Undercooked pizza and they gave me a pepper that looks absolutely gross. Looks like a dried up grape. Better idea to just drive a little farther north for the new market location.

Usually everything is okay , store location tends to be on the slower side. Low rating because they gave me a pepperoncini that looked like it was half bitten already . That’s just gross , staffs should have better standards than that .

I ordered twice from this location and they send me wrong pizza both time!! Is there any quality control? Or maybe you guys just send people leftovers.

I've never had an issue with the brand before but I will not deal with this location again. I ordered from Skip The Dishes. The toppings were wrong. The dips were wrong. The pizza was grossly overcooked. My pops were missing. These are restaurants issues. Not delivery issues. I called the store directly and the manager refused to take any responsibility what-so-ever. Very unprofessional. I'm ashamed to say I lost my temper on the man at the very end but to flat out show that you do not care about the quality of your food is disgraceful. Very unfortunate.

The folks at Papa John's here in Aurora are really nice. Enjoyed our short visit and the pizza is excellent.

First time had Papa John’s pizza. We ordered a large Super Hawaiian pizza. It’s so good and tasty that it’s not overly salty yet flavourful. They also weren’t stingy on the toppings. 🙌🏻🔥 Yummy 😋😋😋 It’s a nice touch to include dipping sauce and a hot pepper with the pizza for free. For us first timers, it’s a surprise. 😆 I really love the garlic sauce! ❤️

Absolutely terrible service! I order 2 pizza for delivery, a half hour before they close as I’m at work and it’s the earliest I could order it. They call me and complain about the time I ordered the pizza!!! Then after trying to guilt me into not continuing with my order I said no I’d like my pizza. They hang up and call back about 10 mins later complaining about me not leaving a tip online (I like tipping the driver themselves.) and gave absolute attitude again guilting me saying the driver still had so many dishes and such to do. THEN… I get my pizza, tip the driver $15…. THEY DIDNT EVEN SEND THE RIGHT PIZZA!!! I paid extra for stuff and didn’t even get it. Upon trying to call store, they were closed. I tried reaching out to their helpline through the company and have gotten no response. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Ordered a few times online, pretty good food with usually decent service. When service is bad, it is unbelievably bad though. I had two cases of delivery drivers taking the food hostage for tip and I had to pay them in cash to get my food handed over to me. In no line of business a delivery person should start the discussion with a customer with showing them the receipt and say “hi, no tip?” and then insist on getting a tip right away. With significant delivery fees I don’t think tip is mandatory and Papa John’s drivers seems to think otherwise. If you do something extraordinary and go above and beyond that is when you will get rewarded with a tip. Also worth mentioning, I ordered through their own app and not some random food delivery app or service.

No idea if it's any good. I ordered the pizza to have no cheese and specified that I can't have cheese. They still made it with cheese regardless. There is a big lack of care and the other reviews reflect that aswell.

Don't waste your time here,get an online promotion for free cheesie bread to along with my half cooked pizza order,not valid here,haven't been back since,their loss,i said nice knowing you and walked out.Lots of bad reviews here,this store will likely close due to bad customer service and horrible products. 0 star review.
