Luckily found this place by luck and so glad we did. Very legit Italian food in a very nice atmosphere. The great thing is you can order off either the Bettola menu or Cody’s Cafe menu. Food was top notch, wine selection was really good, and service was great. We rarely spend 3 hours at dinner and we did not want to leave this gem. Highly recommended!!!!

Hidden gem in an Aurora strip mall! Waitstaff was excellent. Food and drinks were exquisite.

Absolutely amazing, fresh and unique food that when I'm here makes me forget I'm in a strip mall in Aurora. And the front of house staff are amazing, fun, and knowledgeable and the chef even more so is amazing. Great for date night or they have a family friendly menu as well for fun for everyone, highly recommend the seafood, it's fresh and delicious which is hard to find in Colorado

Wow! I didn't expect to find such a nice restaurant in the area. The food was splendid, the service was first class, and the atmosphere was cozy. A reservation is required, so make sure to call ahead to reserve your table. This is a bit of a hidden gem. We'll be back!

2022-02-12: Party of 4, with reservations. We arrived exactly at 6pm on a Saturday night and we hardly found a parking space. The doors to Betolla Bistro was closed. I called the restaurant and they told me that Betolla Bistro has combined with Cody's Cafe (just few doors down to the left of Betolla). We got seated right away. The facility was clean. Very simple. We were given 3 glasses of water. (There were 4 of us). We ordered 2 sodas right away.. There were 2 different QR menus (1 for Bettola and the other for Codys). The menu stated that the 1st round of bread was free. 4 pcs of bread was served right away but with very little bread-dipping oil. We were not able to finish the last piece because we run out of dipping oil. We also did not have any napkins, plates, and utensils. We had to ask for it when we asked for extra dipping oil. The lady, whom we asked for utensils, apologized. She gave us another round of bread and dipping oil with the utensils. A little past 7pm, our meals came. All of us enjoyed our food. A little more pasta would have been better. We finished our meals and our waitress asked if we would like to order desserts. We love creme Brule so we ordered that and a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. We have been warned though, that the cream Brule is not the normal cream Brule. Our waitress took both the soda glasses and never asked if we wanted refill. We all agreed that the Cream Brule and the cake needs improvement. 4 entrees, 2 sodas, 3 desserts, the bill came to $129 (before tip). Hope this help. Bon Appétit.

Creative. Delicious. Friendly, and informative. We went here on a whim...it had some good reviews so we took a chance. Oh my goodness...what a great experience. Josh was very friendly, sure, but knowledgeable and gave us insight into the menu. It feels like we had direct access to a culinary geniuses ideas. I had the special, a Lamb Ragu with black garlic, incredible. I'm not gifted enough to describe the subtle flavors in that dish. We finished it off with a Honeycake...a multilayered, light (yet somehow not) creamy honey cinnamon delicacy. I feel like we discovered a special place...somewhere we will talk about for a long time. I wish we lived close by to come back and try other things!

The pizza, pasta, and drinks exceeded our expectations so much. We were initially just trying Cody's Diner and found out this place still caters to both menus. The quality of food definitely matches the price and we still had leftovers. Absolutely coming back with reservations next time.

Found this locally owned small restaurant a few years back on Yelp. We’ve been coming here every couple months since. The staff, the ambiance, the food and wine are all amazing. We bring all out of town guests here and no one is disappointed. I never remember to take photos because I can’t wait a second before diving in. I think the empty plates speak for themselves. Thank you Schafer, Josh, Isabel and Sue for being your authentic selves.

Very good place to eat, but prepare to wait. The waiter said they make everything from scratch, so it is the reason for the long wait. The Brussel sprout appetizer was really good.

Ate here last Saturday and came back the next Friday. Josh and Isabelle are great energy and have a sophisticated and polished approach to their service. Kind and attentive and made us feel at home. The Chicken Parmesan is one of the best I've had, I had the Salmon Pesto and everything is made to order and perfectly seasoned. Really an amazing local Italian eatery!

The chicken parm and honey cake were so good! The goat cheese crostini app was nice and crispy and very tasty. Servers were all so nice and very attentive. Great dinner spot! :)

Wow, guys! Based on local reviews, we chose Bettola’s for great Italian and a small sized restaurant. I had the lamb ragù, which was rich, tasteful, and delicious. My husband had the pork saltimbocca, which had a touch of lemon and had a light and unique flavor. We opted to share a slice of honey cake because we were getting pretty full… but I’m so glad we did because the flavor of this dessert is sweet and light, just enough to balance out the cake layers. We had the privilege of being served by the sommelier and the pastry chef, both which provided lovely insight and commentary into some of the dishes that were made at Bettola. I haven’t even mentioned the roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic reduction, which was the star of the night. Wow. All in all, we agree that Bettola, the tiny little “dive” is definitely a 5-star worthy restaurant with delicious food, and wonderful service. We look forward to our next visit :) Thank you!

Food was amazing! The staff was incredible, all very knowledgeable. It was a lovely little hole in the wall in Aurora. Walking in we were instantly blown away, the atmosphere took you way from the location and after having what turned out to be the best dinner I’ve ever had i forgot I was in a little strip mall in Aurora. I’ll definitely be coming back :)

I’ve been going to Cody’s Cafe for years. This is the first time I’ve dined at Betolla Bistro. I enjoyed my creative version of a negroni. The granache wine was delicious. Note the generous amount of seafood in the fra diablo. I had scallops and linguini. Everything was tasty and beautifully presented. The portions were generous! We will definitely return.

I remember talking to one of the owners here. Very creative/quirky guy, love his passion for new ideas and you can see it in some of the pastas. Food overall was great, loved the pizzas. Would def come back for that. But the food took so long to come out! Maybe cause we had a bigger group, but waited almost an hour for main dishes to come out. Plus, the wine seems up-charged a lot from market price. But hey, what do I know. Don’t let that deter you from visiting!

We just happened to find this place randomly on google maps and so glad we did! Very intimate and small space. Server was very attentive. Although it took awhile to get our food, the server let us know that wait times were longer before we ordered. The food was amazing and it was a great experience to take our time with the meal. Will definitely be back!

My partner and I were looking for a new and delicious place to try for our anniversary dinner. I came across Bettola Bistro and it had such great reviews we thought we better try it. And I am so happy we did! It's a whole experience not just a great dinner. The service is exceptional and the food and wine are too. I think they told us that the menu changes everyday so we can't wait to go back and try something else!10/10 recommend!

Really delicious food, and presented well. Server was on point, cappuccino was pleasantly bitter. I hope to make this a regular spot to visit, when I'm in the area. This was the Salmon Pesto, Cappuccino, and complimentary fresh-made bread. As an aside, it made an especially good impression when they asked whether I prefer ice with my water.
