👍👍 Very relax position near the Mandalay Palace east area by walking distance. Cocktails is the best solution, but also good for beer. Adding some BBQ foods, that will provide you the wonderful night there. People often mention good, view,

Always a nice place for a bite or drink. It's our go-to spot for an appetizer and beer after a long day at work. The view is nice and the staff is always friendly. Both inside and outside tables cater to any weather.

Having nice view of Mandalay hill and the Moat is the main advantage of this Bar.... drinks are cheap comparing to the other bars in Mandalay ... having peaceful environment ....customer service is good and the entire area is clean and tidy ....Nice!

Yes you can get wine here. We paid 25,000 for a bottle of Bordeaux, which would retail for about 10€ in a super market so those prices are very reasonable. The waiter was a little inexperienced with serving wine (he put the red in an ice bucket) but that's okay. The western food here is passable but I'd recommend sticking to the local cuisine if you want a good meal. Their card machine wasn't working as it had no network so we had to pay with cash.

Nice coffee and view. They also have shisha/hookah/qalyan/nargileh/water pipe

Not very good at all. Not much of a view of anything from the rooftop. The Covktail menu doesn't have Bloody Marys & the bar staff can't make them. Their drinks menu doesn't have ANY Gin on it at all & I had to walk to the bar & point to Gin in order to get a Gin & Tonic & even then the bar tender didn't know how to make a G&T! Didn't stay long after finishing our drinks!

The atmosphere n staffs are good. The Mandalay Palace's wall n Mandalay hill can be seen from the distance. I was there on Sunday night. Tables were empty. The restaurant is on top of the hotel I cannot remember its name. The food is a bit salty. They r not good in western food (even Caesar salad, they couldn't make it right). Price of beer us a bit more expensive than average (e.g., small bottle of Myanmar Premium is abt kkc3,000).

The partially-blocked view of moat & mandalay hill is perfect for evening. However, it has to be said that the food is not so outstanding (to be specific, steaks and roasts are pretty much dry). on the other hand, there are quality cocktails and wines.

Steak seems to be okay. But french fries is hard. Have to request to change. Little drink options. Great place outside but with mosquitoes. Indoor seats are quiet and good for friends gathering. Smoking is prohibited but shisha is allowed. Services are mediocre and price is fair.

Went for dinner. The food on the menu is non-Myanmar, mostly western. The meat of the beef burger was small and very dry. The burger was not tasty. The pizza was limp, soft with a load of sauce, and also small. My children took only 2 slices each, while they love pizza. Says enough. The service was extremely slow, we order 2 pizza. One arrived after 30 minutes, the next one after 1 hour(!). Drinks the same, ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes. One served within 10 minutes, but the other only after 25 minutes. You have a decent view on the rooftop, but otherwise please avoid this place. Being 3 weeks in Myanmar, this place was by far the worst choice we made for dinner so far.

Fine crispy calamari and seafood kebabs, with its usual comfortable ambience.

The bar itself is nice; the drinks and food are good and reasonably priced. What let's it down is the service and the bugs! The language skills of the staff is not at a standard that will attract foreigners. When I ordered a dish and made a point of pointing to the Burmese translation, I received something quite different. The staff were able to remedy the situation after 10 or 15 mins. The other issue I have with the location is the amount of flying insects especially if you want to sit outside on the terrace. I literally had dozens of flying insects landing on me over the course of the 5 minutes before I decided to relocate inside. Even when inside, I was getting bitten on a regular basis. In summary, a bar with real potential but let down by a couple of basic factors.
