I
feel
a
need
to
write
this
in
hopes
someone
who
looks
into
Heading
Health
can
make
an
informed
decision
on
who
they
use
for
their
mental
health
needs.
When
I
first
started
with
Heading,
it
went
well.
I
had
multiple
appointments
with
the
same
doctor
&
she
was
great.
I
was
then
moved
to
another
doctor
based
on
mine
going
on
maternity
leave
&
was
told
when
she
returned
back
I
would
be
able
to
move
back
to
my
original
doctor.
Since
then,
I
was
passed
from
doctor
to
doctor
with
MULTIPLE
cancellations
in
between
thus
making
it
close
to
impossible
to
get
my
medications
refilled.
This,
on
top
of
horrible
communication
&
client
service
is
truly
dangerous
as
a
mental
health
facility.
I
was
left
with
no
response
via
email
&
phone
calls
for
months.
I
finally
left
the
practice
&
now
in
Jan
2024-
I
have
received
invoices
for
appointments
I
already
paid
for
from
May
2023
and
even
invoices
for
appointments
they
cancelled.
After
emailing
with
their
billing
customer
service
to
hopefully
get
an
understanding,
I
was
met
with
a
rather
dry
&
not
friendly
response.
Alas,
they
fixed
my
invoices,
the
least
I
could
ask
for,
but
appreciate
my
time
with
them
being
done
&
over.
