    one of the most disappointing dunkin’s in a 15 mile radius. not only are they great at messing up your drink orders but they always seem to be out of something. NOT to mention their frozen drink machine hasn’t worked in years! so that eliminates a lot of options off back. just an underwhelming experience in general. THE ONLY GOOD THING about this place is the employees, who are always nice if nothing else, and the only reason i still visit this establishment besides convenience.

    So I wasn’t going to be petty but I am. This afternoon I went to this location and I order the new bacon biscuits bites , ice coffee and water. When I received the bacon biscuits bites they were extremely cold I took one bite out of one and it wasn’t even cooked fully. I got back in the line and I explain to the young lady at the window what happen which she was very nice and professional but the younger white manager he was a male was giving her a hard time about replacing my order, she explained to him what I said and he literally was going back in forth with her I can tell she was getting frustrated but she kept her cool, I told them if it was going to be an issue I can just call the area manager Sharnaz bc he gave me his personal number and told me if I ever have any issues with this store that I can call him, which I ended up doing because the young man and others just kept talking mess, but luckily he didn’t answer. This was very uncalled for especially when I wasn’t in the wrong I have money to buy my food, but I wasn’t about to give this food to my daughter and she is only 1 of age. Morning crew is always on POINT continue to do y’all thing, afternoon crew y’all need some pointers from them. That’s all I have to say.

    when i say unprofessional, i mean disgusted. Workers in the back cussing and playing around. there’s 5 employees and there’s only one person really working and he’s barely doing that. i ordered through the app and was waitin a good 25-30 minutes just fa a sandwich. the drive-thru line is damn near to the exit and yet nobody is taking their job serious. if i could give this place no stars, i would.

    Laughing hysterically because they told me they cannot service my allergy because they don’t wash the “Stirrer” the utensils they use to mix they only sanitize them, horrid never would order if I could drink milk. Photo of employee that told me this included!!!!

    This location has gone down. I ordered and paid for extra cream cheese. Are they trying to be funny? Check your orders before you leave. Visited again 11/19/23. I threw my whole bacon, sourdough sandwich away, burnt, slither of cheese, no taste.

    Placed a curbside order at 8:50. Hit "I'm here" at 8:56. It's now 9:13, and I had to walk in to get a curbside order because after 15 minutes, no one had brought it out. When I went inside, there were two people leaning against the counter, and 4 other people frantically racing around. Manager appeared to be back helping cook instead of managing. They're probably too short staffed for them to actually be able to do their job. Hash browns were cold. Croissant wasn't cooked enough. Still frozen in the middle. Iced latte was good though. Hope they get staffed up. Love the breakfast, but I can't wait 20 minutes for things in the morning. I got places to be.

    By far the worst Dunkin Donuts to ever exist. I walked in with no acknowledgement of my presence & I was the only person inside. Once I did order I noticed there was a huge puddle of water on the register. I couldn’t even get my receipt because it rolled into the water and quickly soaked. The cashier didn’t even clean up the area. I ordered the Grilled Cheese Tomato Pesto Sandwich. Sounded great but once I received it I knew I made a mistake. There was only ONE tomato on the sandwich & again I was the only one inside, so I am confused as to why the service was so terrible. I’ll never eat here again.

    I've been there 10+ times in the past 2 months and every time they never have bagels or their oven is down for cleaning at 4 in the afternoon. This place is poorly managed and I will not be returning.

    Came here today and I asked for my 2 drinks to not have no ice and the lady told me and I quote (just because you don’t want ice doesn’t mean where going to fill it up too the top!) like what? I’m not asking for all that I’m asking for a drink with no ice? I got my drink and it was half way like what? Also they forgot to give me my sandwich. Just makes no sense! Anyone who comes here make sure to check your bags.

    Best coffee that I’ve had at Dunkin’ Donuts. They make it exactly how you ask for it. The food my breakfast sandwich was lacking. The sausage was not fresh it seems. But overall the food itself was good. And those little bagel bites are fantastic definitely highly recommended.

    Due to everywhere being under staffed there hiring these unruly teens BUT when I tell U that this young staff is on POINT in all areasssss! I enjoyed taking my grandchildren. I will get the young lady's name next time. I do know that her favorite is the lemon filled because I asked and now it's my favorite. Lol

    My sons absolutely love some DD!! The service at this location is EXTREMELY SLOW, so don’t make any immediate plans afterwards, but, it’s nice having a DD close the house, just wish the service was faster.

