Poor customer service from the cashier Victorya. Came in and the pump was not working right. Went inside to the cashier for help, her attitude was disgusting. She was completely useless with her customer service. I asked for the Mgr, thank goodness the General Manager was there and rectified the situation. The manager was awesome and deserves a raise for simply having to manage that type of attitude.

UPDATE 4/9/23! NOW THEY HAVE THE DOOR UNLOCKED BUT THE BATHROOM IS BLOCKED OFF! THEY LIE AND SAY ITS BEING CLEANED AND TELL YOU TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ACROSS THE STREET TO SHELL SMH HOW IS THIS A CONVENIENCE STORE IF IM BEING INCONVENIENCED WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE RESTROOM! I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE!! Everytime I come here they have the doors locked with multiple employees just walking around having a great time inside not having to do their jobs. They ignore you won't even allow you to use the restroom. It's stupid to have a business that is open 24hrs but the employees lock you out whenever they feel like it. They have self check out I don't need an employee for ANYTHING so why not open the doors!? Might as well close this location yall are USELESS!

Everytime I come here at night after midnight this place is closed. As a truck driver there isn't a lot of places that I can stop to use the restroom or other services and to have this place closed every damned time is very frustrating. QuickTime here I come, they're ALWAYS open.

This is a truck stop that driver's really needed in this area and it's been open 24/7 since it was built , now closed at night to truckers when they need it most . i live locally and i will not ever stop here again and i will pass info to all truckers

Staff was not very friendly and the bathrooms were disgusting. I went into an asthma attack from the dust almost immediately. They did have good variety of products.

This racetrack is my favorite,( Just open too) and it very close to Walmart. Very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly My new favorite #morethangas gas station

Place is apparently not 24 hours. Pulled up here around 130am and all doors were locked. Workers were outside in the car passed out high as hell. There was a woman inside but she pretended she couldn't here is knocking on the door. Stop hiring ghetto trash.

Parking lots a mess. There's trash everywhere. And they're not open 24/7 anymore even though it says they are. And they have all their lights on inside making you think they are open.

This place wanna sell fuel to trucks but won’t even give u a ten hour reset in there park slots wild sitting there one night I watch more then one truck get tow away. Truck stops don’t do that

Just called they close around 1am and don't open back up until about 3:45. They are not open 24hrs.

This why QT will NEVER have to worry about racetrac. What ever time of day you go, which ever location you choose this is what you have to deal with. Never enough employees, long lines employees are NOT customer focused.

1020 at night and the store is closed to customers. place is a parking lot for homeless. can't get around trucks and vehicles without getting onto the grass and curves. This places needs better management and a good cleanup.

This is the cleanest most well ran gas station around.

It’s 9:30pm on a Saturday night and they are locking doors turning customers away. As sign say 24hrs. 1211 Thorton RD. Claiming no help as I see 4 employees walking around.

Story was close from 2-3am for cleaning got to the door at 4:25am and they are still not open it shouldn't take that long to clean

It’s definitely one of the nicer gas station convenience stores. My go to in this area as it’s open late night.

If this is a truck stop, where's the showers, to accommodate them and family; while traveling/expediting their vital merchandise transport. The pit stop should larger, there is a safety issues for parking and maneuvering their companies vehicles into a excellent Safety guideline of Georgia DOT policies. Brighter lights, more security inside and outside, without the loud, rude conversation(s). The drink is vital, needs an inspection date posted for health, unwanted germs & well spaced for inconvenience of the customers of all sort of personalities. Bathroom needs to be have privacy guards from employees and unnecessary 🙄 malpractice from all sorts. Welcoming out of state quests &/in between jobs should feel comfortable and assured of utilizing restrooms on the go, with dignity and respect!!!. Not employees/security watching certain individuals when there's other irrelevant actions taken place outside and inside the facility. Where's the manager throughout the services, why isn't it 24/7 at both locations of Thornton Rd. The piping systems sucks and the drying stations is out of date, this 2023 not 1990s. Petro in Bankhead locations actions has outsmart your blueprint of the business, for more profit and professionalism towards the truckers who service the high demands of transport and the productivity needs of the globe.

Always super clean and service is great! This is a great place to stop on our several trips through this area from out of state. The only problem we've ever had was a panhandler when we stopped by this time. I am sure they will take care of that problem.

Food usually fine and the store stocked... whenever you can actually go inside. They constantly lock the doors and don't allow customers in. Extremely annoying.

This place is the worst for truckers. You will get towed

I attempted to buy some bulk DEF at this location and the only spot it can be bought is in the back. First pump said go inside to pay, well I didn't want to hold up the line(in case anybody came) so I moved to another, the quick release was disconnected, so I moved to pump 4 and when I got there the security officer told me I couldn't be back there. So I said okay and left. When I called they said next time for me to park in front, come inside, speak to a manager, then they could see what we could do. Hmmm, I think I'll just continue to go to the Quick Trip right down the road. I got DEF with 0 hassles. View my photos.

