These apartments are a nightmare. If I can rate a zero I certainly would. People are stealing parts from your car, and of course there are no cameras. I can only imagine when the pool opens, if it ever does the amount of people that will be in there not even living in the apartments, throwing parties and just ruining it for everybody. When you fill out a maintenance request is always over looked, been waiting on a board for under my sink for over four months now. There are electrical issues in the apartments in the kitchen where you can’t even use equipment without the power going out on it. There are always people disturbing the peace outside when they are yelling at each other having verbal confrontations being all loud. New management and maintance is a joke. The water bill is almost 130 a month which is outrageous, I have a 2 bedroom apartment there is no way we use that much water, it is not fair when I have two people staying here and I gotta split the water cost between an apartment with five or more people. They decide to go up on the rent almost 300 more before the signing of the lease without any notice. I can keep going on and on but this is pretty much a google rant lol. Do not move here, stay away at all costs

We’ve lived here for going on 4yrs and as seniors we appreciate the peace and quiet we have experience since living here. Yes the rent has went up yearly but I understand that its a sign of the times. But I must confess that the Prior owners and the new ownership have worked with us as far as the dollar amounts. I wouldn’t advise anyone to live here. The rent price is not the price every month. You share water , sewage which is very expensive. They add on all these secret fees so when you see your rent amount it’s always a surprise. It’s not worth it, they do more to the scenery more than the actual apartments. The pool is always closed and never get anything deducted of rent, we’re paying for amenities but can’t use them ??? Disaster and I will not be renewing. Save your money folks and look elsewhere.

My renewal process was quick, sweet & easy! Rent went up a bit but kind of expected with inflation. I love living here, I moved from out of state and have not had complaints. I feel like God placed me exactly where I was meant to be. I will definitely be here until I’m ready to buy.

I like this place a lot. The people managing the place have been nothing but sweet and awesome with me an my family. It's a quiet place to live and the trees and nature are really pretty. I enjoy going to the office and talk with the team. My family and I are first time renters and they have guide us and help us a lot. The apartment that I am in feels spacious and private with a nice view to the trees surronding the area. Also I have two dogs which I love with my life, and it's great that this place is pet friendly! The walks with them here are really nice. The Internet that comes with the lease it's fast and good. Perfect for gaming👌. I like that this place is always taken care of with power washing the buildings and cuttiing the grass of the green areas. The flowers on the entrance always look so pretty too. And recently the buildings we painted too. For maintenance, they have come to fix any issues that we have pretty soon. The maximun wating time for us have been 1 day and a half, and they usually come much early than that. Thank you for everything!

THE POOL WAS SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN ON MEMORIAL DAY. IT'S NOW THE 4TH OF JULY AND THE POOL STILL IT'S OPEN. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU PAYING FOR AN APARTMENT WITH A POOL, THAT IS SEASONAL AND KEEP GETTING EXCUSES AND IT DOESNT SEEM TO BE A PRIORITY FOR ANYBODY... YES I SAID IT, I DARE NOT ADD A PICTURE OF THE POOL!!!!!!!!!! THE GREEN SMURKINESS OF IT ALL

The move in process was very easy. Management staff was very helpful and friendly from the tour to move in day. The community is clean and no loud noise or disturbances. I only started living here about a week ago and I am already very pleased.

When Clara and Bonnie was here the is place was great but it has gone to very bad customer service. You can't get anybody to answer the phone. I have had my car broken into and my wallet and other items stolen. There is trash always near the dumpsters. The water bill I outrageous and makes yr rent go up $200 or more. Clara and Bonnie have been nothing less than amazing. These two ladies were kind and informative. Both of them worked hard to make sure our move in process was smooth and easy. We really appreciate both of them. The apartment look phenominal. Grounds are well kept and the staff is really friendly.
