Cute place in downtown Austin. Happy hour is pretty solid when it comes to the drinks. The food is good but not great. Biscuits were kind of cold, the devil eggs came with the sausage but it looked more like a raisin a tad salty. The meatballs were great and loved the sauce. Steak frites was kind of a let down compared to other places. Overall still a really good place for food and drinks. Large inside and outside area is open but not covered.

Amazing! Everything was great! The biscuits were simply incredible, never thought biscuits would be so delicious. We came for brunch. The ambience is super nice, the server very friendly and helpful! I just wish the table was a little smaller. We got put to a large high table and it was hard to keep the conversation of the whole party a little more intimate and close. Would definitely come back! Recommended!

Great food and fantastic service. We ordered the chicken dish and were pleasantly surprised by its tenderness and flavor. Our favorite dish by far was the cheesecake, one of the best I've had in a while—a great restaurant to take a friend and have a good experience in Austin.

The biscuits are going to blow you away! The coffee ☕️ is fantastic. I enjoy avocado toast with extra sunny side up eggs and my husband had a eggs your way with amazing crispy hash browns. We are looking for to come back for dinner and many more brunches and breakfast.

Beautiful dining experience for my family and me. We went for Sunday brunch and were seated right away. Our server was friendly and very attentive, even taking the time to interact with my infant grandson. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the Smoked Salmon Benedict and the Biscuits With Honey Butter. My daughter loved the chicken and waffles. If you're in the downtown Austin area, I recommend stopping in and enjoying a delicious meal in a relaxed and leisurely setting.

I went for brunch while visiting. The food looked delicious and I was super excited for my meal. I ordered the fresh juice with ginger and it was delicious. I also ordered the chicken fried steak. It was cooked to perfection. The potato waffle was salty. My nephew ordered the chicken and waffles bit substituted the waffle for pancakes. The pancakes were delicious. The chicken was salty. It was probably just a salty day. I don't care. I'll definitely go back and try other dishes.

Went for dinner with another. We shared the crab croquettes which weren't bad. The lobster mac and cheese wasn't bad but wouldn't get again. Chicken looked good but was a bit dry. Roddy (our server) was good and friendly though.

I would give the food four stars. The biscuits and chicken and waffle were very good, don’t get me wrong, but they also weren’t exceptional. My fifth star definitely comes from the atmosphere and service. It was so nice having a live band on a Saturday morning! Our server was wonderfully pleasant and the decor is chic. The overall experience was really special. I’ll be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a sophisticated brunch downtown.

My first time here at Stella San Jac. I took my fiancé here for brunch on her birthday and it was amazing! Our server Jasmine made our experience so warm and welcoming. From her recommendations for popular entrees to her kindness to treating us to the restaurants famous 16 biscuits on the house for my fiancés birthday. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Austin. Food was great and customer service was even better. Thank you Stella San Jac and Thank you Jasmine for a wonderful experience! 😊

I really like this restaurant. The ambiance, food and staff were all amazing. Above all else though, JR was an amazing server who was super attentive and catered to everything that my party needed. He also made some great recommendations that really helped us. 10/10.

Our server Logan was very good. He kept our coffee filled even when the restaurant running low. If you are in Austin this place is worth stopping by for brunch. We had the lemon pancakes and the salmon Benedict. Logan suggested having it with avocado which was an excellent idea. Our pancakes were good although I am more suited to traditional maple syrup and lots of butter. Although they were cooked to perfection. The salmon Benedict was awesome perfecr for brunch. The coffee was excellent and to my surprise was Starbucks brand which I am not usually a fan of. I loved the hashbrown it had a slight cheesy flavor and was very thick and cooked to perfection. This is a must stop if you are looking for a trendy spot to dine particularly for brunch.

We had a wonderful time at Stella San Jac tonight! It was out first stop in Austin and set the bar very high. We felt like royalty with the hostess, manager (Stephanie) and multiple others stopping by our table to check on us throughout the night. Our server, Kane, was incredible and we could not have asked for better service. Biscuits may be the best we’ve ever had and we’ve eaten a lot of biscuits! We would highly recommend!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Stella San Jac in Austin, Texas. Starving for lunch, I was thrilled by the fried avocado salad and salmon dip. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to work for hours and providing excellent service. Even after closing my tab, they continued to fill my water. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming, adorned with greenery, and the modern Southern menu showcased lovingly crafted recipes. Stella San Jac has flavor-packed dishes and hand-crafted drinks.