    They made my order way too sweet, which is not the biggest problem, I asked them to remake it and just make it less sweet and with less cream. They made it the exact same way again. And when I tried to ask again they ignored me until I had to leave or I’d be late for work. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I’ve been a customer here many times and have always had a good experience until now, but I definitely won’t be back.

    This is my favorite location, the staff are friendly and treat you like an individual. They made it a point to remember my name and great me by my name in the morning. Melvin and Rebecca always know what I order and make it for me right away. I don't think I will ever go to another Dunkin. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

    So I just stopped by here and had the worst service. 8:00 drive thru. He didn’t listen. Wrong size. Do ur people even know how to make signature drinks. This is sad. And for the last couple weeks. No decaf latte. Seriously. Please teach ur people how not to let money go. Because I don’t think they care. Worst service at this location thus far!!!!!I worked for Dunkin over 10 years. I can tell u how to make every drink. I trained while stores an GMs. Please teach ur staff better service and signature drinks. So today I stopped by. An I was so amazed by the wonderful customer service. They didn’t have my decaf latte. But it’s okay. I did ice coffee instead. I’m so thankful for the great service and making me feel special. Front counter, drive thru and the cook was very professional and very sweet and fast. Didn’t wait long at all.

    One of the most busy Dunkin' in the area but they still manage to get my online orders done in good time. Depending on the staff that day; you can get through the line in about 4-7 minutes. I work in the area an religiously can make it there and back within my 15 minutes break. The staff is mostly lovely and come to think of it I'm ready for a perfect cup of coffee right now.

    I unexpectedly had to take care of a toddler that could only drink almond milk. Nothing else was open that sold almond milk so I headed to my local Dunkin! I ordered an almond milk and apparently having to pour milk into a cup is the worst thing I could have asked for. The comments started at the drive thru speaker. After I ordered an employee yelled "Are you kidding me?!" Weird, but maybe it wasn't directed at me. When I got to the window, the employee at the window was confused why my drink was cold and asked why, when he was told it was just almond milk by me AND other employees he acted confused and annoyed. Then another employee yelled from the back "yeah why would you have hot coffee when you can have almond milk?!" ....I have no idea why my order was so offensive, but I will never come here again. They didn't even fill the cup up halfway! Do better.

    This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Food is always burnt (not the first time). I also ordered a matcha and it appears they just dumped everything in the cup without mixing. There were chunks of matcha throughout and it tasted horrible. I trashed it! Won’t be going back…I’ve had issues with this place before and the manager was very non-responsive.

    Moved here and go to the Dunkin on the weekends. First I went drive thru but it was always not filled up. So lately I’ve gone inside. I always ask for the same thing, two large hot matchas and a vanilla latte. For some reason the only problem it isn’t filled up to the top. Here is a picture for proof. This is why I have to order two. I should not have to. If you stir the drink properly it will make it easier to see that the drink needs more oat milk. Hence the huge gap from the top. I have been a barista. It’s not that complicated.

    On the Sunday morning that we stopped while traveling this location was very busy. They were fully staffed, well trained & incredibly efficient. Everything was fresh, delicious & we received exactly what we ordered. The health score was 100 A. Kudos!!! Next time we’re in the area we will make a point to stop in again. Simply a delightful experience.

    Made a mobile order at 7am order 2 warm triple chocolate muffin received 1 smashed chocolate and 1 coffee cake looking muffin at the bottom of the bag then had to pull around and wait in the car for them to warm them up get back to work and the order is wrong and the quality is unacceptable a smashed muffin and it is now 913am and still have not received the correct order this is our 4th trip to this location this morning after the male staff member passive aggressively told me that it will be 20min maam and that was 40min ago this will be my last visit at this location after daily visits sad about it but it’s the principle!!!

    Incompetent employees, service is not good... My card was charged twice without receiving food, employees could not or did not do anything to try to rectify the situation. The food is already bare minimum to be dealing with people who lack comprehensive and customer service skills... Do not recommend at all.

    This location NEVER has cold brew. Except in the mornings maybe. Maybe try making the cold brew in the middle of the day so everyone can have some and make more of it. Cold brew should be one of your main concerns but it doesn’t seem to be.

    Terrible customer service, they gave me coffee that was already SPILLING in my car and “couldn’t take it back”. They also gave me a bag with coffee spilled on it and a whole from the top to the bottom. And I ask for another bag n he gives it to me but refuses to collect the already ripped bag the gave me because of “covid”. Yet he could take my card and give me back, what kind of logic is that?? So terrible, I would give -5 stars if I could.
