I have been a loyal customer of Sugnamal until a recent pathetic experience . Very poor after sales service specially if you go for customization , Even after paying hefty price for custom tailoring the Suits and Indo western I bought turned out to be nightmare . Very substandard stitching and use of very ordinary & cheap buttons . At the time of purchasing the sales person named Mr. Jitendra (Jeetu) promised many things such as Tie,Shoes etc. but at the time of delivery he denied everything . DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE , even if you have to DO NOT BUY from this SALES PERSON . Ask them to write on the bill about each and everything they are promising otherwise you won't get anything at the time of delivery and the store owner won't listen to you he will only listen to his staff .There are lot of good shops around that area , avoid going to Sugnamal .

They are not even worth star. It has been over 45 days , I ordered on 30th September and they still haven’t sent my outfit. Not even yet ready to commit any date. Answer is when we receive from production we will dispatch… when will that happen no clue. Worst experience. Veena gupta here

Naam bade, Darshan bahut hi chhote!! I was looking for a party wear non bridal lehenga, some salesman showed a pre stitched lehenga wid a crop top n price of that was sky rocket not worth it. Wen asked him to show me unstiched ones he showed a very limited n displayed lehenga those were ment for brides wedding functions or for aunties. He was suggesting me to buy one those pre stitched crop top lehengas. Hazratganj has lost its sheen n class.

If there was an option to give a (- ) MINUS star here, I would have given it. I had a very bad experience from SUGNAMAL HAZRATGANJ please don't buy from here I made a mistake, I bought my expensive wedding lehenga from here. Expensive stuff they sell to loot the customers. They don't listen to the customer after payment, harassed a lot while delivering goods.

Very poor after sales service. At the time of sales they are very nice but very unprofessional afterwards. I have bought one bridal lehenga and one normal one but they failed the date of delivery and not even completed the desired alterations. very poor approach towards customers. They are like becho ar bhool jao.

Will never recommend this shop. They dont have value of customer's time , money. They are not able to give proper fitting of clothes. Their tailor stitches according to his own wishes. Donno how they take measurement. They could not deliver a simple suit even in 25 days and fitting was pathetic even after 3 trials. Avoid Sugnamal to save time, money and have mental peace.

The sales person are good but their services are pathetic, no one has courtesy to respond back even after calling several times at store and tailor services are terrible, they charged higher prices than market rate but they did not pay attention to details and made double the size blouse what measurement master took and what I explained designed they made just what they felt comfortable or whatsoever, I would not step up their stairs for sure.

Old and reliable store. Nicely decorated, warm welcoming staff. Outstanding collection. Not very reasonable but regarding the availability of the stuffs it's ok to pay more.

Really what a shop and their staff is way over pathetic. I bought a suit and I told what to change and in the end they made wrong alteration and I don't have time as well. And their home delivery is like they will call at xyz place will ask u to collect from their. Horibble experience and costly item and service will disappoint u. Try gadda bhandar or any other shop.

After sale service at it's worst.. Quality of the delivered clothe is questionable poor quality of clothe material used. Tailor fittings are very poor specially if you want to get custom suit. they will keep fooling you..... Be prepared for some inconvenience in terms of further fitting adjustments after the delivery of items. And don't buy cloth from sales man Mr Tanveer Mirza

Nice store for saaree ,ladies suits and salwar. Collection is really awesome and staff were very cooperative as they never tired to show you more and more. Overall experience is good. I would suggest them to give more details about their products.

This the place where you can find varities of Sharee and ethenic wears. Range for sharee start with 1500 onwards and for good lehenga it will cost around 30-35 thousand rupees. This showroom is situated in the centre of the Hajrat Ganj area. For parking you can use underground parking just infront of the showroom. Overall experience is good and behaviour of the staffs are very polite. If your pocket allow you to espend high than this is the perfect place for sharee and lehngas. Enjoy the shopping 🛒🛍️.

Nice place to shop in Aminabad area, already shortlisted and selected piece are there in it. You will not take much time to finilize the stuff as almost all one of the best in style and in material quality as well. Cons are only parking problem, if you are planning to buy clothes in then only one parking issue, it is suggested to go in the first half of the day on Sunday or festival season to avoid waiting for parking.

This is worst store I have been. The have done wrong alteration of the cloths and then they are not listening to customer. They Asked me to visit multiple time to the store n wasted my time. Each time they made more mistake. ‘Unchay makaan feekay pakhwan.’