This place is great! Quick service, delicious food, not overpriced at all. Definitely recommend this spot. We came back to our hotel because we went to Paperboy to get brunch and there was an hour and a half wait, no reservations allowed. Stella wasn’t crowded and had live the whole time.

Although the outdoor dining area isn't ideal by comparison, the service is great and the food is delicious. I was impressed by the fried chicken inside of the sandwich because it was still crunchy in a few hours from the take away box. Thank you for being very dog friendly. Our OES even got a placemats.

Brennan and Stephanie were very helpful and provided A+ service. The biscuit and gravy chorizo, chicken and waffles, and chicken fried steak all hit the spot. The natural juices are super delicious!

I had an amazing experience at Stella San Jac, the perfect wine and food bar! The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the mouthwatering smoked salmon Benedict. The flavors were exquisite, and it left me craving for more. What truly elevated my experience was the exceptional customer service. Our server was not only informative but also incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Their great service made our visit even more enjoyable. We came here for dinner AND breakfast. Staff was awesome. Mary was our server at dinner and Jasmine for breakfast, both were super attentive and friendly! Highly suggest the fried avocado salad or their Benedict. And best biscuits you’ll ever eat!

The best breakfast in Austin by far!! This place delivers on everything you want in a dining experience. The vibe is chill, vibrant and upscale all wrapped into one. It was also great looking restaurant with an open kitchen as well as a fantastic bar. The staff is outstanding and the food is so satisfying. Logan, Logan, Logan! What a great server. Probably one of the best I have come across in all my experience dining out. He was professional, made great recommendations, was helpful, extremely personable and just a dynamic individual who really brings his genuine self to his customers. If I had a business, Logan would be the guy I would have as the face of my business. A real gem! Sean was also a great professional as well as the Manger who greeted us. As for the food. It was beautifully prepared and presented. Most importantly......really good! The first morning I had the Chicken and Waffles with the Bourbon Maple Syrup was perfect! The chicken was most and the batter crispy! Then you add that Syrup! Forget about it....amazing! Oh yeah, the Bloody Mary was the perfect go to breakfast drink! On day two I enjoyed Sunnyside Up Eggs with Bacon and a very creative Hash Brown that was very creamy with nice herbs and a wonderful crust. On the last morning, I really enjoyed the Poched Eggs with Hollandes Sauce, Salmon and Avocado was such a delicious combination! We also enjoy their version of French Toast.....Holy Cow....off the charts freaking delicious! As you can probably tell...I loved this place. If I ever come back to Austin, this will definitely be my place!

Beautiful Restaurant. The staff was kind. Overall the good was good. The flavor profile of the fish and quinoa was well seasoned. The biscuits were wonderful upon first bite. I tried it with honey butter and strawberry jam. After a few bites you can taste the the dough was either frozen or refrigerated for a touch to long. The lemonade was made fresh. It was perfect tart and lightly sweet. The hush puppies were light and packed with crab and lemon flavor.

SO GOOD!!! This restaurant did not disappoint. We ordered four different items for brunch and each one was amazing in its own way. I HIGHLY recommend the chicken and waffles, avocado toast, and the French toast. I could eat those every single day! That is how good they were. The service was great too. Our waitress was super friendly and very attentive. The brunch drink menu was great and they have many different drinks you can choose from to enjoy with your brunch.

Could have been a 5 Star, but…. Had Christmas dinner with the wife. Wonderful ambiance, warm lighting, and trendy Christmas music. We ordered the Kale & Brussels Salad and Biscuits for appetizers; and the Texas Red Fish for dinner. Topped it off with the Guava Flo cocktail which was superb. We made reservations online and went off those prices. The cocktail was $12 online but $14 at the table. Management wouldn’t honor the $12 price, so I can’t rate it 5 stars. See pics
