Staff and receptionist behaviour was unruly,,he drinks every night and behave rudely

Everything was neat and clean, Manager is quite friendly. Overall it was a nice experience.

Very neat and clear dormitory available near charbagh station at reasonable price. Wi-Fi, Drinking water(normal, cold & hot), CCTV camera security, AC, western & indian both type of toilets are there. It's owner is a very good person, he treats his customers as his family members.

It was overall good experience, very nice behaviour of owner, good place to stay and ambience was very nice, luggage safety locker was also available and finely working. Good and well maintained place near to Lucknow charbagh station.

Best dormitory in charbagh area...very very hygienic. I've been to many dormitories but this one is surely the best...staff behaviour is very friendly.. the owner takes care of every small thing...lot of facilities are provided at a nominal rate...

Rating on the basis of certain parameters: 1. Communication skills = good 💯 2. Credibility = 100% ( as I booked a bed on call and said to keep a special bed for me , even after I reached the hostel late but still the bed was there for me. 3. Neatness and cleanliness = good 💯 4. Geaser is available ( if you are planning to travel in winter) 5. Both hot and cold drinking water = available 6. Bed = comfortable Thank you for the genuine service ..

The best thing about the dormatory is the behaviour of the owner which is very heartwarming and complimentary pros are proper maintenance, good behaviour of the staff, same room conditions as in the pictures shown here and close to railway staion and metro station and also the affordable price range and flexibility offered

Pathetic services the owner does not know how to talk to people.He drinks there and the place stinks, the place is near railway station very crowded surrounded with sabji walas and the most important thing since it is in basement , there is no reception of mobile network ....NOT RECOMMENDED

Very well maintained and cleanest dormitory in the area. All the basic facilities are in place like wifi water purifier 2 wheeler parking flat tv (common) .... saroj Bhai the manager is extremely helpful and would help you out in all the odds ..would always go an extra mile to help his customers be it arranging food or even medicines at times.. i hae stayed in lot of places but since I get to know comfort hostel i don even look around .. I simply call him and I get a bed whenever I come to lucknow. I would recommend anyone and everyone who is looking for a good budget place for him/her self .... it is very strategically located to reach any corner of lucknow within 50 rs.
