was
my
sister's
engagement
at
ecotel
hotel
on
28
nov,
2022.
Gathering
was
of
100
people
So
we
booked
this
hotel.
Giving
a
review
after
6
months
of
the
event
with
each
and
every
pros
and
cons.
Hotel
location(3.5/5)
The
hotel
is
located
near
lucknow
railway
station,
which
is
just
in
walking
distance
from
the
station.
You
can
get
basic
amenties
from
there.
Hotel

The
hotel
have
one
hall
which
is
sufficient
for
150
people
gathering.
They
also
have
approx
15-20
rooms.
They
have
4
categories
of
room
that
are
premium
room,
club
room,
executive
room
and
family
room.
Rooms

The
size
of
the
rooms
are
nice.
Premium
rooms
and
club
rooms
have
the
same
size
but
the
club
room
looks
small
in
comparison
with
the
premium
room
aa
we
have
glass
bathroom
in
the
premium
room.
The
room
services
was
also
nice.
Restaurant
in
the
hotel

The
restaurant
services
were
great.
We
included
rooms
with
free
breakfast
and
trust
me
they
served
great
breakfast.
You
can
have
lunch
here
as
well.
They
just
need
to
improve
there
tea.
It's
not
up
to
the
mark.

in
our
function
(3.5/5)
The
food
was
really
tasty
and
it
was
served
hot.
Giving
3.5/5
only
because
of
2
reasons.
The
firsT
one
is
that
they
put
tikki
and
dosa
counter
outside
the
hotel
and
they
didn't
told
us
that
we
can't
put
it
inside.
Later
they
served
tikkis
inside
the
hall,
which
was
really
very
very
tasty.
But
dosa
was
not
up
to
the
mark.
We
included
many
dishes
in
our
menu
and
everything
was
fine.
But
little
disappointed
with
gol
gappe
and
water
supply
as
afer
every
15
mins
they
were
just
starting
serving
water
from
canister
instead
of
giving
water
bottles
that
were
in
my
package.
Decoration

The
decoration
was
good
,according
to
yhr
package.
but
the
DJ
was
really
very
very
very
bad.
I
insist
you
if
you
want
a
function
here
then
book
your
own
DJ.
He
was
so
rude
and
not
a
professional
person.

DJ
was
very
very
bad.
The
timing
of
our
function
was
from
10
AM
to
5
PM
and
the
DJ
boy
arrived
at
12
PM
and
took
another
1
hour
to
do
his
setup.
The
quality
of
songs
and
DJ
rack
was
very
poor.
He
didn't
even
know
what
type
of
songs
he
need
to
play.
On
the
entry
of
bride
he
was
playing
sad
songs
that
doesn't
even
match
the
entry.
Just
guess
your
self
the
level
of
DJ
and
then
after
starting
DJ
at
1
30
PM
he
just
closed
the
DJ
at
5PM
saying
he
was
paid
till
5PM.if
he
was
paid
till
5PM
then
why
he
didn't
arrived
at
time
till
10AM.
Snacks
and
food(4/5)
Snacks
were
tasty.
And
food
was
also
great.
Even
though
my
sister
marriage
was
at
Lillivilas
krishna
nagar,
and
there
plate
was
way
more
expensive
then
this
hotel.
But
still
they
were
giving
a
very
hard
competition
to
that
big
hotel
in
comparison
of
the
food.
Reception
and
room
giving(2/5)
So
we
booked
our
room
and
hotel
hall
for
10AM
to
5PM
and
were
supposed
to
get
room
by
10Am
as
per
there
commitment
on
the
day
of
booking
the
property.
But
on
the
function
date
we
didn't
get
room
till
11Am
as
they
were
saying
that
room
is
already
occupied
and
we
cannot
give
you
the
room
till
12
PM.
If
that
was
the
condition
then
why
you
didn't
told
us
while
booking.
The
receptionist,
I
didn't
remember
the
name,
he
was
very
very
rude
person.
It
was
like
he
was
doing
some
favor
on
me
while
I
was
the
one
paying
him
for
all
the
stuff.
Our
function
went
very
well.
But
few
points
that
they
need
to
improve
is
if
my
function
is
from
the
morning
then
you
should
complete
all
the
decoration
and
important
stuffs
as
soon
as
possible.

the
hotel
was
very
nice
and
helpful.
