ORDERS
DON'T
MATTER
AND
CS
TRAINING
IS
NEEDED*!!
I
placed
an
order
to
be
picked
up
at
1:50p
on
9/15,
only
to
wait
for
10
minutes
without
being
acknowledged
while
employees
took
customers
that
came
in
after
me.
After
waiting
the
10
minutes
near
the
mobile
order
pickup
section,
I
asked
the
cashier
if
I
could
get
my
order
that
was
showing
on
the
screen
and
she
asked
me
to
hold
on
and
started
more
orders
that
had
come
in.
After
the
timer
showed
my
ordered
waiting
for
16
minutes,
I
asked
another
worker
how
to
get
a
refund
and
she
said
it
was
through
the
app.
At
that
point,
the
girl
who
asked
me
to
hold
on
and
took
more
orders,
turned
to
make
more
order
and
says
to
her
colleagues
"all
this
over
a
$6
order".
WOW!!
REGARDLESS
if
I
was
getting
lunch
or
buying
$40
dinner
for
my
family,
being
treated
EXTREMELY
rude
was
not
necessary
and
unprofessional.
To
add
insult
to
injury,
the
"manager"
calls
me
on
the
18th
to
tell
me
she
apologized
and
that
they
were
basically
busy
and
short
staff,
and
then
just
sits
on
the
phone.
I'm
not
sure
what
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
means
or
is
to
people
these
days
but
the
lack
of
EMPATHY,
accountability,
and
dryness
that
was
on
the
other
end
of
that
call....
I'll
NEVER
return
to
this
location!
We
all
make
the
decision
as
to
where
we
want
to
work...
if
you're
not
happy
and
can't
deliver
QUALITY
customer
SERVICE,
especially
the
MANAGER,
you
should
find
another
job.
And
no...
I
didn't
even
get
my
food!
It
was
being
prepared
by
someone
with
negative
energy.
