I
am
truly
shocked
and
disappointed
with
a
recent
visit.
For
background
purposes,
this
is
my
first
time
ever
writing
a
comment,
but
felt
the
very
important
need
to
do
so
given
what
I
witnessed
and
experienced.
First,
the
music
is
unnecessarily
loud.
Knowing
that
60
to
75%
of
their
customers
are
working
on
their
computers,
they
maintain
the
music
this
loud
and
choose
to
play
heavy
metal.
The
neighborhood
is
one
with
many
young
working
professionals
and
I
wish
that
they
would
be
more
considerate
to
this
via
their
music
choice
and
sound
level.
Second,
I
was
truly
shocked
when
an
employee
(perhaps
the
owner)
walked
up
to
a
young
man
working
on
his
computer
next
to
me.
It's
important
to
note
that
this
gentleman
was
a
person
of
color.
I
have
never
in
my
years
of
working
in
coffee
shops
across
the
United
States
and
world
have
I
seen
an
employee
step
out
from
behind
the
counter
and
walk
up
to
someone
sitting
at
a
table
to
ask
them
what
they
would
like
to
order.
The
worker
went
straight
to
him,
after
briefly
making
eye
contact
with
me.
The
young
man
next
to
me
placed
his
order.
via
the
hand
machine
that
the
employee
was
holding.
The
employee
walked
away
and
then
the
young
man
looked
at
me
and
said,
"Wow
that
has
never
happened
to
me
before".
I
asked
more
about
what
had
happened
as
my
headphones
had
been
in.
He
described
what
I
am
describing
to
you
now,
and
he
shared
that
he
is
a
regular
at
the
spot.
Is
the
business
that
desperate
for
money?
What
if
their
friend
was
going
to
be
arriving
soon?
I
often
wait
to
order
until
my
friend
or
person
I
am
meeting
arrives.
I
am
an
advocate
for
businesses
that
are
sensitive
and
aware.
I
want
the
best
for
businesses,
but
given
what
I
heard
and
everything
I
am
reading
in
the
comment
bar,
my
instinct
is
now
confirmed.
In
conclusion,
the
behavior
was
very
unprofessional,
greedy,
and
displays
poor
community
relations.
