Very zen atmosphere... not the first time I am coming and definitely not the last :) The food and drinks are great. Definitely a place to recommend!

Lovely staff. The black coffee was also excellent and the cake was delicious. Full of surprising and well balanced flavours. The place was vibrant and relaxing. Excellent social distancing system in place. Definitely worth returning too. Tucked off the main street. Probably the best coffee I have had so far here. Thanks, lovely experience.

This is my favorite spot in Augsburg! Peaceful and immaculate with stellar coffee, pastries and the staff is warm and inviting! Don’t miss it if you are in town!

A must-visit for vegetarians and vegans! Fantastic food, excellent service, great value and a beautiful atmosphere. The Cosmos-Heart menu is extensive, including a range of great bagels and other sandwiches, as well as salads and a cooked daily special. There is a choice of delicious cakes baked on the premises daily, made with spelt flour, and always with at least one vegan option. There are also always gluten-free options. The drinks menu includes a list of great coffee, as well as a range of teas, smoothies, milkshakes and other cold drinks. All are very reasonably priced. Cosmos-Heart is located in the city centre, but down a quiet alleyway. There are three seating areas to choose from: the main café with waitress service, the lounge area with comfortable sofas – which uses a clever pager system when orders are ready to collect – and a courtyard terrace. All are spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and with a serene atmosphere. The service is superb – friendly, helpful, timely, plus all the staff speak excellent English. An absolute must-visit in Augsburg!

This cafe is special. The Cosmos Heart coffee is very carefully prepared and unusually good for Augsburg! Very simple, clean and thoughtfully comfortable interior with a fun spirited staff. I really enjoy taking a break there and enjoying their excellent pastries and salads.

Serene comfy place with great bagels and cappuccino and terrific staff. Will go every chance I get. Tough to find as it set down a little alley way and the outside does not prepare you for the venue; but so very worth the trouble to find. Not to be missed if you like coffee or snacks.

Fantastic espresso. This place is a real find in the coffee world. I wasn't expecting much after coming from Italy but compared to all the other coffee bars I've tried in Germany, Cosmos Heart is awsome. I liked the general ambience because it was so different from the dark colors used in most cafes. I felt happy from the moment I stepped in and very pleased by the time I left. It's become my hang out place while I am in Augsburg.

A great place to relax and drink some tea.

I love the calm and the friendliness of these ladies. They make you feel so welcome! There's a lovely sitting area were you can even work if you'de want to. The food is okay, the only minus is that there's no so many choices. Otherwise an absolute recommendation if you want to meet to chat over a cup of coffee!