I dislike giving a bad review, however sometimes it needs to be done. One of the perks of having a "RACETRACK VIP REWARDS" account is getting $0.10 off per gallon when I purchase gas. Every. Single. Time I have stopped at this particular racetrack, even after telling the cashier I need to put my cell # in so I can get my fuel rewards I NEVER GET MY .10 CENTS OFF PER GALLON. AND I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE MONTHLY. THE associates seem like they could care less. Its unprofessional and its not right. Wake up people. Dont be in such a rush when you have a customer.

Good snack and low prices for diesel however do not live your truck unattended they call wrecker

Customer service is the key to business when serving yhe public.This place doesn't have it I pass by here daily and don't ever go in ther if I can help it..The kitchen staff is especially rude and I qoute..he said WHAT THE HELL THEY WAITING FOR!!!

Very clean store and women's restroom was very clean. It's a gas station/truck stop so you can get more here than at a regular gas station. Friendly staff and the coffee station was not nasty.

If this store going to be close need to change the 24 hours to the actual closing time, I also put this as when store close there is lot of people that work and when they get gas they need receipts put paper in them, no pump has paper or get it fix since no one will give u one from inside the store Since it closed this is inconvenience to lot of your customers. Out of 4 months not one time have I been able to get a receipt from the pump. Update 2 months later store still closed at 2am and it is a 24 hour location that needs better management as if you can’t staff shut it done the only race trac that I ever come across that never open. No window like the others 24 hour location you can go up to a window and get what you need. So this is a ongoing situation

It's ok seems clean always busy but they're stingy with cheese on their pizza as is EVERY Racetrac I've been to y'all would sale alot more if you'd put something on it. At first I thought it was just the person making it but it's like that every shift every day.

Calee decided it was a good Idea not to alert someone she was in the bathroom mopping and then placing a tripping hazard right outside the bathroom in the form or your grey roller cart this adds to my first interaction with her not very knowledgeable of her product because clearly all fruit products came from the same distributor in the same packaging I assumed that all prices were the same she said she didn't know next time I shall make sure to trip and fall on purpose due to the negligence of your employee not following proper procedures while cleaning then had the audacity to tell me "she tried waiting"....over all great store very nice selection CLEAN and well maintained and yes I know all jumbled but I try to get into these places and out

Only wants your money. Wont allow you to park after giving them hundreds of dollars in fuel. They have truck parking but will tow you after 4 hrs. I'll never give them another dime of my money if they want to treat people this way.

Some piece of human garbage stole my card and used it at this location. I noticed the transaction and called immediately but they would not answer the phone for over 30 minutes of me dialing it time after time. Completely lost all respect I had for this place.

Disgusting Restrooms! There is a good selection of items inside, but the restrooms are the worst I've seen in a while. We were forming a line to use 1 stall because the others were too bad to use.

Tonight February 1, 2021 at 11 PM who ever working at check out is a horrible employee talking on the phone pretending to work elsewhere to take personal calls so unprofessional no name tag get a one star for having good products but need better management so they can have good customer service not hiring the right people

Waited in line. Got to the front. And the cashier made eye contact, then just walked away to a different register and started helping another customer. Went and stood in that line behind 3 people, then I get to the front and she just leaves. So I went and stood in the other cashiers line. 20 min just to buy gas. Terrible

This is awesome they're Towing away the empty local truck's. guys come here and park and then go home. takes up space is for other people. They do enforce the 4 Hour parking limit during the daylight hours, to an extent. Don't come here park your truck and leave and expect it to be here when you get back without checking in with management. Because when you come back your truck will not be here.

It’s a good truck stop to take a break at a lot of options within walking distance. Parking is clearly marked for 4 hours If u violate there’s consequences I don’t get why people think they’re required to let u stay because u got fuel

People were rude, manager said breakfast food was available in 15-20 mintues we came back and nothing was made. 5-5:45 am No breakfast food.

Abbey was very patient with me and understood And this was the only money order machine up and running. Unless other Racetracs were lying and lazy.

Come here everyday ... diesel pumps always in ‘POS unavailable’ and you can’t use card reader.Have to walk in coz the pumps have to be reset. Smh. Everyday !!!

Great donuts and sausages employees friendly

Since my route changed in August this is my experiance.. 1. Completely bombed National Cappuccino day so no cappuccinos.. 2. Every Styrofoam cup I've gotten from them has leaked from the microscopic holes because of the manufacturing.. but they haven't pulled any sleeves.. 3. They stock smashed and leaking Red Bulls, so have fun getting sticky before work. Every counter in there as coffee creamer soda ice and whatever else you can get on it.... Can we get some people in there that care about the job and productivity?

The worsted gas station, restrooms always close and close both sides. When u ask for use they will say “ close for 15 min” Always problem with that station

Nothing but junk food....

This location is quite close to me and I pass by almost every day but I avoid stopping here because its poorly run... Pumps often offline / broken. Tried to fill up but three separate pumps appeared to have something jammed into the card reader - would not accept any card. Morning time, there is often NO food ready for people headed to work. The place is always busy and chaotic. They DO have very nice and professional cashiers. Back lot overrun by truckers and they park in the driveway making the entrance or exit thru the back driveway area dangerous as it blocks a lane and you may meet a car or truck headed in or out with no place to go.
