This
review
is
based
on
my
most
recent
visit
and
not
my
overall
multi
year
experience
with
Peachtree
Orthopedics.
The
front
desk
and
office
staff
were
friendly
and
professional
as
always,
my
problems
are
with
Dr.
Casinelli
and
his
PA.
First
off,
the
new
PA
whom
I’ve
had
no
previous
experience
with
seemed
as
if
she
wasn’t
sure
what
she
was
doing
there.
But
on
to
the
real
problem.
I’ve
been
a
patient
of
Dr.
Casinelli’s
for
over
2
years.
From
my
initial
visit
up
to
and
through
surgery
including
surgery
follow
ups
he
had
been
great.
This
seems
to
be
where
his
care
ceases.
I
m
mo
Rex
had
a
fall
in
my
home
and
have
been
experiencing
increasing
levels
of
pain
since.
My
X-rays
showed
no
bone
damage
which
wasn’t
terribly
surprising.
With
this
info
I
was
told
to
do
PT
and
that
this
wouldn’t
be
the
last
time
I
had
back
pain
in
my
life.
He
also
prescribed
a
mild
muscle
relaxer
and
steroid
pack
which
have
not
helped
at
all
in
past
so
this
decision
was
curious
as
well.
This
might
sound
like
a
typical
diagnosis
but
the
method
of
its
delivery
couldn’t
have
been
more
cold
and
uncaring.
It
seems
as
though
Dr.
Casinelli
loves
doing
surgery
and
anything
after
that
is
your
problem.
At
the
time
of
writing
this
my
back
pain
is
still
increasing
and
even
day
to
day
activities
are
becoming
a
problem.
I
do
understand
that
due
to
insurance
protocols
that
there
are
certain
steps
to
follow
in
treatment
but
when
your
doctor
tells
you
to
get
used
to
being
in
extreme
pain
and
a
comes
off
as
if
you’re
inconveniencing
him
by
asking
for
help,
it
makes
you
feel
defeated
.Not
everyone
who’s
asking
for
pain
relief
is
a
addict
trying
to
score
pills.
My
most
recent
visit
with
Dr.
Casinelli
has
left
me
feeling
somewhat
hopeless
and
trapped
due
to
fact
that
changing
doctors
is
often
times
an
insurance
nightmare.
There
are
too
many
options
for
pain
relief
for
doctors
to
let
there
patients
suffer
needlessly.
My
spouse
was
with
me
on
this
visit
and
got
the
same
impression
as
I
did
from
the
entire
experience.
One
more
thing,
I
truly
understand
that
there
is
still
an
opioid
problem
in
our
country,
but
not
everyone
who
can
use
these
medications
has
addiction
issues.
Sometimes
people
are
truly
in
pain
and
just
need
help
in
the
short
term
until
the
root
problem
is
discovered.
I
get
the
feeling
that
Dr.
Casinelli
just
doesn’t
care
enough
to
consider
this.
