluten free, that's what I love about this place, it ticks all my boxes! Definitely recommend coming here, the staff are really friendly, all healthy food with great variety and it's an awesome quiet space. Thanks team!

Very friendly staffs and what I love the most is that they display the macros of their foods! It is surely an additional work for the chef and the staffs but it makes a difference especially for people who are watching their diet.

My wife and I got absolutely addicted to this place after one visit. I am on keto, she is not, yet we both can still go there and eat delicious healthy food. Fantastic place!

What a fantastic place! As a keto person walking into a cafe with all ingredients and macros displayed on EVERYTHING was very exciting for me! It is wonderful to have a cafe like this that caters for anyone with special dietary requirements. The atmosphere/parking was great! The food was amazing. I went with the egg wrap and cheesecake and loved both very much - I can see myself returning back here A LOT!!!!! Thanks Liza for the amazing service👍

Such a great little cafe in the heart of morningside. Great coffee that supplies from atomic but made very well by the team. I had the eggs Benedict with mushrooms and it was tasty!

I never knew this place existed heaps of plants really warm friendly environment lots of smiley happy people and the cafe looks onto the pool I haven't been for a walk around the gym but it's awesome I think I might join

This is a pleasant cafe full of greenery. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Toilets are available. There is usually a newspaper to read. There is a range of healthy eating options - including tasty sweet treats.

I ordered a whole bunch of keto meals from Papagaio in preparation for a busy week ahead. And I am thrilled. They were easy to order and were personally delivered to my home the following day ( which was a Sunday!) AND THE MEALS!!! They are all amazingly fresh and delicious and heavy on the vegetables and flavour which is something often severely lacking in other keto meal deliveries. Im not even going to mention the chocolate mousse. Oh my. I have used a keto meal subscription before which was absolutely abysmal, not on time, not delivered for 10 days, frozen and soggy, not very nutritious and THE SAME PRICE!!! So if you live in Auckland, there really is no other keto meals that compare! I may find myself having another busy week ahead next week!

Amazing keto options, love how the meals display the macros. Friendly staff who are always engaging and happy to answer questions. The new addition to the menu is the Beef Soup, perfect for winter and fits with the keto macros ( request it without noodles). Some new keto additions have been added to menu. The coffee is always great too, the quality of food is always beyond expectations.

Really impressed with the food at this place. They have a huge range of healthy options and the atmospheres really nice with all the plants. The protein bowls we ordered had a good portion size and tasted delicious with lots of flavour. Would happily be visiting again in the near future!

Delicious eggs benedict today. Lots of healthy foods! Great healthy food. The Chilean chef makes delicious meals. The chicken soup was very tasty.

Astoundingly average. The smoothies and salmon brekie are not bad but nothing stands out.
