I payed for it I wasn’t asking nothing free and by the way they even wasn’t spicy I will try next time at Mableton location probably I’ll get better fair service god bless!

    Arrived at the store at 9:35pm, the inside dining area was closed all doors lock to enter the restaurant as well. There was an employee that was standing at the door instructing myself and other customers ( 1 Female) that the inside was closed and that we needed to use the drive thru. I then proceeded to look at the advertised opening and closing hours located via store visual sticker, which clearly states that the inside dine-in closed at 10:00pm. Moreover, after being denied entry into the restaurant, I took a picture of said opening & closing times on door to restaurant to inform upper management of issue. I looked up the number via Google of the Popeyes to call and communicate the issue, and to speak with a manager on duty. I called and asked for the store main manager, which the person that answered the phone stated she was the main Store General Manager named Bre! (Which was a bold face Lie) She didn't even want to give me her name at first, but she finally did after asking her over 3-4 times. Bre stated that just because there are set times on the door, doesn't mean that Popeyes have to abide by those rules. That doesn't make since, being that..that is what the company of Popeyes has set as the standard per Company policies! She was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She then realizing that she was not making any logical sense, proceeded to hang up the phone in my face. I will be contacting Corporate about this matter and Popeyes should be ashamed that you have people of this low caliber running ang operating their store! Found out the true names of the Managers that are disrespectful, Liers, and use derogatory language toward myself and other customers. Beware, if you ask for a Manager, they will give you a Fake Name which they both use the name of "Bre" however they are two black women named Imani & Leslie that are horrible, unprofessional and pretty ghetto! It is very sad that Popeyes has these two individuals representing the company. I can truly see why and how this particular location can't keep an employee's working for them. Extremely toxic & hostile work environment.

    Very rude staff member at the drive thru. As I pulled up to order my food , her tone and voice was so rude and hostile, she was practically screaming at me to order. As I drove forward to the window to pay, she was rude again about me using receipt coupon. Like seriously, Popeyed Dont tell customers to do online survey for a coupon code if you are going to be nasty and aggressive about them using it at the drive thru on their next visit. I decided to cancel my order and drove off. I refuse to pay My hard earned money at a business that treats their customers so bad. The drive thru cashier was so Rude and had a horrible attitude for no reason.

    I ordered Door Dash for lunch, and the food was extra good. The chicken was cooked well, biscuits soft, and my apple pie was on point. I called to make sure that I received sauce, and Imani made sure we got what we needed. Suggestions, which is probably more for delivery, would be to have the food in a different type of box. The heat makes the box flimsy. Also, there is no way to ask for condiments.

    The store was very clean. Several clerks looked at me but didn't speak. A young woman finally addressed me as though I was an inconvenience to her. She continued to keep her back to me and continued to make me wait to order. That's okay. It gave me time to definitely decide two things - 1. I don't pay to be abused 2. I didn't want the indigestion & grease and certainly didn't need it. Thanks for providing such awful customer service that you helped me make a better food choice. I benefited from the experience afterall.👍

    This place is absolute trash! THEY NEVER EVER EVER have everything on the menu. THEY NEVER EVER EVER have condiments. Popeyes is known for hot sauce, honey, etc. THEY NEVER HAVE IT! And no matter how long you wait in line, about 7 times out of 10 your order will still be wrong. Last time a young man working there came from outside talking on the phone and went right back to work. No handwashing or nothing. Where do yall find the managers? Likkkeee maybe they need some extensive training! Horrible!

    I rarely do this but unfortunately for the money that was spent my family and I did not get what was expected. Ordered a 15 piece chicken tender and received them cold in the box, not cooked all the way and last time I checked tenders are supposed to come boneless so why do I have bones in two of them? Not a happy customer at all 😔.

    Went through drive thru. We had 2 separate orders of 2 chicken sandwich sandwiches. Pulled around and with no one behind were asked if we could pull forward. We said no one is behind us why? Just in case someone does. We refused the cashiers request also she said repeatedly I'm on a timer well if your drive e through cashier's are on a timer shouldn't your food also b hot and ready at 1:00 in the afternoon? After being hollered at and being to I was trash by a employee who name starts with a I will not name on line. The manager finally came out of the back and realized what was going on. He immediately got sanwhichs ready. And the car after me they asked to make room for got their food first. I will never go back this particular restaurant. Manager was great when arrived. Having 1yrs fine ..

