I received smoothie from this location basically every week because it's close to my home. However, I had a problem at this location 2430 East-West Connector Suite 340, Marietta, GA 30105 several times. I was told the restroom is not available to the customers. However, the manger did let me use the restroom maybe a month ago. On August 25, 2023 Ray stated she is the manager and no customers are allowed to use Smoothie King restroom! I did informed Ray I will be writing a review and it will be a poor review. I think if any companies can receive customers money, customers should be allowed to use its restroom. Also, Smoothie King wait lines are very long at times and they should consider some customers can not hold their urine very long. If the owner of this store is reading my review please allow your customers to use your restrooms!

This store is the WORST! I come in about once week for smoothie bowl. At first I was coming in during the evening and I’m ALWAYS told the smoothie bowl base has ran out. It’s always the the slinky guy with the Afro and big lips that has an attitude that’s always telling me they ran out of smoothie bowls. I always thought he just didn’t want to make it. So I switched up and came during the morning opening hours around 7-8am. Now the girls that work in the mornings are telling me they don’t have smoothie bowls. I went to another planet smoothie to see what’s the procedure with the smoothie bowls and found out that the smoothie bowls are not pre-made the bases are somewhat personally made. So just like I thought nobody at this store wants to make smoothie bowls. The manage needs to get a new set of people in this store because if you’re not serving smoothie bowls then take it off the menu. If you don’t have employees that don’t want to make them then get someone in the store that does. After all, everyone is paying for a service. I’ve been to this store a during the whole month, maybe once a week for a month and have not had once smoothie bowl for the whole month of October. And now going through September and still no smoothie bowls.

Service was absolutely terrible! I walked in an hour before closing and the workers suggested that we go somewhere else because they had already started their closing procedures, I asked if I could possibly still order because my pregnant wife was in the car and was really craving a smoothie and I suggested that I would leave a generous tip if they could and they still responded with “I guess we can if you really want it….but it’d be easier if you just went somewhere else because most of our stuff is out away” keep in mind they had at least 5 staff members behind the counter that I visibly seen while in the store. I informed my wife and she accepted that we should go somewhere else in fear of them doing something to our food in retaliation. I have had my issues before with this location but this is my final straw I WILL NOT be spending my hard earned money at this location until they clean their act together!!! I completely forgot to mention that as I walked in the workers began to mop around the exit which I slipped on and could’ve potentially injured myself!!!! I am infuriated and am going to proceed to find the corporate help desk number so that my complaint will be heard and hopefully changes will be made. This is UNACCEPTABLE and DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!

Take your money elsewhere… The reviews speak for itself! Terrible terrible customer service!!! I walked in, being the only customer at the moment, and Cade unpleasantly asked “what do you want”… I work at a restaurant myself and I know from experience what customer service should look like. THIS PLACE IS LACKING IT!! If fixing a smoothie bowl has you slamming my receipt on the counter, throwing the blender around & slamming the fruit lids shut then idk maybe just maybe that isn’t the place for you!!!!! Just overall very uncomfortable feeling someone’s attitude when all you did was order.. Neverrr have I been to a smoothie king and not had a pleasant experience. I’ll drive 10 minutes down the street to another smoothie king before I return to give this place ANY MONEY!

I don’t usually do this but today I am because it is very necessary. This morning I encountered the poorest attitude when I walked into Smoothie King to get my smoothie that was ordered online. It was not made correctly at all. When I informed the young lady that it was incorrect her inner disgusting person showed up and showed out. I was then asked “what’s the problem” as if I was wrong for wanting what I paid for to be correct when I arrived or corrected due to being wrong. That nasty employee had the nerve to say “I’m the manager” and that’s why I was the only customer this morning because attitudes like that don’t attract people but good customer service does. When you can’t mix fruits and vegetables right and with a pleasant attitude then you’re doomed with a not so bright future. Perhaps a job with limited human interaction would be a much better place of employment for someone with such a nasty attitude and very poor customer service skills. She can’t manage a business when she can’t manage her own attitude. She made hand gestures to let me know she didn’t want to make my drink over, she spilled it throwing the lid to the blender in the sink, and then yelled for another employee to calm her down because according to her “it was about to be a problem”. Instead of coming down to her level I simply prayed for her attitude to come up to much better level so the next customer can have the pleasure of receiving much better customer service the next time. I decided maintaining my dignity and higher level of employment was worth more to me than to teach that disgusting manager better manners. #outraged customer!!!!

Thought I stop by and get a vegan smoothie 😋the look gave me goosebumps then I tasted it mmmm good ‼️( vegan pineapple, spinach) Is a must

Poor customer service. Cashier had no personality acted annoyed to do her job. Restrooms were locked and she said “restrooms are closed.” Will not return.

Horrible attitudes from 2 of the girls working. One of them jerked her neck and rolled her eyes at me because I mispronounced the name of the smoothie. It smelled like someone poured bleach all over the whole store when I walked in. I should’ve read the other reviews before going here . The franchise owner needs to do a secret shopper visit to see this first hand.
