I have driven past many other beauty supply stores to shop here because of the selection but that ended today! I purchased essential hair oil yesterday but realized when I got home that I meant to purchase the more lightweight version with a misting sprayer on top. I walk in tonight with UNTOUCHED product in hand, only to be told they could not accept an unsealed bottle back into the store. Mind you, the cashier fully acknowledged that the bottle is sold that way! The receipt also says on it ANY undamaged items can be returned within 7 days. I let her know that since the mistaken purchased cannot return, neither will I.

All employees and management lacks customer service and integrity. While purchasing a mesh head wrap for 3.17 THEIR system crashed during the transaction and I was charged twice. After speaking to Management named J whom was very rude. States he need to do research to refund me. After I showed them the transaction went through twice.I NEVER GOT MY MONEY-THATS THEFT. I ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO SHOP HERE CHECK PREV COMMENTS.

I purchased the wrong product and brought it back within 10 minutes, and the only thing say that the owner said was I cannot return or exchange, because the product was not sealed. As a multiple returning customer, their should’ve been some kind of accommodation. The owner just basically said sorry it’s the law and theirs nothing he could do! As a business owner myself when you have a unsatisfied customer, you should be able to help the customer the best way you can because the customers are the reason why the business is running the way that it does. I had my son with me and I told him right then that’s bad customer service & bad business!!!!!!!!!! I have spent alot of my here and I was sending all my clients to this beauty store. NEVER Again!!!!!!!!!

Selection!! This store has lots of options and brands. I was able to find my wife's favorite hair oil here which is hard to locate anywhere but online. They have everything hair related that you might need. I also found a great beard/moustache brush here. Great spot.

Love this place! Very friendly and helpful employees. To be a man going into a beauty supply store and still be comfortable says volumes about these people!!!

The woman working there was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back and would recommend if you are looking for wigs. The selection is huge.

Went in there today to get my daughter a ponytail for her birthday and my one year knocked something over the Chinese man rudeldy said I need to control my child after my sister picked up the items.She's only a baby I see if I knocked something over and didn't pick it up he could just kept him mouth shut definitely will never get my business.