    Once again, the hospitality in Atlanta is no longer advised. I don’t know what it is about the females and me but they just don’t care to acknowledge me the most proper customer service way. I’m simply door dashing and I’m next in line and the lady with the long blue braid just pointed at me and I have to speak up and say hello clearly so I feel acknowledged but then the last two customers she helps oh it’s hi sir how can I help you. The customer service is lousy and only work if you’re going to actually do your job correctly not sit there and have a stink attitude daily. Highly do not recommend only due to customer service.

    The food was fresh and tasted great. However, customer service is everything. The manager (I assume) was horrible. There was a sign on the order speaker, that read cash only at the drive-thru. I asked just to be sure and she replied, "I got 3 signs out there". So I went inside, and she was worse. Hollering at another employee, appeared to be stressed, and not friendly at all. This was the worse experience I've ever had an a Popeyes location.

    I ordered a cheesecake and they gave me a fried apple pie but instead it had a reddish and white liquid inside! It's almost identical as their apple pie but they charge more. It didn't tasted like cheesecake either. What a rip off!

    Line was long and the location was out of a few things, but it was the end of the night and Char was amazing under pressure. She took great care, apologized for the delay and was super friendly. Will definitely return to that location because of her service

    They got my order wrong. My friend got her food and everything was good. I gave three stars because the young man in Grey Wool cap needs to work in the back and not at the window during peak times. Hopefully my next trip will be better.

    Entirely too many kids at this location and no real adult leadership. I witness on two occasions items being left off people orders, including mine, and the employees casually laughing and on their phones in the back without a care in the world. I believe the oldest person at this location has to be 21 or 22! Visit and see for yourself the lack of focus and leadership behind the counter. I just left this location trying to make an order and decided just to leave as I witness a guy come inside to inform the employees they left a few items off his order, only to see the little girl behind the counter casually laugh in his face and proceeds to leave more drinks off his order…. I just decided to leave to see her nonchalant attitude towards him. The work force can’t be this bad off! I rather not eat from this location again.

    Location is short handed and is hard pressed to maintain a steady flow of customers. The lobby is supposed to close at 9pm, but on many occasions it's locked well before. They're giving their best, but expect a wait in the drive thru.

    Went late, just before close so the options were limited. Thats to be expected when you get there 30 minutes prior to close. Service was distracted. Had to repeat the two items they had as an option repeatedly. Two items. Had to repeat back to them the only two options they had for my order. Food was fine. no issues there. Lesson learned, if you are forced to eat late due to a late flight in hit the gas station.

    Everytime I go I have to ask for fresh chicken. Even after that I'll get old hard chicken. The last time I asked for fresh, they put a few fresh on top to hide the old on the bottom, and they often give you the wrong pieces of chicken. It's like the people working there don't care about the quality of food that they are serving.

    Food is always fresh but the wait is always extra long with only a few cars. 3 nights after 10 pm I waited super long, has to order at the window because no one answered on speaker after waiting. When I got to the window 4 people with 3 just standing around and playing. Seemed to be minors. It was like I wasn't even at the window. I wanted to call corporate office but decided not to since the food was fresh.

    I like popeyes. And I like coming here cause its close to work. I get the no walk in and only drive through but. Even though there's always a slight mishap every time I go. This last one upset me. 4 piece meal. Over 12 bucks. Cool again, I get it. I was willing to pay it obviously. But this was pretty bad. Overcooked on the outside. Needed some more time on the inside for my liking. Small pieces. I ate it of course. Rice and beans were watery. Biscuit was a hockey puck. Thats l wanted to say. Tsk tsk Popeyes. Have gone down hill. Not just this one either.

    The place was dirty and smelled badly. The workers were moving super slow and stared at us waiting to place an order but wouldn’t come take our order. My fiancé and I stood there for 15 minutes with no service before ultimately walking out, still hungry.They also were telling drive through customers that they did not have many of the items available and said “we haven’t made any tea” when asked for sweet tea by another customer. If you can help it, do not go to this location! Very unprofessional even for fast food.

    The woman named JJ, a who takes orders at the window is crazy RUDE. I really can’t believe they have her working with any customers. It makes me think they either don’t care about customer service or can’t find employees who care. Either way, it’s a problem. I never wish for anyone to lose their job but this woman doesn’t need to be interacting with people. I mean, what could be going on in her life that would make her want to treat her employer’s customer’s with disrespect?

