I love Hopdoddy and one of my favorite burgers! But today I was disappointed it. * beer was delivered when my fried had gone held away * burger looks Soo poor! Patty is so chewed(added pictures; I know the image is an image but not even close! * burger buns were soggy I understand that it looks like a short staff but they have time to eat fried in front of the food-ready stations.

TLDR: solid burgers, great fries, and a cool neighborhood of Austin For the food I had the Llano Poblano burger and the French Fried. The burger was pretty good. The toppings were great, it was well cooked, and had a great fluffy bun. The only downside is the burger was a bit on the tough side, but that could just be me. The fries were fantastic. Crispy, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly salted.

The burger is alright, didn't wow me, but good for a quick meal. The fries are very crunchy, either it is the style or just fried too long. The wheat bun doesn't hold it together, and a bit dry. The lettuce-wrap (aka, animal style - in-n-out burger) is good, it wrapped around the protein so it is easy to manage.

The best vegan burgers! Love the variety, we always come here when we are in the mood for burgers. Ordered the salad with beyond meat patty and it was delicious.

I was shocked by my experience tonight. I've never been to a hopdoddy and had bad food. Everything was overcooked. My tuna burger was well done, the fries were so crispy they were rock hard and the Brussel sprouts were burnt beyond recognition. I hope this isn't a norm but what a terrible experience.

I loved the place. Definitely a place to go with family and friends. It has outside and inside sitting area. Prices are very accessible. The burgers tasted so good. It has multiple choices on buns (egg buns, whole wheat, ect). It has local draft beers, and good music to set a great atmosphere. My only negative is the time it took the food to get to me. I waited 45 minutes for one burger. It was a little cold by the time I got it. Other than that, I really like the place.

Amazzzzzing Hoppy Hour they have here. $5 options that are worth your buck. The menus were sticky which was yucky, but the service was good as was the food. If you want to try out their draft beers, they have samples which is cool. Mary? I think? She was great! Will definitely be coming back for more goodness soon!

Truth is that I've never been a huge Hopdoddy fan. The crowds and the hipster vibe have often turned me off. But this location is different. Stopped in for a Tuesday night meal with family and I ended up changing my plan for a burger and replacing my dinner plans with their chicken tenders. I'm glad I did. Their chicken tenders are elevated. In other words, they don't taste like fast food. Combine them with their caffeinated BBQ sauce and you've got probably the best chicken tenders around. And needless to say, their cooked to order fries are excellent too. My dining companion raved about her burger as well. I was also impressed with the genuinely warm staff we encountered. Both times that our food was brought out, we were asked if we needed anything else and reminded of what condiments were available. Unlike a lot of trendy places, the staff at this location appreciates your business and does their best to make you feel welcome. I need to go back and try a burger, but the chicken strips may be hard to pass up.

I am so glad my coworker and I stumbled in here yesterday. The Duchess was FANTASTIC! Perfect chicken sandwich for lunch. I was not a fan of the fries. They’re fried way too hard, crunchy almost to the point of being a slightly soggy chip. I don’t know if this was an off day, or that’s just how they’re made. But we both left the fries alone. Customer service was beyond fantastic. Personable. Attentive. Knowledgeable about the menu and area. It was great. We’re stopping by again soon for another lunch!

Burgers & fries were bad, no flavor, meat overcooked, shakes were mediocre. Our group was very disappointed. Considering the price point & location we expected more. Would not recommend. :/ Thought a good burger was easy to come by these days. Sadly mistaken.

This was another lunchtime experience here where this time ordered the Crispy Tenders with a shareable Hand-Cut Fries. It was a nice day so I sat outside under an umbrella covering. They do not serve sweet tea but ordered a regular tea and added sugar to it, and luckily has those brown Hawaiian sugar packets. There was as I remember 4 or five chicken strips and two types of sauces where one was ranch but cold not identify the other. Both were good and even dipped my fries into them. The chicken tasted really good with a tasty breading. I enjoyed it all.

4.50 for a small fry that was not even hot and shriveled very disappointed. The sauces are good, the burger (the good) had good flavors but was put together very sloppy and doesnt come with any fries

Great place. Been there twice and hasn't disappointed. There are a few vegan/ vegetarian options and they are pretty good. The booze shake is pretty strong!

Great service and very little wait time from order to table! Great experience as usual at a great burger spot. Had the Big Parm (Chicken Parmesean Sandwich) and truffle fries. Hands down best I've had so far from anywhere.

Food was excellent! Kids ordered chicken fingers and grilled cheese. I ordered the poblano hamburger with fries with queso. Queso was spicy which I liked. Highly recommend.

Great happy hour!! $5 frozen margs from 3-6 on week days. Food is very good too. There is also plenty of free parking in the garage across the street. When the weather is nice, they have good outdoor seating. The inside is nice too

The first craft burger that I tried in the US and it was mega! I ordered a “good night” burger that ended up being a “good morning” since they offered the possibility to add egg and bacon... Best choice ever! I also ordered sweet potatoes and they tasted amazing! The order line was not too big and food preparation was within an acceptable range.

Dined in on a late Sunday afternoon. We both ordered the Classic with an order of fries. The burger was quite delicious considering the reason I haven't actually had a craving for Hopdoddy's in years was because of their burger meat being overly salty; however, this burger was tasty and the service was good.

The burgers and fries from this chain are absolutely to die for! The Primetime is my favorite burger of all time. Each restaurant always has a relaxed atmosphere and is LGBTQ friendly. This specific location was busy on my last visit, but staff were still peppy and kind. My electronic gift card wasn't working with their system, so the manager said he wanted to honor their gift cards and gave our order of 2 burgers and fries to us on the house without hesitation. I highly recommend both this chain and location!

This Hopdoddy is excellent. Never overly crowded so you can get those yummy burgers quick.

Wow. This was delicious. I was also incredibly hungry. I will be returning to try the black bean and corn burger on different menu items.

I had the Thunderbird and it was amazing. The flavor was on point and it wasn't dry. This was my first time trying Hopdoddy and I'll definitely be going back.

Everything I have tried has tasted fantastic. Lots of options, great flavors and a decent price. Our first trip here the service wasn't great, but our second time the service was much better. The food both times was delicious!