    Ghost pepper wings are small crispy and good but very hot made my nose run.. spicy chicken sandwich is very good but I'm not a fan of the sauce they put on it...I recommend order with no sauce and just put the sweat heat sauce on instead. Your welcome

    I went into the store and stood at the counter for about 2-3 minutes, before anyone asked to take my order. Finally, I was asked. I ordered the Shrimp Tackle Box, with coleslaw and mashed potatoes with extra gravy. She said. "The extra gravy is gonna be like $2.75 extra." I said, "Well just give me red beans & rice and coleslaw." She charged me almost $10.00, she gave me the dry mashed potatoes anyway, and there was no receipt in, nor on the bag. The whole ordeal was awful. Moving forward, I'll drive the few extra miles to the Popeyes in Mableton. Service, food, and atmosphere is MUCH BETTER!

    Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich still reigns supreme. Don't let these other ones fool you. It's been a while since I had one and decided to get one for lunch. I ordered the combo. That is when I stumbled across the mango flavored lemonade. Okay, Popeye's, they have stepped it up. I had the option of frozen or on the rocks. It was frozen for me. At first taste, it was refreshing, but also really sweet, but with the spicy chicken sandwich, it made a good combination. I was able to use the leftover frozen mango lemonade in my old unsweetened tea that I had from earlier in the day. The two together was a good balance of flavor and sweetness.

    *MOBILE ORDERS DON'T MATTER AND CS TRAINING IS NEEDED*!! I placed an order to be picked up at 1:50p on 9/15, only to wait for 10 minutes without being acknowledged while employees took customers that came in after me. After waiting the 10 minutes near the mobile order pickup section, I asked the cashier if I could get my order that was showing on the screen and she asked me to hold on and started more orders that had come in. After the timer showed my ordered waiting for 16 minutes, I asked another worker how to get a refund and she said it was through the app. At that point, the girl who asked me to hold on and took more orders, turned to make more order and says to her colleagues "all this over a $6 order". WOW!! REGARDLESS if I was getting lunch or buying $40 dinner for my family, being treated EXTREMELY rude was not necessary and unprofessional. To add insult to injury, the "manager" calls me on the 18th to tell me she apologized and that they were basically busy and short staff, and then just sits on the phone. I'm not sure what CUSTOMER SERVICE means or is to people these days but the lack of EMPATHY, accountability, and dryness that was on the other end of that call.... I'll NEVER return to this location! We all make the decision as to where we want to work... if you're not happy and can't deliver QUALITY customer SERVICE, especially the MANAGER, you should find another job. And no... I didn't even get my food! It was being prepared by someone with negative energy. DO BETTER

    The worst customer service!!! Ordered through DoorDash to be told our servers are down and we are closing early (hour half early).... Had to call 10 times for someone to answer phone and say we are closing early have a good night and hangs up. Of course won’t pick up the phone anymore. Popeyes Corp should be ashamed of such customer service. Even the ice cream machine at McDonald’s is more dependable than the workers at Popeyes. (Thornton Rd Popeyes that is)

    This Popeyes is pathetic. I ordered 2 combos and an extra order of fries for DoorDash. The fries were left off of the order and the sauce was incorrect for one of the combos. I spoke to a manager name Brit that kept cutting me off and I tried to explain to her that the employees need to pay attention when packing the door dash orders. She offered me to come and get the fries. I tried to tell her that I ordered door dash for a reason to just please inform her employees of their mistake. I hate this Popeyes. They are ghetto as hell and it makes no sense.

    Chicken was not done. I have been throwing up from one strip. I called, and the phone just rang. No answer. When I went to the window to get my money back. You would think, to at least apologize. Nope. Just what did you have, and gave me my money. My kid almost at a piece. Worst experience i have had at this location. Kudos to the lady that was there to pass me my food when I came through.     The staff has definitely changed since my last visit to this Popeyes location. My chicken was bland, half cooked and the coleslaw looked as if it had been in the fridge for two days too long. I also asked for two cups of ice being that I had my own beverages at home...well they forgot to give me my ice. I didn't even bother asking again. On the other hand, they did practice touchless payment at the drive through window and the service was quick.

    First time going to this particular restaurant and the service was rather expedient. My only gripe is with the Popeyes app being that I placed an advanced order using it to be picked up at this Popeyes but when I arrived the order wasn't visible according to the staff. Nonetheless, the manager understood the disconnect and fulfilled my order. The 4 stars are for the company.
